I just signed up but it says that I will get my tricks but they haven’t come yet and it’s been 3 days did I do something wrong if I did please tell me!
I just performed this for the first time in front of a group of people and it totally worked. They were blown away. Thank you so much for teaching awesome magic card tricks.
I just performed the trick once and immediately understood how it works. Essentially when you distribute the cards one by one into five piles, each original set will all be in the same place in each distrubution. So if the 2♡ is in the 1st row, all of the original cards from 2♡'s pile will be in the same row. If the 6♡ is in the third row, then all of the cards from the 6♡ set will be in the third row. The spectator chooses what column, and the heart chooses the Row. This trick is genius!
Oscar. In the performance, after the spec selected a card and mixed their packet, you picked up the individual packets. This can be in any order, ok. But the pack of 25 cards cannot be shuffled again because the key card can be shifted. This will not work. Your tutorial is ok. Just don't shuffle the cards after you pick up the spec's packets. Great job. You are a wonderful tutor.
@@oscar thanks, i understand what you did. Just take 5 cards from the top and move them to the bottom. I has to be in increments of 5 because there are 5 cards for each spectator. Got it. Thanks.
I was the hit of the party we just had over the weekend thanks to you.! The trick is so simple to execute and so mind blowing for the audience. I understand how and why it works after performing it a few times. Thank you so much!
Oscar this is a great mentalist trick, I tried it several times after learning it and it works each time. I also tried with three groups of cards using the pre-arranged of 2-4-6 of hearts and although the same concept works it does not have the same “wow-effect” as when you use the 5 groups. Thanks for sharing great content!!
For 3x3 cards (three viewers) you do not have to determine the identification card. You give any 3 cards to each viewer (the viewer can choose them from the package). Viewers remember one of them and then gradually, preferably from left to right (from your side), viewers put one card on the package that you hold in your hand (you do not need a table). Again (left right) the second card and the last third card from all from left to right - (direction from left to right must be followed). Best moving your hand that holds the package of other cards, so another viewer cannot hand over his card earlier. The viewer has the illusion that he mixed them with other viewers. You make fake mixing, take 3 top cards and create a fan that show the audience (value to the viewers card). The viewer "left" says he sees his card. You already know it's the first card from the left. The other three make a fan and viewers state that they do not see their card. You no longer have to show the last three cards in the fan, because you know that more than 9 cards are not in the game, so the viewer number 2 has the middle card (in the imaginary fan) and the viewer number 3 has the right card. In this trick you don't see cards at all - it's all directed by the viewer. Wow effect for 3x3 cards is great in this design, not with the principle for 5x5.
This effect (with 5 cards) does not work if 1, 2 or 3 spectators choose the card you have as the key card from their pile, so there is a high chance of failing because you cannot prevent them from choosing said key cards)
Wow ! This trick is nearly impossible to figure - it is way too clever. You are an outstanding magician, with outstanding tricks and outstanding teaching approach. Thank you showing the procedure. I haven't yet figured why it works...I 'm working on it...
I kinda understand so I'll explain it briefly: After the cards are gathered at the end, WLOG(Without loss of generality), let's say the first 5 cards are ABCDE. These are the choices presented to a spectator. When the cards are dealt out, you get A B C D E and of course, the other 20 cards. That's why since one of them is your key card, you automatically know its row. Then when they tell you which column it is, you know their card.
@@thespirgiestspirge That's fine and all if the cards wasn't as shuffled. This is one of those tricks thats crazy and even Oscar doesn't know and im sure he's a advanced magician. You can actually fool magicians with this.
In this trick you transpose piles into rows. Each row is representing respective pile. When spectator is pointing a pile with his card, it's like he would tell which card from his pile he has chosen. Simple and yet genius 😃
I see how this works. Look at each spectator's cards. All of their cards are in the same position going across. For example, spectator #2 had 5S JS 4H QC AC. Now look at the 5 stacks at the end. Those 5 cards are all in the 4th position. As long as you don't shuffle them before laying them down, and you go straight across, each player's cards will be in the same position in the stacks at the end. Genius!!!
@@jonathanleeming6886 You could only shuffle each pile independently like 8:29. But once you start to stack them up like 8:45, you cannot shuffle anymore, otherwise this trick will fail. And if you look 7:53 ~ 8:21 closely and take a note of all cards in each pile, you will notice that is corresponding to each row in 9:29. That's why you need to remember the "key card", it indicates the row of player's card, and the column of that card will be pointed out by spectator.
Oscar, totally agree with everyone else. This blows me away, truly amazing! One question though, the first time you did this trick you shuffled the cards after collecting the 5 piles. What type of shuffle did you do?
He is doing a top shuffle. So each time he is only taking the top card and moving it to the bottom of the pile. He does this 5 times so the whole top pile of 5 is now on the bottom and all groups of 5 remain together
In the demo you shuffled them after the packets were being collected back in, but I can't get it to reliably work when I try that. Am I missing something? Other than that it's an amazing trick.
i watched this trick about a week ago. works very well. i added a different reveal to it by using a second deck (different color) and pulling out the same card as theirs and placing it in front of them to reveal their card when they cant see all the cards spread out. Just a thought . they then will see my pick as a second card from the other deck.
Think of it in terms of rows and columns. Each row has all of the cards of each of the original 5 stacks including the identitying heart card . Because each stack was shuffled individually, the chosen card can appear in any column, but it will always appear in the original row. For example, the two of hearts was assigned to the first player. When they chose the fifth column , their chosen card had to be in the same row as their assigned card and thus had to be the 10 of clubs...
The trick doesn’t work… I just tired a dozen times and it doesn’t work as the video. Once the prospects pick their cards and then mixes them after, the trick gets ruined… so I’m clueless how he made this work.

