I can tell you that I gave up sugar 7 months ago. I lost 50+ pounds, and I used to get sick very often, and I haven't had any sort of sickness since the last 7 months I've been doing this. Please, I recommend doing this.
Vincenzio Pinzauti stopped almost a year ago and i wasn't sick, even had a headache since then... i feel 100x more healthy and fit... i also stopped coffein and other things too though
Mr Beaker well, I'm a man and I'm around 5'10. I was 180 something pounds, and now I'm around 130 pounds. if you're 51 pounds, then you must be a child or trolling..
my sister raises her kids with as little sugar as possible, they only drink water or tea until they are 4 or 5 when they play with friends who drink lemonade (which makes her super hyperactive). They can have it with friends but they don't get it at home. They rarely have candy. And everyone is feeling sorry for them but they are happy eating healthy! They prefer healthy stuff actually and I think they will thank their mom later for not making them sugar addicts. Of course they get the natural sugar btw
+Willemijn Bolks If they are not allowed to have a lot of sugar, they are going to crave it when they get older. What happens when they turn 18, and they move out and buy a bunch of sugary food and eat a lot of it daily and get overweight and develop diabetes. Allowing kids to have sugar when they please teaches them not to eat a lot of it because they know they can have it whenever they want, but still eat the healthy foods.
When I gave up sugar I got what they call the "sugar flu". Day 2 I was throwing up non-stop, head pounding, literally couldn't get out of bed. Day 3 was much better and Day 4 I felt fantastic! Pretty sick to think that I was so addicted to sugar that my body had such a crazy physical withdraw reaction to giving it up. :/
+Leslie Sutton how did u do it I mean is it just not having sugar at all in ur food ?? I can't study without sugar or dark chocolate if I don't have them I'll have headache & nooo energy to do anything & also I'm tried it once I fainted & never tried it again but I want to do it now & see if I can lose some weight
+kadiy kay I gave up processed sugar but kept eating natural sugar (fruits and things like that). I totally get what you mean about feeling weak. Since our bodies are so use to running off of processed sugar, it takes a few days-1week or so to adjust to not having that to get energy from anymore. I handled it by making sure that I didn't have much scheduled for the first few days so that I could rest, and by eating bananas and other foods higher in natural sugars when I felt tired. You'll just have to experiment to see what works best for your body. Hope that helps. :)
Parents please don't introduce your kids to soda. I was additcted to that shit drinking 1 to 3 cans a day. Then when I turned 16 I decided to cut that shit out of my life. It was so hard to stop that I actually felt sick. Please don't introduce your kids to this when they're to young, they'll thank you later in life.
Don Hernandez you're definitely right; my parents never gave me soda at all. the first time I had soda i was like 10 years old and I thought it tasted horrible so I never drink it to this day (21 now). I am healthier because of it.
I'm pretty okay when it comes to soda. My parents kept it around the house, but the rule was, for every glass of soda, you have to drink two glasses of water first, so I rarely wanted soda after that. These days I have, one, maybe two sodas a week?
I always read ingredient lists. I am looking for 0 to 5 grams of sugar or any transfat. I don't eat eggs for animal rights reasons. I feel at peace knowing I'm eating healthy most of the time and not hurting animals. I also have to be careful. I have Diabetes Type 2. I have a dangerous sweet tooth. But I drink alot of water.
My boyfriend has stopped eating sugar for 50 days now and he's lost 10lbs. And now whenever he has a bite of something sugary, he thinks it's way too sweet and stays away from it. Really glad I found this video so I can show him how other people feel :3
I think completely getting rid of sugar isn't good. To me life is about balance. Eat well all week and maybe on friday you see a cookie that looks good have it! Exercise twice a week and enjoy a piece of cake at a birthday party. Sugar is around us in every way avoiding it completely isn't easy nor beneficial.
Uh, no, it's really not. Dairy helps strengthen bones and gives you calcium. You don't want to trip and break your femur like a twig. Meat contains protein and carbohydrates. Carbs help give you energy and fill you up, as well as protein. Protein also strengthens your muscles and is nutritious.

RainbowTea Yeah but the person behind the camera said you could drink coffee and she started complaining about the taste of black coffee. No one else said it had to be black. If she said unsweetened coffee tastes bad then fair enough. But no one but her said it had to be black
+Anna (thegrotesquedream) Idk. Sometimes I have like a popsicle and a pack of hot coco mix for breakfast or something like that. Days where I just feel like breakfast is to much work lol.

