    Thank you for this meditation. I just completed 40 days! It was the best butt kicking and made me very peaceful through a very challenging time full of childhood triggers. I get that I used anger to give me self esteem, instead of having self esteem to inform my anger. I listened to the entire recording every morning, so it felt like you were with me everyday. Thank you for being my teacher and for having this video series. Sat Nam.

    Day 20 and i I finally made it to 11 min. Here is how: i consciously brought up all of the angry moments that i have felt over my life. surely there are many more that will be dug up. but with the amount passing through my mind I focused on those feelings and those events and was not even conscious of the pain in my arms. once that 11 min mark came i felt such sadness and tears came sobbing through me. Catharsis. So many thanks to you Catalyst Yogi. Sat Nam

      @VOIZES absolutely they work. Of course we often need to revisit as it is like peeling layers of a misshapen onion. I still do many of CYs meditations as I progress in rooting out my shadows.

      @@voizes325 your anger sounds like mine. It was my mother who was the controller without emotion. I too have seen everything as a chore. I started the self-care, which was initially KY meditations, around age 44. 9 years later and things are much better. Yet it has been a rollercoaster ride through the shadows. CY is a great teacher and still my go to for these powerful healing tool. Peace be with you on your shadow journey. Sat Nam.

    I was soooo skeptical!!! That's why I'm writing: if anyone else is, give it a try! A serious one, though! It's amazing! Even if you don't know what's going on, it seems as if your body knows. I did it the lazy way: lying down on my bed (I've got pain in my arm... which seems linked to anger in some way... the muscles kept throbbing...). Wow! I'm in for 40 days starting today! What a great Valentine's gift ;) Thank you so so much!

    This is the first time I have done this meditation. I am so grateful to have found this practice that names and acknowledges what happened when needs are met consistently, and lovingly in childhood, and provides action that allows for the movement & release of energy. This is a deep and authentic practice that I feel will get to the root of the issue. I’ve been carrying this pain, and working to transform and release this for many years. I know that beneath the anger is deeply held repressed emotion, emotion that was not allowed to be expressed/released/processed. I made it to 5 minutes, and then had some deep sobbing, coming from such a deep place before the child had words to express. I feel the power of this practice and the opportunity it provides to heal and bring the fractured into wholeness. Thank you.

    Thank you for sharing this great meditation... I've tried once before and today it called upon me again. As I got into the 5 minute mark, I started to sweat, felt loads of pressure on my chest and released a lot of air-pressure.. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms?

    First of all thank you so much i had a unbelievable experience i have managed 7 min my body felt like its gonna explode tears busted out of me im still shaking ohh God dear i felt so electrified like im gonna have a black out im having trouble with typyng im crying while im on it sooo emotional 39 years of my life carrying this along i don't know where i had this strength from but im glad i found you its a relief!!!!!!!

    Day one ! I’m angry 😡 and that’s not the real me . I have two small children and I wanna be better ! It’s not there fault I had a traumatizing child hood and adult life .. please let the healing begin

      sat nam - yes keep up with this and do your best! In 2017 i am intending to launch a healing childhood wounds program. An 11 min meditation is not enough for people to let go of this pain.

    I did this once the other day after doing my vinyasa yoga practice. I did about 4 minutes before I stopped. I felt an incredibly strong rush of upwards emotion and sobbed a lot with some tears. It did help picturing myself in a room with many others doing the same thing. I'll continue to integrate this after my regular yoga practice. Thank you so much! I really appreciate your work. I don't know if you'll see this, but I was wondering HOW breathing in this way and holding hands in certain positions is able to release these energetic blocks? I just don't understand that part of it. Thanks.

    I am on day 27 at 7 minutes, going onto 9. This is a very powerful meditation which I am already feeling the benefits of. There appears to be much less sadness and emotion around my childhood stories. There appears to be more self-love. Sat Nam.🙏

    I acknowledge the value of this meditation very much. I'm working through some strong feelings of anger which are definitely rooted from childhood. I am finding it very challenging as you said, I find I am very resistant to what it brings up, physically and emotionally from very early on into it. It's quite overwhelming. But want to keep on with it. Thank you for sharing and all your thoughts and help.

    Hay. I hear a 3 min mark and NO 5 min mark as you say.....? And ..I think it wood be nice If you tell people you have some backup with someone because it can be very intens and so it would be nice to share with someone....;-) It was very emotional for me and gave a lot of tears. ...thats ok, but its always nice you can share for a moment.......;-)

    Sat Nam,Thank you so much for this meditation it has helped me a great deal. Along with a lot of your other meditations. I have been experiencing rage since I was 10 years old. I am 27 today. I am still just as ANGRY! I am alcoholic and an addict and have been since I was eleven. I have been sober for 1 year and 3 months. Now I am feeling angry, extremely stuck, negative, hateful towards myself and others. I often find myself in situations where I am being taken advantage of. Any advice?

    Your really helping me through my ptsd. Can I do a request? A meditation to 'stop people living rent free in my head' ie when people hurt me I spend days arguing in my head to no avail and I end up disassociation. I would love to kick this habit.

