the sticky note emoji works like a grid and odd number means switch from black to white or white to black. even means white to white or black to black. so if there on a black square remove a white one and if on white remove black

@@Yuki-rw7fo It's pretty simple once you think about it. When you're only allowed to move horizontally and vertically, your choices are limited by the amount of steps you can take. Notice that he moved the four original tiles to be diagonal from each other. This means that you can only land on another one of the original tiles if you're given an even number of steps. This also means that if you're given an odd number of steps, then you'll only be able to land on one of the new tiles. Notice that Everytime you land on a new tile, he takes away one of the original ones and anytime you land on an original tile, he takes away a new one. Slowly he eliminates spaces for you to go to until you only have the monkey space left to go on. Try playing the game several more times. As long as you do it correctly, you'll always be forced to land on the monkey space. If you've ever played teams on the new Mario party, you'll know what I'm talking about.

For the emoji, basically (got this from Ted-Ed) you say the first four are odds and the next 5 are evens. If you start on odd and move 4 times, you are still on odd and he removed an even. Then move 5 and now you’re on an even and he removed an odd. Move 2 and now you’re still on even and he removed another odd. Then move 3 and now you’re on odd and he removes 2 evens. Then move 3 again and you’re on an even and he removes an odd. Finally move 1 and he trapped you on monkey.
