- Stage five clingers call and text more than 5 times a day kids you have been warned ! Todays Chit Show has a nasty argument and a wounded Mercury Outboard at the boat ramp.The argument was so intense I had to water it down so it could be seen on RUclips.

It has a large population of Cuban/American in the southern parts, I guess they can stand the heat there. Around Miami, more and more people speak Spanish and also English.

Alfred, I would be interesting to us non-Spanish speakers if you would provide sub-titles in English when you are speaking Spanish to the boats as they go by you.

"Stage 5 clinger" that's funny shit. I dated one of those back when I was in my early 20's. Shortly after that one I met a new girl (now my wife) and we been together since 1997. My wife likes to sit like that behind me at the helm of the boat and I love her to death but when I'm docking the boat or maneuvering in tight situations like a sandbar or regatta (when we used to go) I don't want anyone hanging on me. I tell her and my kids to get away from me. LOL

I really enjoy watching the Chit Show. I’m just amazed at how many dumb boat operators there are their at that marina who don’t know how to safely operate a boat as they come back in to tie up. I’ve been operating boats 12 feet to 65 footers for years , 54 years and am just incredibly surprised that there are that many non educated operators. Oh well🙈
These people spend so much money on these big beautiful Twin-engine boats and it's like it's their first Boat, They know absolutely nothing about differential trust to maneuver in tight places and to help with wind and current.
Isn't there a company down there that gives instructions to novice boat owners in basic boat handling. The big problem is they're afraid of their boat, folks should start smaller for their first one gain some experience and then trade up!
@@micknielsen7102 in their defense, some of those vessels are too small for those docks...must've been low tide during that Chit filming. Gotta get the towing driver off quick, get the rig/trailer in water and move out. Go pack the boat somewhere else, not at the ramp.

I think that the biggest thing I notice about FL boaters coming back and pulling their boats out of the water they pull up to the dock, tie up, slowly go get their vehicle and trailer then slowly pull the trailer out. Here on TN lakes/Rivers if I'm with my son he drops me off at the dock, backs off and then waits for me to get the truck and back in before he pulls back in. Total time for us to recover and load the boat is under 2 minutes. Same with launching, we prep before backing to the ramp, I back into the water the boat comes off the trailer he backs away and when he sees me come down to the dock pull back up and I jump in and off we go.
What you are describing is pretty much the same way we do it here in Minnesota. I guess they don't mind waiting around forever when it gets busy. The Chit Show is proof that just because you can boat year round doesn't mean you know what you're doing or have much common sense.
When I had a boat I used the rodeo method. I tied off the boat to the truck. I pushed back and bumped the boat off stopped put it it in park and then grabbed the rope and walked it over to the dock. Tied it off and drove back up the ramp to park. Of course I’ve been boating since I was seven.

I'm watching from the UK and I have a question..... Why doesn't anyone in the US use fenders (that's what they are called over here) when they Dock???
Lots of people do. But a lot of Public docks are pretty nice and have built in fenders.

The 10 ramps isn't so much the problem as it is the small Parking they have available. Presently, they only have room for 40 trucks and trailers, they need more. More ramps would be nice also. Have a nice Day.

These ramps are in the southern parts of Florida and that is where a large population of Cuban/Americans live. Go further North to central Florida and they have a large population of Puerto Ricans !