Kegs O yeah i thought this challenge was for cutting out sugar altogether, but if fruit is okay then i already completed this challenge over and over. although i eat a buttload of tangerines so i still take in a possibly unhealthy amount of sugar
Its weird that after i saw this video it inspired me to lose weight 6 months ago i weighted 219 pounds no exercise then i went on a sugar free diet and exercised and lost over 56 pounds in 6 months and currently weight 155 pounds if it wasn't this video I would still be overweight but im so glad i saw this ;)
+Calvin Lopez Same here! I have lost weight too and this month I tried this diet and it works :) But I excersice like everyday too and eat as balaced I can and no fast food :)
my dad did this but alot better with his sugars, so not only did he cut out sweets he cut out juices, milk, half and half, stuff like that all contain a lot of sugar and in a month he lost 20 pounds.
Elaina Coppola That's effed up. I mean it's already difficult enough to buy stuff that's not filled with refined sugar here, I can only imagine how difficult it should be in America.
Shixma I failed to say, artificial added sugars. I eat fruits and that's how I get my dose of sugar. I don't eat artificial sugar or added sugars in foods.
Loli Lilo I give up sugar for about two months every year (for lent) and it doesn't make me feel better at all. Eventhough it's not that hard to not eat sugar, I'm always happy when I can make myself some pancakes etc. again. Living without sugar just isn't for everyone...
Jasmine H. I live in Barcelona. I found sour cabbage (chucrut) without sugar so I stopped looking for pickles. Most of them seem to contain sugar. p.s. The other day I bought some protein pasta from some bodybuilders and then went to one of these posh organic shops to buy tomato sauce. EVERYTHING they had was with sugar plus they tried to convince me agave syrup is not sugar. LOL!
1:44 hahahah, I remember looking at someone in a store looking at nutrition facts and thinking wtf! weirdo. Then I started having a quick look just for protein fraction because I love the gym. Then I heard some studies about preservative and colours etc. and... now... Im now "that guy" looking not only the nutrition facts, but now ingredients panel :'(
With all the disgusting stuff that is put into most foods these days I honestly think anyone who doesn't look at the label is a weirdo. I mean, would you guess there's cow grease in those little hostess cherry pies?
Definitely not true. Maybe most things you eat but there's plenty of things that don't have sugar in it. And natural sugars like in fruit is not near as bad as processed foods.
Giving up sugar is probably the fastest way to get results in a change in diet. I've given up sugar and I too feel really sick if I've eaten too much sugar now. Black coffee is amazing... If you get good coffee. =)
+umiluv Yup, I have been drinking my coffee black for since I can remember. I actually stopped drinking milk within a year of of birth. I can not get why people add milk to coffee, it is the weirdest thing people can do to coffee/tea. We are the only species on the whole planet that actually keeps on drinking milk and we are the only species that actually drinks other species' milk, bunch of weirdos if you ask me.
It's not just sugar, it's carbs in general. A low carbohydrate diet is the best to lose weight. You should still have some but sugars are a carb so it's best to focus on lowering all carbs rather than just fully eliminating one.
+Johan Last I loooooveeeee milk but i'm lactose intolerant so it makes me do some painful poops... No idea why i said this buut it's the internet so yolo!
+Zach Steel Yeah I tried to get my mom from drinking cow's milk and rather try almond/soy/cashew...she did NOT like the taste. Lol. It was funny. I want to try coconut milk next. These alternative milk products takes a while to get accustomed to....specially for people like my mom who have been drinking dairy milk forever. Should be easier for people who are really young. I don't know what milk tastes like, last time I drank it, I was like a baby...lol All I know is that coffee and tea tastes crap when you add milk to it.
Sucks that vegetables basically make me want to vomit... I want to eat healthy and lose weight but whenever I eat most vegetables I literally gag. I usually try not to bite it and will just swallow it so I don't have to taste it. Its mainly the watery nasty juices that come out of it TT_TT I love fruit though! The only vegetables I like are potatoes but only if there is meat or butter or cheese....not good, mushrooms, red peppers if its cooked, spinach sometimes. The rest I honestly hate. Whyyy cant I have an adult tongue.