This is really cool! The only thing I don't understand is, at 2:42, when you shuffle multiple stacks of 5, how does that not throw off the whole stacking? I can see shuffling each stack of 5 individually would be fine, but at 2:42, when you have 3 stacks in your hand and you shuffle, wouldn't that throw off the stack? Wouldn't it be possible for you to then have the 10H, 8H, and 6H all in a row (theoretically)?
im a bit confused,...for the explanation you shuffle each pack separately,...earlier you pick up the piles and shuffle as a pack,... are both versions good to go?? when I shuffle the whole pack, trick did not work
Hey Oscar, i’m really interested in knowing how this trick works. Thats part of the beauty in magic, knowing the system behind the illusion. Do you have any ideas on how this works?
It's a simple transpose.... All the earlier columns (each column is the pile from which spectator selected his card) when shuffled, collected and stacked in whatever order.... And then spread out as 5 piles again.... Are transposed into rows this time.... So in this new matrix, all you need is a row number and a column number to identify any card.... Column number is given by spectator and row number is given by your predetermined index card.... Simple and ingenious.... The beauty lies in the fact that the simplicity isn't obvious 😉
The trick actually works with 3 or 4 friends too. You just use 3 key cards and deal 3 piles of 3 if you only have 3 friends. I guess the more cards and piles you deal, the more impressive it looks though
Love tricks like this, really easy self working trick with a huge effect. Managed to pull off my first attempt last night in the gym, was one of the best reactions ive had, thanks!
Hello, your videos are excellent, I have a question, is there a way to do this trick without key cards? something like memorizing the order in which the packets are distributed or the order in which they are returned to you, I would like to be able to do it without key cards so I can do it impromptu at any time during a poker game... thank you!
If you can do perfect faro shuffle, you can cut flawlessly 26 cards and that way you can also cut 25 cards just as easily too. So I'd do first those shuffles and false cuts, then I would either lift up 25 cards myself or do a riffle force to get 25 cards and give them the top pile by using magician's force because I think it needs to be more random than just saying out loud that there needs to be exactly five rows of five cards. Then I would ask them to deal into five piles themselves to get them involved and after they've dealt the first five cards I tell them that they can even shuffle and keep dealing. I think it might even work better than your way.
Wow, this is really great! It could even be called a "magicians fooler", because there are some moments in the routine which make magicians think: "Ah, I know the principle." But in the end of the day they probably won´t be able to explain or copy it. And it is even quite easy to set up this effect in front of the spectators, if you think a little bit about it. So you could make it seem to be impromptu, which should kill any audience.
If you have the memory to pull it off, you can do this trick without having to set the deck at all. You can have the spectators shuffle the deck as much as they want, and look through every card if they want to assure them it's a fair deck. All you need to do is fan the cards out to show them it's a fair deck, and catch a glimpse of the first 5 cards. It makes no difference what they are, as long as you can remember them in order. It would take some practice, I don't think I could do it, but it would make the trick better.
Good idea! Yet you have to memorise not only cards but the order as well. Its too much)). Its better to create your own random combination of 5 cards and use it all the time. Thats much more easy
@@хорошаякомпания-н4й It's definitely easier, but it means you can't repeat the trick without sneaking off to set the deck again. You can reduce the difficulty a lot though as the trick only needs 25 cards. If you start with the same 25 instead of splitting a full deck the majority of people wouldn't question that. Then you can select a specific 25 cards so that you don't have two blacks or reds of the same number. For instance only the 8 of clubs and 8 of diamonds would be there, so if you see a black or red 8 it can only be one possibility.
@@trevorhohner4645 Good strategy Trevor. Def still tough, but cutting down the deck to two colors is a great strategy 👍. And especially cause friends/fam usually want you to do the trick again most times... This avoids, as you said, having to set the deck again.
This is incredible! Absolutely mind breaking! WOW! And as another poster said it could easily be titled 'magicians fooler' Keep the great tricks coming! Love the channel.
even with the explanation I can understand how the end works lol Tha trick is poggers dude!!!!! Also, will work with less expectators if I have less key cards????? Lazy, I know.... could try, but lazyness is life lol

