After arlecchino being able to switch without losing infusion, i kinda got started forgeting that other dont do that, i often miss wrio damage because i forget i cant switch out when i need grouping or shielding, this is a better QOL than i expected to be
It is actually done to make up for how squishy she is,wrio aint that squishy cause he has high hp and decent healing snd can be healed

Yeah, because even some of the "competent TC" treat the excel sheets as the bible. What do you get when casuals that don't know shit believe in them? A community that can't see anything other than excel calculations
I mean we have actual prove like Gaming and Liney both crazy sheet character with insane number (I mean Liney literally beat both Hutao and Arle) but the gameplay is so annoying to minmax that people rarely uses them.

Cant we just get a new shielder from Genshin??Especially with all these bond of life stuff going on, those characters need more resistance to interruption, we need shields not more healers. Fontaine characters can self heal when they need to. But there hasn't really been any news about a new (5star) shielder who can also do some damage at least. And Zhongli appears once a year, and as an archon he can't really do much else. I get that 4 stars exists but the fact that they had planned an ENTIRE YEAR of hp self- sustaining characters, who dont need healing or wbo can't be healed by others, but do want shielders, to then release no shielders..is insane
We have shielders at home
They will never make a better shielder than zhongli, cuz they refuse to directly powercreep archons in their "niche".
So yall are stuck with mid shielders for the rest of your playtime, hoping that they will make a shield version of furina.
Also combine this with the fact that they are actively trying to keep OG liyue characters artificially relevant by giving them new broken supports, because they want to appease to the chinese playerbase, so it's never gonna happen.
Sigewinne could've been one but Hoyoverse messed up her current kit by making her shield only available at C2 and that shield is only for herself in the same way that Beidou's E counter shield is only for herself.
We have many options that work, people are just to addicted to Zhongli. My Arlecchino has beidou as only survivability and i survive pretty well, you just need atk% (not bennett buff) to increase Arlecchino all res. Clorinde could use someone like Thoma, Xingqu or even Dehya (Also Hoyo been stinky for this, but you could get her c2 for res to interrupt but that's unrealistic for most players)

we need a better off field pyro character who can provide buffs and be useful in mono pyro and chevreuse teams so that xiangling can stick to vape and enabler teams

Her play style doesn’t fit blowing enemies away, especially if it’s a group which will fk up her auto targeting from her E dash or if her auto targeting is not as good as Arlecchino’s, overload can ruin her ‘dmg’ by not dashing far enough to hit enemies with her E

Between Clorindes/Arlecchinos movement and ability to almost teleport to the enemies its looking like overload will be a focus in Natlan. Explosive knockback and characters that can still hunt them down and close the distance with damaging movement attacks

Imma try Clorinde, C1 Chiori, c6 Yunjin, and c6 Kirara before using the stronger comps. I'm at the point where I prefer using chars that work over and enjoy over what's the strongest. Seeing how I've been 36* the abyss for years and I'm not even a whale.
Funnily enough your team isn't even that bad. Chiori has good off field dmg, Yunjin makes up for Clorinde's low multipliers and Kirara provides dendro and interruption resistance. U also get geo res!

Okay awesome! She was going to be a skip for me because it sounded like she only popped off in Dendro teams. I didn’t need a second Cyno. But this makes her sound flexible and fun. Her 9 second window at the very least makes it compelling to use her with my C6 Sara.
I hope that Chevreuse will be in the banner, i need 4 for c6.

Did you make an artifact analysis anywhere yet for Clorinde? The previous video I saw only mentioned Thundering Fury and I'm trying to decide whether or not to farm the new domain, I might if both Clorinde and Arlecchino use it but have very good Gladiator pieces so won't for just one of them.
If she makes Sara even a little bit more relevant I'll be super happy

nuh... sara's buff lasts 6 seconds, clorinda's rotation lasts 9 second, so imo it's better to use fishl
Sarah is married to Ei, her short duration buff is a bit too short
Don't forget Yae, and even Lisa. They can use C6 Sara handsomely
I like using Zhongli, Navia, Yae, Sara comp more than XL, Bennett. Navia's short and flexible damage window works well with Sara's Atk buff. Moreover, she can buff Yae when Yae's burst is available. And best of all, no circle impact.

I think you missed few points. In Aggravate, and with Kirara specifically, it's possible to run a 16s rotation (you assumed it was 20s). At c6, Fischl Oz last longer than Clorinde's uptime, so you could directly swap to Kirara after Clorinde and still maintain Electro aura for Kazuha to swirl.
Since she's a NA based and has a lot of hits, Echoes of an Offering works wonder with her (providing your ping is low enough) in non-Aggravate teams, and it mitigates a lot of her poor MV scaling.
And as for the buffers, a very powerful buffer is being slept on (similar for Arlecchino), which is Candace. She enables a 16s rotation with NA dmg% buffs on par with Kazuha. She also apps hydro off-field at c6, so quickbloom teams is viable, and creates extra particles by electro resonance in non-Aggravate teams. Jean+Furina is also a good option especially at c2 Jean as she gives you ATK speed, and you know how much Clorinde loves ATK speed. She also synergizes exceptionally well with Beidou (as far as I aware), since not only Beidou gives IR to Clorinde, but Clorinde hit so frequently that Beidou would get more procs than usual, let alone c6 Beidou also gives the enemy -15% Electro RES
beidou ult cooldown is 20s
Thoma might end up being better than xiangling for the defensive purposes as well, since clorinde doesn’t have interruption resistance and all that

can baizhu be a direct substitute for nahida in aggravate/quicken? ik for quickbloom/hyperbloom he wont be enough dendro application but is he good for solo dendro aggravate? especially with her self sustain getting nerfed and possibly more nerfed later
We need an anemo unit dps that infuses their weapon at base. So elemental absortion changes the infusion. That way you can use one unit to give the infusion, and a 3rd unit to be the sub dps for that infusion. Like Sayu's roll

