Oh, and DC Santa is both Superman's neighbor and goes through all of Darkseid's defenses to deliver him a lump of coal before flying back into home on a yearly basis and Darkseid HATES him for it.

I like to believe that the scene with Jean Grey and Gambit in the kitchen is truly the starting point for her fall in to becoming Phoenix, the signs were always there, we just never paid attention to them
Apparently, Ultrahumanite is a Superman villain which surprised the hell out of me because I thought Flash had the Monopoly on Ape villains
Funny enough, I'm more familiar with him fighting Power Girl so I thought he was considered one of her rogues.
Until I later realized more minor/obscure superheroes aren't allowed to have a rogues gallery. Just the occasional met and punch and sometimes an archenemy if they're lucky.
The Brave and the Bold's Christmas episode was pretty cozy, but then again, it's always hard to lose when Red Tornado is in the episode.
Or Blue Beetle. Blue Beetle episodes were pretty cool from what I remember.

Oh that episode of Static Shock of the little homeless girl made me break in tears.
I'm genuinely surprised little to no mention about Static Shock's Christmas episode. It tackles such an untouched subject that homeless are dehumanized forgotten and broken people. It litterally effected me. I actually make sure homeless people know I see them even if I can't always help.

I imagine it would be similar to our holidays but on a much larger scale, with stuff like Life Day being the stand-in for Christmas 😂

Nice video as always. I think I'll start a tradition of watching these and a few more every X-Mas.
I watch all these Christmas specials yearly. I get in the spirit by watch old cartoon Christmas specials, Home Alone 1 & 2, Jingle All The Way, and some classics like Charlie Brown, Flintstones, and Disney especially Micky Mouse. I actually like the Life with Louie Christmas Special and had me cracking up multiple times. I remember alot of the Nickelodeon, CN, and Super Hero Christmas Specials but that was a treat and nostalgia. I never would of remembered that show but I vividly remember seeing it as a kid.

I was just watching Spectacular Spider-Man before watching this video. I haven't in years as I simply didn't have the means to, so hey funny coincidence. Sure no one cares but it's funny to me.
An underrated one that I don't see people really bring up is the Christmas episode from Static Shock (You played a clip from it at the very end of the video). I really admired the fact that the creators of the show tackled the subject of homelessness and how easy it is to ignore the suffering of the less fortunate. At the end of the episode Static admits he's been guilty of ignoring the homeless. He may be a good and carrying person, but that doesn't mean he is free of blind spots. It also had a truly sympathetic antagonist who static actually manages to help at the end of the episode. Is it a little preachy? Yeah, but the show is for KIDS and its the only example of a cartoon from my childhood I can think of in which the creators tackled a relevant social issue directly and didn't rely on the use of metaphor.