If you're ready, also please give the Shadow Mining 101 a try (I'm not paid to say these lol 😆). I hope you can give these a try. Even just for a week. 👐

    Hi! Thanks for this meditation. I have been doing for almost 4 weeks and today I felt my head very heavy as if almost all my energy was located from my neck to the top of my head. Also I am feeling like vomiting.. Feel thatI have been through a process but it has being painful. Any recommendations on what I should do?

    Hi Catalyst, I am unfortunately leaving a comment with concern. I have watched this video a number of times and done the meditation alongside you with trust in my space. I'm very upset to find that at more than 2/3rds of the way through this meditation, there is an ad. A huge violation of trust. This is awful and I can't express enough the huge concern for the unadulterated pre-programming an ad has when you are in that space. I understand ads come with free RUclips, and its fine to have one in your videos, I only ask that there be a consideration of placement because this is a very delicate space to be in. The videos that I shoot - I don't really look back at them. I removed the "song" that seemed to be causing the problems. I don't receive money for these videos but if I use a KY Song - RUclips places ads without my knowledge. And I had no idea they place them in the middle. My apologies. peace to you.

    CY,,Did you notice that at 3 minute mark, you reversed the pattern of your breath?? Also please give us in a female body a way to increase upper body strength..many of these kriyas are extremely difficult to hold, so I often rest my hand on top of my head a minute, then continue...for me the goal is to have arms out in position at least two or three times longer than I am resting them. also...do you do any in-person classes?

    When I do this meditation it really calms me. I see a deep red light swirling around the entire planet. Than I just want to cry and I get plans in my head about what I could do that may help me? when the meditation is over, I return to being angry?! Any more advice. thank you so much. Sat Nam

    I've a question. Is it normal to receive visions during this? I received two after the 7 minute mark. They were so involving and insistent I didn't notice the last 4 minutes until they were gone.
    The first was an idyllic scene in a pre modern village, the kind built into a mountain so every building piled up in steps. I first saw a tree and then followed the road it was on to a thatched roof home where a little boy, named John, was eating. Some potato dish. Then there was a bombing noise, outside, and injuries were soon seen, screaming and running, then before anything much could happen another bomb very close happened near the back. The house was .. Half destroyed, the boy I was couldn't even hear properly from the after effect of the bomb, he was also injured, his hand. Then a solider came and took him away. He was screaming and kicking the whole while.
    Then, on the heels of that vision I felt and saw myself in another body, superimposed upon mine, but a bit forward, so I could almost see them both even though my eyes were closed. I felt like I was in two of them at the same time. Then the details made themselves felt. I could feel him doing the same meditation I was, exactly. I could feel his beard, it was grey and long enough to touch his belly, which protruded very prominently, although the rest of him was wiry and lean. His skin was sun darkened, he wore only a loincloth and a turban, and he sat in the middle of a busy market square with a cup for collections. He ignored everyone's odd looks and just meditated and watched the sun. Stared into the sun, gazing, and drinking its energy with his eyes.
    These were very vivid visions. I haven't experienced that clear an involuntary thing in a while. May I ask what they were and why they came up?

    Thank you for sharing this meditation. I have w question. Can I start to do this medtation 3 minutes and integrate it with the Love and Accept Yourself meditation for 11 minutes, totally 14 minutes? Cause for the begiining it is really difficult for me to keep my arms up for 11 minutes. Can you give me and advice? thank you

    I'm doing it third day, but my shoulders can't stay in the position that long, so it's only 5mins for me. When I'm breathing so deaply my head feels weird and I have pain under my lung. Any comments on that?

    Hi Neutrilo Astrology,
    I've been using this meditation daily for about 2 months now. What I notice is that the anger in the lower back becomes a lot more present. It is basically hot and burning.
    However, I notice that the anger is simply 'there' but that it does not dissolve.
    What do I need to do with the very present anger once it is there and can be felt very strongly?

    I experienced sexual abuse when i was under 6 yrs old by the only person who ever loved or cared for me... I never got love from my mother for she did not know how to love being abandoned herself when she was little. So I have confused love with abuse and I have abandoned the child inside me because I dont know any other way to be. I am in catharsis now after doing this.

    i made a challenge for 40 day few months ago (march/april). I have such pain in my arm that i can´t keep my arms for more than 5 minutes and this with breaks. I do more sports these day, i don´t know if this could be the reason or that the realese in painful... Is there anything i could do to improve it? Thank you very much, namaste

      Dharmina Ina Muscles have nothing to do with it - its energy. Call upon your angels and guides to hold up your arms for you. And go deep with the breath to give you stamina. You will have your breakthrough - have patience!

      +Indywings1 Sat Nam, not advisable as it will change the energy moving through your meridians. If you can't sit down - then second best is do it standing. Make sure your spine is straight.

      Don't know if you kept it up but whatever you were able to do was perfect for starting, just build up to it. I think I got to 2 minutes. Be proud of yourself!!!!