Brian Lau Carrots are probably one of my least favorite they are nasty and cucumbers don't get me started on how much I don't like those. That's my main compliant with vegetables the fact that they are so watery. Like i'm not down with that whole sticking fruit in water type of person if I want water i'm gonna drink straight water and if I want something fruity I will drink straight juice, the in between makes me sick unfortunately.
+HeuerX2 it is not opinionated. It is a fact, this person loves black coffee. An opinionated comment would be "black coffee is the best" I care about the fact she likes black coffee. So in my opinion your reply is useless and rude.
Ikajo Store bought honey has a bunch of added sugar and almost no actualy honey. Locally made raw honey is the honey that is good for you, isn't loaded with sugar, and actually isn't very sweet.
MW Fitness Difference between Sweden and the US I suppose. There are no added sugar in Swedish honey. I actually have a small bucket with honey directly from a bee farmer. There isn´t mush left... There is not much difference in sweetness to me. So your right, it is not as sweet as sugar 😛
Ikajo Honey bought from the little bears in the store is full of added sugar. Some places sell organic sugar, such as my grocery store. They actually bring in a beehive box that has a tap on it with a sign on it "do not open, live bees"
Thanks u guys.... This was life changing for me.... I lost 18 lbs at the end of day 30th... And everytime I was tempted to give up... I watched this video repeatedly! Thanks a ton!
lol when he said he needs to stop eating like a 16 year old I was drinking a can of soda... and I'm a 16 year old, now he is just trying to solo me out
- Fuzions - "Sugar is another type of carbohydrate. You may also hear sugar referred to as simple or fast-acting carbohydrate. There are two main types of sugar: naturally occurring sugars such as those in milk or fruit."
Good for them giving it the ole Buzzfeed try. The hubs has been recently given the diabetes news, so we decided to change the family diet. I took charge, and like the guy said "dropping sugar has made me cook more." It has been a couple months, and I not only cook all our meals (and some of the snacks), but I have a spreadsheet with all the nutritional information listed for what I make so the hubs can check it as he needs to to plan his intake for the day. I've started doing it too. Wow, the headaches were awful! But in the end, I want us to live forever, and if cooking more instead of reheating plastic packages is the way to do it, I'll get used to it. Nice one, Buzzfeed!
+Ivy Camunas No *added* sugar. No white sugar, no brown sugar, no sweetener, no honey. You can eat an apple, but can't dip an apple in honey, sugar, or maple syrup.
+Marcelino Soliz It's because fat intake and body fat levels are the reason behind diabetes, not carbohydrate intake or sugar. Blood sugar control is the outcome, but cutting out all sugar (which is virtually impossible), won't "cure" the diabetes, if one is still consuming a high fat diet and/or has a lot of body fat.
+Harry Rose wow you make a lot assumptions. You don't know me. Not at all. I can also so how not so bright he is. Because the science is out there, people can develop diabetes because of their genetics. Many members of my family have developed it and never ate insane amounts of sugar. And I don't want just this generation of kids who eat the average American diet. I'm talking going back many generations have people had it. Also what the hell would it matter if I loved sugar everyone loves sugar just because I used to love sugar doesn't mean I want shove bags of it down my throat. I love bacon but I don't want people to eat so much of it they have a heart attack. I was only stating something I know and my doctor had told me and I have see every where. I'm quite sorry you seem to have to attack someone personally to try make a point.
***** Funny, because I'm actually the only one in my family who DOESN'T consume any animal fat or protein, who probably eats the most sugar in the form of fruit, and I have a fasting glucose of 4.1 mmol/L. Funny, because my uncle is the only member of the family to have started on the path to reversing his diabetes and losing weight, and guess what change he made? Cutting out 95% of the animal products in his diet. And what do you know, his HbA1c has dropped from 0.07 to 0.064 in less than a year of this lifestyle change. The evidence is out there, you just choose to be blind to it. And by the way, I'm nowhere near obese. Unless you consider 5'8" and 110 lbs. to be obese.
+Harry Rose I understand you just want people to follow a healthy diet, but please get your facts straight. If you don't believe that sugar doesn't cause diabetes, why don't you ask a doctor?
I am a type one diabetic. There is no reason for type one diabetes, it is genetic for me. Theirs no cure and is completely different than the kind your talking about. (Type2)
+Milena Suastegui did you stop eating sugar completely or just stop having added sugars? Can I have sugar from bread and from natural sources like fruits?
