I'm like you Mr. Darnell, I am not much of a vehicle mechanic type, and a visual learner, but channels like yours and others have taught me a lot about 12v Cummins. I fully intend to use your knowledge and others like Decent1stGen and OvensGarage to help me overhaul and tune up my father's 91 first gen.
I was just wondering if ol Steve used to live in acton,ca years ago, and if so does he remember Doc gutter? Anyway love you work man. Keep on truckin man.👍👍
On the balanced rotation assembly.... I would still weigh them tomake sure. After they are assembled because assembled with all the variances if the weight is off, the numbers will be exaggerated.
I bought a 1994 school bus with 121,000 last week with an industrial 5.9 p pump , I’m going to put in a f-3504x4 zf5, i was told to put a reseal kit in it , what does this concise of ?
Amigo I have a question ....? My 5.9 Cummings came off 1990 church shuttle bus never for city run always for the same church it only have 162k miles on it and I pulled out to swapped in to my 1974 chevy 31/2 ton truck no smog inspection required but my question is mine have the rotary full injection pump in stead the in line pump what is the difference do I need to find one in line for it or I'm ok ???.
Cool build story. 👍 I'm building an 84/92 W350 Cummins crew like The Dodge Brothers shoulda, coulda, But didn't build. Will be talking to ya'all in the not to distant future for some build advice. As I'm registered for the #nonamenationals and your advice would be helpful. Thanks 👍
I wish somebody would make a step ring for the compression ring on those and the secondary used to be child’s and Albert know it’s Ackerly and Albert they for years had a step bro and they took a small block Chevy ran it tore it apart and all they did was change the second bring the second compression ring left everything else Usain picked up 15 hp why won’t somebody do that with our stuff all right I go by six in a row jim from Kennerdell Pennsylvania I’ll give you three guys just why I go by six in a row jim I got a 91.5 dodge give you three guesses with under the hood all right you did a nice job that engine and it looks like a really nice package industrial injection class act no doubt all right thank you have a nice day😊
Why aren't you guys using a 24v head. There's a big difference in power. The 24v flows so much more and you don't have to worry about the ears of a 12v on the exhaust port breaking off.
@ericdelanoy6804 I can see that . Some guys like pumping their 24v some like common rail some guys love the VE pump . I have both a a 12v and a 24v . I love my 24v.
This is an awesome video, it took me two years to find it but it was worth watching.
I’ve been buying products 11 years now from industrial injection and I’ll never stop, great company and as always great people💪💪👍👍

that dually is sick man
Was the rings cut for the block before putting them on the piston?
That's my biggest question
Industrial Injection 👏👏🤜💪👍🏼

I would have hauled that box with a bigger trailer, but that’s just me
I would have put the box in the bed of the truck
Maybe he had multiple deliveries and this was the last one 🤔

it’s a 1990 so it has a ve pump it’s still a fine pump but you can put a p pump inline on it if you want
Big Boys club only! 14 big bands for this kit ain't no joke :/
These engine kits come with a crankshaft that already needs a speedy sleeve? Lol 👌
Yeah man. You get a new, already worn out crank 😅

Did you not know about the KDP?
I’ve noticed all the mechanics ik all have then reading glasses there all the same 😂😂😂
Rebuilt numerous horizontally opposed airplane engines, rings the correct way matters.
Couldn’t you bring a bigger trailer?

It’s a 12v build, not a 12v with 24v head build
@@nikorootful my comment still holds true
Oh cool, did not know that, power is the name of the game
@@markrich3271 I bought a 12v for reliable n basic. I avoided the 24v at all costs. Different likes, different needs
