Nice build. Its nice to see the company going beyond what you are paying for. Attention to detail. Pulling out the old harness. Installing looms and getting the harness super clean installed. And to let you into the shop and film the process. Most shops will not allow a customer to go into a shop for insurance reasons let alone under a hoist.
Anybody can argue what are they hiding? Its not hiding. Its the cost of insurance. Id argue back. Would you allow your truck to be loaned out and your insurance is willing to cover it.

I had an uncle Doug who worked at the Chrysler plant in Fenton, MO., and he had some interesting Dodge trucks over the years and once he bought a Dodge truck with a diesel engine that was it. His trucks came down the assembly line as an employee's vehicle and he would install a cb radio and a shortwave ham radio and the antennas. And he hauled a 5th wheel camper with them.

That awesome you got CA to do your conversion. I have spoke with Dave the owner and he definitely knows his stuff. Seems like a man of his word and backs up his Transmission.
Only down fall is I’m still waiting for a price to do my Transmission for my Ram 5500 from Karen (CA conversions) have sent multiple emails requesting a quote. I’m located in AZ and was even willing to ship my truck down there or haul it myself just to get it to them so they can do the conversion. But never heard anything back from them. I was even thinking about just reaching back out to Dave and see if he could get the ball rolling instead of going Thur there form on there website!

I'm a high school drop out but I did pay attention in science class. It is as much how you use it as what it is. I had an argument with an engineer that I could lift one of the test cells with only a 1/4" bolt as the interface between the lower lift bridal and the crane hook. I put up a hundred which was a lot for me and he put up a thousand. I won the bet. It had a single bolt in a 20 sheer configuration. He didn't specify a stress type so he had to pay up or I would hound him at every meeting. He never argued with me when I would pull out my wallet.

My question with that much horsepower and torque why would you put a chain drive in that vehicle cuz even in my 79 bronco with a gas or I had a 205 it was a gear drive Rock crusher I split its case as a whole lot stronger than aluminum chain drive

its not that much power the Tcase should hold up especially after putting the billet output shaft

Please get rid of the black smoke in your tune , it only give the rest of us diesel owners more restriction on newer trucks from EPA .
I love my cummins, and they only take it from my cold dead hands , and only then !

I definitely will be getting rid of it. Especially with the prices now i cant afford to just be burning it for no reason

It's pretty close to the same, it runs similar industrial tuning but run SAE bellhousing. The inside is pretty much the same.