@@050138 still dont get it... if you shuffle at the end are you not then risking moving the index card ref card to a wrong column i.e two index cards into one column.
@@embecmom5863 He is not shuffling at the end.... He is just placing the top 5 cards at the bottom.... Like 3 cards and then 2 cards.... he makes it look life shuffling You can actually peel off 5 or multiples of 5 cards from the top and place at bottom and still it works because it only affects the order you picked the sets from different spectators and not inter-mixing cards within the different sets of 5 cards Each set of 5 cards still has one of your index card and one spectator selects, it may sometimes be the same card as the index he is selecting.... So this time when you start placing all 25 cards row wise, each set will form a row and using the index card as reference you can name out the card selected if he points out the column which it is in....
@@embecmom5863 Also when you spread out cards again, 2 index cards can go into the same column.... It is the rows that are distinct.... Each new row was your earlier column which had only one index card ....
Using a deck of 52 cards you can do it with groups from 1 to 7. All you have to do is to match the number of cards in each pile to the number of spectators: 1 spectator: one pile of one card 2 spectators: two piles of two cards 3 spectators: three piles of three cards and so on. The problem is, with one pile of one card it''s trivial. Two piles of two cards are still very obvious. From three cards onward it is possible, but it depends on the audience how easy they can be fooled. Six and seven makes it hard for the magician. With a special deck you can go as high as you want, but the more cards you use the longer the performance will take. And counting hundred piles of hundred cards each make the audience very tired sooner or later. 😜
A cool trick. The fact that it works is due to the fact that the only card in the selected pile is the one you are looking for. Because the 5x5 matrix is rotated and the other 4 cards are from the other players.
My question is, what if they pick on of the hearts that are needed to find the right card? If they pick the 2 of hearts on one pile, how do you know to pick it?
So, you dond shuffle before the last demostrtion so that 2-4-6-8 and 10 have to be in 1-2-3-4-5 (different) positions You have though everyone s cards in line And since they re one after the other in line they just have to show you the virtical line that their card belongs to. Genius !
Hey Oscar I tried stacking the 5 piles in many ways after the spectators pick the card except they won't work if I don't do it the same way you did. so if you watched this video make sure to stack the cards the same way Oscar does after the spectators pick their cards.
Yes looks like he made a mistake ... after they choose he thoroughly mixes them, but in the 2nd half he just stacks them. Does t work first way ... did you figure out how it still worked for him?
Think of it as a 5 x 5 grid. Each horizontal row is one of their 5-card hands spread out across the entire row, because of the way you deal it out - so right away you should be able to tell which horizontal row belongs to each spectator, based on their key cards. Then all you need to know is which vertical column their card is in to identify their card.
Oscar, in the first example after the first spectators chose their card, they put down the five cards. You picked them all up and mixed them up in your hands…( shuffled them). But in the second example you didn’t shuffle them after they chose them. Does it matter? I’m thinking you can’t shuffle them up at that point … that maybe was a mistake on your part? Let me know… in the mean time I’ll keep practicing… thanks
for those trying to crack the code to other people's tricks, know - shuffles and cuts mean essentially nothing the orders on which you stack cards are essential. if the deck is facing you watch the back of it (they hide most of their shenanigans back there.) and never EVER take your eyes off their hands and the deck. but after all that, sometimes they won't repeat the trick and the secret will be lost to you, forever...
You can use any 5 key cards as long as you remember what they are. 2 clubs, 4 hearts, 6 spades, 8 diamonds, 10 clubs. This way you don't have to be afraid of showing all the cards. Also they can cut the cards as many times as they want before displaying the cards.
Regarding the method of how the key card automatically matches the corresponding pile they chose... Is it by default that they will match? Or is it some similar divination process akin to the Tarot?
This trick is incredible. How do the hearts correspond to the spectators' cards every time? I tried it myself and it works and I can't figure out HOW it works. What if the spectator just thinks of another card instead of the one they originally thought of? Plus they shuffle as much as they want. How does it correspond correctly each time? Mind boggling.
At 2:49 you say that the cards after being picked up can be shuffled through but that's not true as what if 2 of our 5 main cards become next to each other in same line right
Question What happens say is someone picks 2 of hearts.. how do u know where there card is? What if someone says there card is in the same pile of base card..ex 2 of hearts?
I wish I knew HOW the cards line up that way at the end after they were all mixed up. Their key card could be in any position, not necessarily lined up with the original heart.
Think of it as a 5 x 5 grid. Each horizontal row is one of their 5-card hands spread out across the entire row, because of the way you deal it out - so right away you should be able to tell which horizontal row belongs to each spectator, based on their key cards. So in this new matrix, all you need is a row number and a column number to identify any card.... Column number is given by spectator and row number is given by your predetermined index card....
Simple and ingenious.... The beauty lies in the fact that the simplicity isn't obvious 😉
@@050138 there we go, u got it on the spot, i was lazy to type a lot
But, the 5 people got to pick any card. Shouldn't there be an 80% chance that he picks the wrong card?

