I’m happy someone is talking about The Tick because no one’s talked about him since the Amazon show ended and I’ve missed him so much.
Fr I miss him I hope Amazon would give us another reincarnation of him but a bit more like what Amazon is doing what their superhero shows today

Static is so underrated. I really hope James Gunn pushes that static movie Michael B Jordan is producing. Static can be as big as miles morales if used correctly.
If the movie gets made I hope they use the original Static origin/story instead of the modern run
He’s one of the many DC characters I felt should’ve had a movie years ago, especially when the cartoon was airing its 4th season.
But no telling if it would’ve been good or not since superhero films were either hit or miss during the early to mid 2000s.
I mean, Static can be even bigger than Miles. Miles is never going to be all he can be if he stays in Peter's shadow, which is never going to change because they'll never let him have his own unique codename. Static can really stand out and be his own man.
I hope we get more Static Shock reviews or something tbh

Glad to see The Tick included. It's so under rated. I always watch that episode every year along with X-Men, Batman, Justice League and Ninja Turtles 2003.
The Brave and The Bold is the best, thanks for giving it the attention it so rightfully deserves!
The jokes in this video were ALL top tier, I had to stifle more than one laugh, which is super rare for me. Talk about a perfect way to end the year. Here's to 2023 Xavier!
This isn't an actual holiday special, but my favorite winter themed superhero thing has always been Batman: SubZero. BTAS had the best adaptation of Batman, personally, due to constantly emphasizing the character's compassion - and SubZero is just a great example of that.
My favorite holiday episode isn't even a holiday episode, but "Casket of ancient winters" from Earth's Mightiest Heroes has it all for me. Snow, rivalry between a character who believes in Christmas and another who doesn't (Well, rivalry between a character who believes in Asgardian magic and another who doesn't), and...
Well, I think that's about it, but it's a very good episode.

Umm......no it wasn't. It's a beloved show that still has a dedicated fanbase to this day. Michael B Jordan is reportedly helping to develop a Static movie. And it's no more of a "fever dream" than any other superhero show is. There's just as much "weird' stuff in static as there is in any other superhero cartoon.

It might not be a superhero show, but Kim Possible had one of the best Christmas episode's.
I consider Kim Possible a superhero show maybe not in the traditional sense but the show does have a teenage girl and her goofy sidekick fighting alot of over the top and goofy themed villains with catchphrases and corny one liners.

doctor who did the villain santa twice in a row, then later did a parody of a christmass carol, then a parody of Narnia the next year. also a dream one where santa is just a character who is a dream, then they had 2 christmas episodes in a row due to missing a year, we had a superman parody for christmas which built slightly upon the christmas special from last year (the two christmas specials that are back to back), a world war 1 christmas episode which is also a multi doctor story with very little world war 1.
oh wait I forgot the titanic one, and the episode where everyone turns into the master

Peter Parker is of Jewish ancestry and his family is proud of it but Aunt May and Uncle Ben is/was Protestant Christian. Peter grew up Protestant. So they celebrated Christmas most likely. Also according to Jewish custom you can only pray in a temple or your house but Peter has been shown praying after a big fight on a roof saying “Hey God, it’s been a while but I was wondering if you could give me six days to sleep” which would be considered very disrespectful in the Jewish religion. In short Peter is of the Jewish race but not the religion.