I'm on day 5 of quitting sugar and watching this video gives me hope. Days 4-5 are sucking hard but I'm going to ignore it now that I know it's normal. Thanks dudes.
+Adrianna Wolfe The headaches won't come if you do it gradually. I haven't had sugar (incl. fruit) for awhile and I didn't have any headaches at all. I just got stronger and had more pure childhood like energy. I quit sugar before fruit. I'll start to eat some fruit and berries soon. But I am definitely considering quitting added sugar for life (minus a tiramisu like once a year and an occasional glass of wine). Of course I suppose a person who drinks a lot of soda, likes pasta, potatoes and chocolate and then decides to go cold turkey, will have headaches. I just didn't have any which I find extremely surprising because I was prepared to accept them in a brave and positive way. But nothing. Just started to sleep better and got stronger. I also lost a lot of weight while eating like a pig.
+Adrianna Wolfe I did'nt get any headaches when i stopped, i stopped (artificial or added) sugar for a year, and i havent eaten a chocolate in over 3 years. I feel loads better. Stick with it!
Sarangka Aingkaran I actually lost a bit of weight, with very little exercise but I gained it all back the moment I got off the diet, I didn't last all month tho bc of living changes.
Megan Ryan Hmmmm..... I'm just a random guy online but maybe you should cut back man. I don't know your age but it becomes really hard to change your routine after a while. Better do it while you're young. You'd feel so much better once you start drinking less soda.
Megan Ryan that's bad???? I pour one cup at the fridge, drink it down then pour another one for the trip back to my room. that is considered one glass. I drink orangina in the morning three times a week!:o
Did this for 5 weeks in the spring combined with working out 3 times a week. My stomach became flat and my abs started to show. Long story short: I should start again
+lantry1 since going vegan, overly sweet or salty things are not good to me either! i eat so clean now then any extra added substance i can taste soooo much! i stopped eating fast food and now even when i eat something with a tiny bit of oil, i feel so greasy like i just ate mcdonalds lol ;p clean eating really does wonders
May Lawrence Yeah but they remove added sugar then add in more carbs that turn to sugar. Sugar is sugar. How can they get any benefit with the same amount of sugar per day?
These videos make me realize who so many americans are fat. Free cupcake day, not drinking water, drinking alcohol, not eating home cooked meals, eating so much gluten nd not eating fruits and veggies. It all makes sense. 😞
+Katherine Kuznetsov Obviously I meant the people who are overweight or obese. Its a lot of people, but not everybody. Good for you, eating healthy is so important😊
+Katherine Kuznetsov Yes I know, that is absolutely horrifying. But veganism is becoming more popular everywhere and i hope the healthy lifestyle trending reaches the us too. In sweden i see new vegan stuff popping up everywhere, the bestselling books are about exercise and healthy cooking and even our fast food restaurants are coming out with healthier options, gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan stuff. Its really awesome, because even though we are nowhere near US statistics obesity is a problem here too. My moms best friend died in her sleep because of her lifestyle, and so many people are dying in the US too. I just really hope that more people realize what they are doing to their bodies before its to late for them too.
I understand your concern for this country, and I'm beginning to worry about us, too, but there are actually a lot of people here who eat healthy. Some people choose not to make their own food at home, but sometimes it's because it would be inconvenient to work their schedules around it. But honestly, there are many healthy eaters here. I know at least ten vegans, and just in the county i live in.
+Noelle Ojanen American Supermarket is definitely eye-opening for me, so many ready meals, frozen pizza stuff, not real food if I show it to my grandma. the most shocking part is when junk food is on-sale, it's cheaper than food in 3rd world, that makes healthy food more expensive in comparison. But that's just because the Government is subsidize wrong food industry.
I had surgery one time so I wasn't allowed any form of sugar at all,I flipped out,I was so cranky to the point I'd fight anyone for their candy bar, that month was horrible, the moment I was clear to have sugar my body welcomed it with a vengeance
No problem for me really; I dislike the taste of ice cream, cakes, any fried foods, highly concentrated fruit juice, anything barbecued, sweet tea and especially sodas and pizzas. ...Yeah, I'm no fun when I go out to eat with friends.
