- By far the most common request from you guys lately has been to share my hormone balancing routine and what I have been doing to work with my hormonal cycle, balance my hormones, relieve period pain, clear up hormonal acne etc. So in this vlog I'm taking you through a busy day in Bali on my period and showing you what I eat and how I am working out while on my period. It is SO SO important to treat your body kindly during this phase of your cycle and avoid intense workouts or depriving your body of nutrients during this phase. I hope my experience is helpful to you all! You should keep doing more videos about your hormones journey. I really enjoy them because I’m on a hormone journey too. I lost my period 2 years ago due to physical and mental stress after a major surgery and dealing with personal stuff, and this wrecked havoc on my cycle and hormones