U can focus on kuki, xiangling, and dendro mc first, and then i suggest u pull arlecchino or wait for furina rerun in the next patch

Personally I already have both keqing and raiden on the account that I plan to pull her on, I don't really give a shit if she's just a mere sidegrade to raiden because I'm already way past the point of needing to pursuit meta anyway. But still learning how she works and having a rough idea of what she does is nice

Question, why is Clorinde being compared to Raiden in quicken team (Kazu/Nahida/Fischl) instead of Keqing? I thought that Keqing is the better and standard choice for this team because of multi hits procing aggravate more often? How good does Clorinde look compared to her tho? Thanks in advance.

These buffs look good and it's just the first week (right?), while I don't think Clorinde will get as many changes/buffs like Arle, Clorinde is looking fun and promising.
15% stronger than C0 raiden with none of raiden's other utility sounds like crap to me.

I hope she eventually becomes as strong because I'm not pulling for a weaker character right after pulling for a strong one.

While I will also put her in Aggravate, I'm excited to put her onto Overload teams for all of the pewpewness of it. The teams are looking fairly good across the board between her dendro ones and overload

okey so even tho she got her healing nerfed through using her elemental skill, clorinde furina nahida fischl team should still work thanks to furinas healing bonus, am i right? if so i still think this could very well be her best team.
I wouldn't say that "her multipliers were too low" pre buff when she basically had 5k5+ ATK% total scaling on 16sec cds. That was in the very high tier. Now she is at 6k4ATK% on 16sec, she is basically top1 in the game in terms of ATK MVs/sec at c0. There is a reason why she seems decent to good in non aggravate teams despite being electro and not even being in "hyper" teams, and why you will probably always end up with ATK sands being better than EM sands in aggravate despite her proccing aggravate 16times.
I'm gonna put her on a overload team, but I want to try her with Dehya.

I think there is a lot of ways to get defensive utility in her teams, so I don’t think it will be that huge of an issue, as long as her out put is good enough she’ll be a fine character

Yun jin sounds amazing for her, two sets of flat damage being added together then multiplied due to her a1 passive, also her fast attack speed helps hit the 30 trigger quota which nornally never mattered but its fine since she is only there for 9 seconds. Build Clorinde for crit and atk%, Yun jin for def% and er (also based on the wording of clorinde skill, yun jin flat dmg might apply to the impale as well)
I think a1 doesn't multiplie it. It adds another base dmg

Neuvi - Sovereign Dragon. He was planned to be that stupid broken from the start.
He doesn't need to. Just look at his calcs in the infographics to get an idea where she stands compared to x/y/z character. He does this for all his videos. Can't always be spoon-fed, sometimes we have to do some of the legwork.

unlock:
- goble atk% because there is a massive dmg bonus from furina, 4 pcs artifact, yelan, sign/mitsplitter (fyi: her sign/mitsplitter have high base atk so atk% will be more valuable)
- yelan with more offensive stat because of decreased ER req (double hydro)
unlike arlecchino, clorind heals constantly with her E skill, so she can fills the fanfare point
Basically replacing raiden's spot then. In terms of dmg it'll most likely be better, just keep in mind that raiden does more than just doing dmg
I can see how she has many teams that she can fit into because she's basically just a bigger raiden without the utility. So I'd assume she can fit in wherever raiden can. In case you are wondering why I brought up raiden out of nowhere

@@meg4876 Yes, arlecchino indeed cannot apply electro off field. For clorinde while yes it is a problem, but I doubt it's that much of an issue. If it's too big to ignore I guess we always have the option to replace yelan with another electro character, like fischl or something

And i have the mistsplitter which is the best sword in the game and good on all characters
C1 easily. Her weapon is just 13% better than mistsplitter. While C1 increases her damage by a considerable margin (including in quicken.)
Also, it's easier to get constellations than a weapon

The healing stuff is just not worth and barely if at all works. I can't think of a healer that heals you for >35% of her max hp in less than 1-1.5 seconds. Its just too fast and she uses all her BoL with her E so its not like getting partially there is doing anything. Also its not enough damage to even warrant replacing an offensive support.

Mainly curious how Clorinde compares with Yae and Keqing in the same aggravate teams.
That honestly depends on where you use her.
Keqing has really short rotations that can be really good against enemies with tight DPS windows and can trigger up to 12 of Fischl's A4 Passive
Yae isn't restricted by field time which allows you to switch back to Kazuha/Sucrose to regroup enemies as needed. You won't have to worry about your support's buff/debuff uptime since you can constantly refresh them. There's also the massive benefit of being able to fight at long range and constantly reposition yourself when facing mobile enemies like the Consecrated Beasts.
Keqing and Yae will do more aggravate dmg due to having no need to build lots of atk% letting them build EM, but Clorinde will trigger aggravate more than them so it depends
I just realised, keqing can do charges attacks that can apply electro seperate to her normals, while Clorinde won't.....so theres that too
@@lashwillsmash4958that's not how EM works. If you overcap EM you are losing damage. You still need ATK% + a good amount of EM but not enough to have to build it over ATK% lmao.

Bruh she’s at 60k with a Kazuha and C6 Sara. That’s barely (if at all) better than C0 Raiden. Much less C3 Raiden
if you mean c3 clorinde, it is comparable to c3 raiden only on long runs, yet weaker.
Hopefully they buff the other 5 star following her. 😌