I've been doing it for a while now. Basically the rules I give myself are that I can eat natural sugars and whole wheat seeded bread but everything else is a no go
"for breakfast i usually have like... a starburst"
i died
😂😂
+Sarah Khalil "Starburst, unexplainably juicy"
your comment made my day
Whats next, cake for lunch? Biscuits for dinner?

THAT guy that reads the contents of his groceries its a good guy, I never understood the stigma against reading the labels of your food.
William Grand Right? Like what's the deal with knowing what you're putting in your body?
Came to say this. You didn't want to be THAT guy who knows and discerns what he's putting into his body? lol
William Grand I have a nut allergy lol i have to read them. It's time consuming 🙄
here in oz we always read labels
One year later, and I am SO glad that someone wrote this. What on EARTH is wrong with reading the labels on food?

Well, soda. Once I drank 4 liters of Cola, then I vomited. Now I drink 1 liter a day or every 2. It's zero sugar yet sweeteners are still there.
"That guy" who's a "weirdo" for reading ingredient lists? You mean that guy who's conscious of what's going into his food/body? lol
jojojaykay right!
Agreed. If that's an actual stereotype then that's very sad.
Typical Murican approach of calling everything Wierdo

what if I am slim already and cutting sugar will make me look anorexic again?
@@gytisdobrovolskis5933 don't think so, but ask a nutritionist for this

Amanda Schaffer Give this girl a potato!
Amanda Schaffer avoiding refined sugar IS beneficial. every research says it. you're right that it isn't easy in that it's all around us.
Well theres isnt any way you can ACTUALLY stop eating sugar because sugar is in many things we eat. You can stop consuming alot of sugar tho
Amanda Schaffer There's plenty of natural sugars in food. Like fruit for example.

Refined sugar is a full on drug, and it ranks higher than most class A drugs on the additiveness index
Addictiveness*
+Phoenix Boggs really -_- we know exactly what was meant
do bi ;)
It's 8 times as addictive as cocaine.
Sugar is a NUTRIENT, are you serious?
Does she know that sugar isn't the difference between white and black coffee?
localtortoise Well... i hope so xD
She likes her coffee with sugar and most likely creamers with sugar in them
but she could only put in milk and some sweetener :D
Crystal OOx No sweeteners allowed they said. Not even artificial.

Eat some fruit damn it ! It's called nature's candy for a reason .
Nature does any reproduce Oreo

+Nokie Semborio +1!!!

my dad did this but alot better with his sugars, so not only did he cut out sweets he cut out juices, milk, half and half, stuff like that all contain a lot of sugar and in a month he lost 20 pounds.
You have sugared milk? wtf
***** Lol look at the milk jug you get from the supermarket, it has alot of added sugar
Elaina Coppola
Not where I live (Belgium), pure milk. No added sugar whatsoever, barely any natural sugar.
***** Oh, that makes sense, but in America, companies often add alot of sugar to make it more tastleful.
Elaina Coppola
That's effed up.
I mean it's already difficult enough to buy stuff that's not filled with refined sugar here, I can only imagine how difficult it should be in America.
Makes you feel 100x better when you give up added sugar.. results aren't immediate, but after a while you feel so much more energetic and "light"
Loli Lilo Theres no way you would feel more energetic with less sugar, its biologically impossible...
Shixma More glucose less fructose makes sense though
zchr Working out too!!! Lol, I feel amazing after exercising!
I'm watching this while eating cake... *cries*
Lol i was watching while eating a cupcake
Hela Habibi HAHA! i have oreos and milk..... :'(
Ahlana1007 I have Polo...
Ahlana1007 Drinking a pepsi and eating frosted flakes.
Ahlana1007 lies
Pickle accually is pickelld in water, vinegar, sat and sugar:D
+8mellene8 That's what I thought! :)
+8mellene8 Lol there's different kinds XD
Jasmine H. I am following a no sugar diet at the moment. I wanted a pickle. I checked all pickles in my local supermarket. All were made with sugar.
PiretBCN Mmm i guess it depends on the location/store. Do you have a Krogers or a fresh market place in your area?
LOL!
I need a job at buzzfeed
Go on their website
Did anyone notice, that one girl got a haircut?
+Cuddlewuggle AJ I saw it to
she didn't its just curly
+Kriss Nulgath No, she didn't lose roughly two inches of her hair due to curliness. Her hair was curly in both, she got a hair cut.
