Building Tekno Emulsion Shocks

again.. why would you wait until the bubbles dissappear, the oil is full of it the second you pump the piston again .. the only reason i can come up with for "waiting until the bubbles dissappear" is to make sure there is the exact same amount of oil in both, or am i wrong? isnt that kinda the point of emulsion shocks? they make an emulsion of oil and air 🤷‍♂

So.... does the washer go on the shock body or in the aluminum caps?? Im getting confused and it doesn't seems to be working for me.