You're so talent, your teaching so easy to understand
Now I just need 5 friends......
No comments? Lemme fix that. Underrated comment
Same😂😂😂😂
The trick actually works with 3 or 4 friends too. You just use 3 key cards and deal 3 piles of 3 if you only have 3 friends. I guess the more cards and piles you deal, the more impressive it looks though
Me too I have0
I can be one
Love tricks like this, really easy self working trick with a huge effect. Managed to pull off my first attempt last night in the gym, was one of the best reactions ive had, thanks!
Hello, your videos are excellent, I have a question, is there a way to do this trick without key cards? something like memorizing the order in which the packets are distributed or the order in which they are returned to you, I would like to be able to do it without key cards so I can do it impromptu at any time during a poker game... thank you!
@Oskar Owen: Does this only work for 5 spectators / cards or any other number?
WHAT A TRICK IT ABSOLUTELY FOOLED ME!
DO YOU INVENT THE TRICKS BY YOURSELF?
WOW YOU DESERVE A LIKE. 👌🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It could even be called a "magicians fooler", because there are some moments in the routine which make magicians think: "Ah, I know the principle."
But in the end of the day they probably won´t be able to explain or copy it.
You are the fooking man Oscar
You are killing it with your last 5 videos just WOW
Wow!!! Simply Mind Blowing!!! To be added to my repertoire for sure!!! Thanks for sharing. I will look to sign up and enroll in your class.
This is incredible! Absolutely mind breaking! WOW! And as another poster said it could easily be titled 'magicians fooler' Keep the great tricks coming! Love the channel.
even with the explanation I can understand how the end works lol Tha trick is poggers dude!!!!! Also, will work with less expectators if I have less key cards????? Lazy, I know.... could try, but lazyness is life lol
How do you create so amazing magic tricks ?
I wanted to thank you for these videos you put time into. I have been wanting to learn card tricks for a long time. You really helped me! Thank you!😊
This broke my brain, I still can't understand why it works 😂
Yep no idea how this works either!