+Nerd_Charmed it's called shrinkage. Black hair doesn't act like other hair. The only way you'd know is if you had it.
+Cuddlewuggle AJ In the 30 days without water video, she died her hair blonde!
The first week of breaking a habit is the hardest thing to do
1:44 hahahah, I remember looking at someone in a store looking at nutrition facts and thinking wtf! weirdo. Then I started having a quick look just for protein fraction because I love the gym. Then I heard some studies about preservative and colours etc. and... now... Im now "that guy" looking not only the nutrition facts, but now ingredients panel :'(
It sucks being "that guy", even when he's right, lol
With all the disgusting stuff that is put into most foods these days I honestly think anyone who doesn't look at the label is a weirdo. I mean, would you guess there's cow grease in those little hostess cherry pies?
"so I was just eating a pickle" lol
But technically, you can't give up sugar. It's in fruit & most things we eat on a day to day basis:)
wow, just checked out your channel, great work. Really close to 3K:)x
Definitely not true. Maybe most things you eat but there's plenty of things that don't have sugar in it.
And natural sugars like in fruit is not near as bad as processed foods.
Emily Cross wow he's the only person you subbed to wow lol
Sam's Typical Life not true, u can give up sugar, you just have to eliminated carbs.
[D|MT] itsRastaOG Fair point actually. But its merely impossible thinking logically. Sugar in fruit is no where near as bad
No idea why i said this buut it's the internet so yolo!
huzi37709 should try cashew milk, is fairly close to taste, but has a nutty aftertaste. plus it has no estrogen in it, which mammal milk has tons of.
They look cleaner now
Yea the girls face cleared up alot
kate dawson I didn't see a difference in her face. She looked different because she got her hair cut but that was all I noticed.
maby because she's wearing white
lol @ "i dont want the diabetus"
You know what's life changing? Coming this early to a buzz video.

It's just me or I see them smarter and even more beautiful after quitting sugar?
WHYS THERE ALWAYS FREE FOOD IN BUZZFEED OFFICE
because its buzzfeed. they are practically rich
I wanna work there
+trinity brooke not just practically, they r rich
I hate soda...
Hurts my tongue.. like a lot...
Milk is life.
Digital Dirk Do you even know how fucking unhealthy milk is? ... Lol
misterarr37 Why do you think milk is unheathy?
Infernape *sigh* ... Obviously not only "I" think milk is unhealthy, it's proven. Theres something called Google, reaaally easy to use...
misterarr37 Then why not show me your proof?
Milk has calcium, which is actually a very important mineral for your body...
Milk forma life!! Although I alzó like soda. P.S i drink about 3 glasses of milk every day and sodas hardly
Your body needs sugar. Eat natural sugar like fruits, such as Bananas and Watermelon!
The body is also able to convert startch into simple sugars
It doesen't require it.
+Ciays yeah it does
Gymnastics vorior I mean, Protein will break down into sugar. so you dont need food with sugars in it. thats what i mean.
The rules are no artificial sugar, added sugar, honey or agave which means sugar from the fruit is allowed since it's not artificial. It is natural.
You cant eat a carrot? What about Cucumbers, they are almost all water
You're taste buds have been severely conditioned. I remember when I felt like water tasted horrible. Just force it for a few weeks
CheerUp2 It's how you cook it, not the food itself
You're a fucking true PIG if vegetables and fruit make you sick
I'm eating nutella straight from the jar as I watch this.
Ahahahah life GOALSSS
Hahahah XD
Lucky I'm not aloud do that
chris millner I'm not really allowed either, but I do it anyway.

0:51
Oh so I can eat unhealthy?!?! YES
XD Nice one!
FACTS BY ZACH
YOU DON'T NEED HEALTHY FOOD UNTIL YOU'RE 21 hA
+broken actually during puberty it causes pimples and unhealthy fat builds up
Maria 18 i was joking
dang im 17 now
i already lost it when he said he had starbursts for breakfast
But I love straight up black coffee
But that is entirely opinionated and nobody cares.
+HeuerX2 it is not opinionated. It is a fact, this person loves black coffee. An opinionated comment would be "black coffee is the best" I care about the fact she likes black coffee. So in my opinion your reply is useless and rude.
***** couldn't have been said better mate, i applaud you
+AdmiralSnackbar it sounds like ur saying she sgould love black coffee just cos you do
AdmiralSnackbar thanks lol
Probs the most successful life change video
your skins were glowing, no joke
I'm going to attempt this. Wish me luck guys
Gooood luck
Good luck!
staying strong?
nearly there
Soo... how did it go?
Why no honey? Honey is actually good for you. If you are going to have any sugar, honey is one of the best kinds.
Ikajo Yeah that is what I said, my grandma always tells me to have honey everyday xD.
Ikajo "30 days without sugar" Thats why.
Cupcake day? Trips to Disneyland? I WANNA WORK AT BUZZFEED!!!!!
Thanks u guys.... This was life changing for me.... I lost 18 lbs at the end of day 30th... And everytime I was tempted to give up... I watched this video repeatedly! Thanks a ton!
1:45 its sad that people feel judged or like "a weirdo" just for being health conscious and actually caring about what they put in there body!
2:23 HE IS THE MAKER OF THE GRIEZMANN DANCE/HOTLINE BLING DANCE!!
3:35 "I drink more water now" (sound of a soda can opening)
lol when he said he needs to stop eating like a 16 year old I was drinking a can of soda... and I'm a 16 year old, now he is just trying to solo me out
They even LOOKED healthier after they gave up sugar.
when that one guy said "i drink more water now" someone opened a coke lololol
they didnt give up sugar, they had TONS of carbs.
Not all carbs are sugar.
[D|MT] itsRastaOG yes they are.
- Fuzions - "Sugar is another type of carbohydrate. You may also hear sugar referred to as simple or fast-acting carbohydrate. There are two main types of sugar: naturally occurring sugars such as those in milk or fruit."
- Fuzions - Yeah, you're just wrong
Sugar is a type of carbohydrate not every carb is sugar
Nice one, Buzzfeed!
everything has SUGAR , EVERYTHING
Yeah like the fruits, but there is good and bad sugar :P
+GamerGirl Canada but it's still SUGAR
+Ivy Camunas the goal was no added sugar
+Ivy Camunas
No *added* sugar. No white sugar, no brown sugar, no sweetener, no honey. You can eat an apple, but can't dip an apple in honey, sugar, or maple syrup.
+Ellie Lannister my point is that everything has sugar
Sad fact that you can still get diabetes even if you quit sugar.
(Type2)
I've been sugar free since 01/01/16 feel great!
Wow! Do you have high energy and have no headaches cause if you don't get any of those then I'm going sugar free
That's seriously impressive.
Impressive!! I'm giving up sugar for 2 weeks, am I week in, and have already cheated twice. So you rock!!!
+Kara Fulen total high energy, no headaches or anything and after a while food just tastes way sweeter even tho it doesn't have sugar
Thanks dudes.
they didn't mention the life ending, puts your entire existence on hold headaches that come with the first time you quitting sugar
+Jodi Turnbull It's not really. Veggies on the other hand...
+Mila Spicer fat isnt necessary bad for you. The body uses fat to run your organs and all. Just everything in moderation..... except proccessed stuff
Nah.Just need the Caffeine
I'm on day two of my no sugar diet, hoping to do this the rest of the month before school starts. It's not that bad so far, but it is only day two.
Good luck!
How did it go? :D
Sarangka Aingkaran I actually lost a bit of weight, with very little exercise but I gained it all back the moment I got off the diet, I didn't last all month tho bc of living changes.
And she's not stressed out. She doesn't want to turn back time. To the sugar days. When the mamma said no sugar. And she is not stressed out.
The Cringe.
I used this video as a reference in my essay. The prompt was "write an essay explaining the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle"
*drinks two cans of soda everyday*
If that's bad, then it's pretty bad that I drink at least 5 cups everyday....
Megan Ryan one kid who used to go to my school drank 5-12 a day, he had to go to rehab to stop his addiction
Megan Ryan Hmmmm..... I'm just a random guy online but maybe you should cut back man. I don't know your age but it becomes really hard to change your routine after a while. Better do it while you're young. You'd feel so much better once you start drinking less soda.
indiehunk I really should stop xD
Drinking soda even a little a day is bad two cans is way to much same with five cups
Megan Ryan that's bad???? I pour one cup at the fridge, drink it down then pour another one for the trip back to my room. that is considered one glass. I drink orangina in the morning three times a week!:o
Me: I should definitely do this!