@@050138 still dont get it... if you shuffle at the end are you not then risking moving the index card ref card to a wrong column i.e two index cards into one column.
@@embecmom5863 He is not shuffling at the end.... He is just placing the top 5 cards at the bottom.... Like 3 cards and then 2 cards.... he makes it look life shuffling
You can actually peel off 5 or multiples of 5 cards from the top and place at bottom and still it works because it only affects the order you picked the sets from different spectators and not inter-mixing cards within the different sets of 5 cards
Each set of 5 cards still has one of your index card and one spectator selects, it may sometimes be the same card as the index he is selecting....
Does it works with less than 5 people or it must be performed with 5 people? Thanks!
Hey is it possible to make it three piles??
Yes its possible
Will it work on less than 5 cards?? What if i select 2,4,6 instead of 2,4,6,8,10..???
Or more?
Wowwwww🔥🙌🙌😱😱you're the geniuses guy I ever know👏👏

One question :can we do in front of 2 or 3 audience
Using a deck of 52 cards you can do it with groups from 1 to 7. All you have to do is to match the number of cards in each pile to the number of spectators:
1 spectator: one pile of one card
2 spectators: two piles of two cards
3 spectators: three piles of three cards
and so on.
Can you do this trick with 4 cards or only with 5 cards
Thanks man it worked 🔥🔥
Didnt expect you here 😂
Thank you so much Oscar my family will be amazed
@Oscar Owen what do you do when the spectator who has the keycard as the 6 of hearts and he says that her card is in the pile with the 6 of hearts?
That means the card he/she selected is the 6 of Hearts
A cool trick. The fact that it works is due to the fact that the only card in the selected pile is the one you are looking for. Because the 5x5 matrix is rotated and the other 4 cards are from the other players.
I couldnt believe this will work until try it. But it really do. Really amazing trick. Thank you so much Oscar.
I can usually figure most card tricks after playing them through a few times... But I'm struggling with this one. How!?! 😂
I figured it out
My question is, what if they pick on of the hearts that are needed to find the right card? If they pick the 2 of hearts on one pile, how do you know to pick it?
Is this scalable? Will it still work for 2, ,3 or 4 spectators?
This is absolutely ASTOUNDING. I have signed up for you class!
Really awesome 😍😵......I just tried it to my family, now I am mind reader to them 😋🤫
One question i have is, if the spectator lies, how do you bypass that?
Everything on this chanel is just excellent. Thank you for all you do, mate!
Pretty awesome, but I still don't understand how it works. Will this work with 2 to 4 people?
I just did this. It's nearly fool proof! WOW!
for those trying to crack the code to other people's tricks, know - shuffles and cuts mean essentially nothing
the orders on which you stack cards are essential.
if the deck is facing you watch the back of it (they hide most of their shenanigans back there.)
and never EVER take your eyes off their hands and the deck.
but after all that, sometimes they won't repeat the trick and the secret will be lost to you, forever...
Wow this trick is actually sick AF I cant wait to do it!
bro i show every card trick i learn to my mum and she said this is by far her favorite one
You can use any 5 key cards as long as you remember what they are. 2 clubs, 4 hearts, 6 spades, 8 diamonds, 10 clubs. This way you don't have to be afraid of showing all the cards. Also they can cut the cards as many times as they want before displaying the cards.
Great trick, i understand it but what about if the other people choose the 2 of hearts or the 8 of hearts or any of the other cards?
Then they will point the same column where your key card is

I've performed this trick a few times and it even amazes me.
So simple yet so clever. Bravo
Thanks Oscar l forgot about this clever effect. The simple yet devious method is awesome, great tutorial 😊👍😊👍👍😊👍😊
Works great thank you
Regarding the method of how the key card automatically matches the corresponding pile they chose...
Okay, I figured it out. Still a great trick!
@@louissoler4799 hey man can you please explain me ?
I love your tricks I perform them to all my family and they are blow away
At 2:49 you say that the cards after being picked up can be shuffled through but that's not true as what if 2 of our 5 main cards become next to each other in same line right
I watched this routine some years ago in the channel Mismag822...but, nice performance oscar. Love your videos

Does it work with less than 5 people?
Question
What happens say is someone picks 2 of hearts.. how do u know where there card is?
What if someone says there card is in the same pile of base card..ex 2 of hearts?
Can this trick be done with 2 to 4 people also?
The mind blowing fact its not that this trick works by itself... The mind blowing fact is that someone figured this trick out by himself.
Wow , ,Oscar that’s amazing ,I wonder who thought of that originally . So clever . Thank you once again my friend 👍👍
Can you do this with less than 5 people?

does it work with only 2 or 3 people too?

Fantastic Trick here ! i could only imagine how much some magic companies would charge for this
I wish I knew HOW the cards line up that way at the end after they were all mixed up. Their key card could be in any position, not necessarily lined up with the original heart.
Think of it as a 5 x 5 grid. What happens if the cards that they were thinking about didn't match the row of corresponding cards that were already chosen?