Also me: Christmas is tommorow.....
Ya never mind *grabs cookie....
Buzzfeed should do a 30 day vegan life change
Chai tea is caffeinated and it tastes great! I used to drink it all the time before I developed a caffeine intolerance.
Did this for 5 weeks in the spring combined with working out 3 times a week. My stomach became flat and my abs started to show. Long story short: I should start again
Here comes the "I watched this video while eating sugar" comments.
Freelee should see this
Who is freelee
Me and my mom naturally don't like super sugary stuff, so we win. *:)*
+lantry1 And guy at 1:52, it's *not weird!!*
+lantry1 you're weird
Same like sugary stuff just does not appeal to me
+lantry1 since going vegan, overly sweet or salty things are not good to me either! i eat so clean now then any extra added substance i can taste soooo much!
i stopped eating fast food and now even when i eat something with a tiny bit of oil, i feel so greasy like i just ate mcdonalds lol ;p clean eating really does wonders
1:45 the PICKLE!!!!!
i went to 5 sodas a day to 0 for 2 years and like a half and i actually feel better
damn boyyyy
when Ella says "who am I" I hear 'de girls dem sugaaa' lol beenie man
Next, people give up salt for a month. See how many survive that one...
Natasha Van Der Veen That was the joke.
+6Twisted how about no air for a month
+Dr. .Smash pshhh easy i will go for it and ill tell you what happend
+Natasha Van Der Veen but you only need 1 gramm of salt a day so you could at least extremely reduce it
Now I have to rethink my whole life
Carbs turn to sugar in the body, and this guy is cooking potatoes
Lmao good point. Not gonna notice any changes eating like that.
They said ADDED sugar.
May Lawrence Yeah but they remove added sugar then add in more carbs that turn to sugar. Sugar is sugar. How can they get any benefit with the same amount of sugar per day?
Your body runs on sugar, this video is only about eliminating added sugars, you can't live without any sugar/carbs whatsoever
The girl eating the cupcake at the very beginning is in EVERY commercial
Who am i? Who am i? 24601!!!
I'm subscribing to the person, who gets this reference ;)!
And I'm javert 😂
Frida Marinussen hmm breaking bad ref ? and you don't have to subscribe :)
Ezanime Joanime do not forget my name!!
Do not forget me !
+Noelle Ojanen and their portions are horrible...everything is super large, its hard for them diet
I ate a sugar once, and now I have autism.
nice try trying to be the next thesheepthatwentmoo 😂😂 cuz ya failed son, ya failed.
Lol jord u mad?
Digital Dirk An emoji. I assume you're running XP or lower? All emojis view as code for systems running XP or lower.
***** Apparently not with windows 7 either, because I see code as well
***** I thought it was windows xp or lower? I can only see it on my Windows 7.
I feel like everyone in that office is just constantly talking to personal cams in that room
these inspire me to change my diet as well
"Oh I'll try this" (me eating cookies while watching this)
Ella had a delusional sense of happiness. She was in withdrawal at the end.
I had surgery one time so I wasn't allowed any form of sugar at all,I flipped out,I was so cranky to the point I'd fight anyone for their candy bar, that month was horrible, the moment I was clear to have sugar my body welcomed it with a vengeance
Why it's consider to be a werdo if you read the labels, I do it, my mother does it, in fact you know what a product has
No problem for me really; I dislike the taste of ice cream, cakes, any fried foods, highly concentrated fruit juice, anything barbecued, sweet tea and especially sodas and pizzas.
...Yeah, I'm no fun when I go out to eat with friends.
I feel guilty because I'm eating Oreo cookies as I write this comment.
Lol
I went to the grocery store and felt like that "Weirdo" looking at the back of packages of frozen french fries LOL
can you still eat fruit and other natural sugars? if so, I'd love to try this.
Natural sugars are good for you, processed sugar is bad
actually the body doesn't know the difference between natural and processed sugars. eating too much of either can give you diabetes
+FreeMyMansBlitz your right
FreeMyMansBlitz you can get diabetes without eating tons of sugar
I've been doing it for a while now. Basically the rules I give myself are that I can eat natural sugars and whole wheat seeded bread but everything else is a no go
