Please do all phases! I have just recently started hearing about the importance of what we nourish our bodies with during each phase but am struggling to understand it. I'm a visual learner and this is super interesting to me.😊
this is actually a very cool concept for a video it's nice to see you eat and live in the everyday life of the world aside from every body You are not like anyone and this is what makes you a special and exceptional person. I wish you a happy life and to everyone who reads my comment ❤️🥰💖😍😘🍓♥️❤❤❤❤❤❤😊❤😊❤
I absolutely LOVE learning about how we can support ourselves in the different phases of our cycle!!!! Learning so much from you! Please keep these videos up!
Yes, more…more…more! Would love to see all 4 phases. I hope to join the living well this month for my bday🥰 Do you freeze your zucchini before or after you cook it? I’ve seen both ways done.
I love this! I was just looking up recipes that help estrogen production. Unfortunately, i found nothing online. So these videos are right up my alley. Cant wait for the follicular phase video. ❤
I’d love to see a video about tackling menstrual cramps through nutrition. I’m watching all your old videos to try and put some things together, but it’d be awesome to see one done on this topic!
I subscribed immediately, I LOVED this video explanation. I have been into cycle syncing for just about two years now, and what really made me appreciate you is saying that HEALTHY CARBS are needed! So glad I found your channel.
I’m going to binge watch these videos now! Thank you so much I’ve been struggling with my cycle phases especially during luteal and menstrual phases. And I mean rashes, period flu, fatigue, migraines, severe body aches, fainting, dizziness, etc. I’ve dipped my toe into using food to help balance my hormones out and it’s helped a lot but I’m trying to learn more of what I can do to make it last and sustainable.
Yes please share it all!!!! I have been studying this for a while now but have been feeling overwhelmed with this. I would also love to see your supplement line up for each phase if you are switching those up. ❤
You got it!! I have a video for ovulation already posted, feel free to check that out here, m.ruclips.net/p/PLS8mg7naHcyn8ZgbONj5ZOn7CDGsvkxpQ&mcp_token=eyJwaWQiOjEwNzYzNTAsInNpZCI6OTI5MjIwMDQwLCJheCI6IjJiM2M1NmQzMTNjODljYzQ0ZmNiYzdlNmFkZGExMTdhIiwidHMiOjE3MTMxMzQ1MjUsImV4cCI6MTcxNTU1MzcyNX0.2qN5bDFrVYW6Cb_gJwzEgRiBdeB8BO5Pe13aGBVyqJs
❤❤❤❤❤ on a quest to watch all these vids! Thank you for changing my family and my life! Also - so funny but your old home reminds me of my current one and sometimes I dream of a home like your current one but man I love how you lived your dreams out even when your kids were tiny and even when your kitchen wasn’t this brand new perfect lighted DREAM YOU NOW HAVE! It was inspiring to go back and see that! Reminded me how badly I need to live my best life NOW!!!! Don’t wait! Also - what do you do while you walk so long every day? Listen to podcast? Music? Thanks so much!
Awe, I love that SO MUCH! I listen to an audiobook, podcast, or walking meditation. Sometimes if I'm feeling overstimulated I'll just walk without listening to anything, it helps me clear my head! 💞
Can you please continue doing what I eat in a day for each of the four phases of the menstrual cycle; I really enjoy these type of videos and find them very beneficial and inspiring. I think you've done one video for each of the four phases except menstrual phase. I would love to see one for the menstrual phase. I recently subscribed to your RUclips channel and thoroughly enjoy watching your videos. Thank you very much!
This will be such a helpful transition for you to start implementing some of these foods. Promise me that you’ll check back in after you give it a try!
I’m so confused… around 12:40 you say that during our luteal phase our progesterone levels drop and our estrogen levels rise… but I was under the impression that it was the complete opposite! I need to know… did you mean to say it the other way around, or have I just had it backwards this whole time? Thanks!
sorry but you said something very wrong.....during our luteal phase our progesteron rise...not the estrogen ....it is the hormone that is needed if pregnant....
Hi welcome to the channel, during the majority of the luteal phase, there is a pronounced increase in estrogen levels. Let me explain so it make sense to you…. This rise in estrogen is crucial as it plays a pivotal role in stimulating the thickening of the endometrial lining. The surge in both estrogen and progesterone levels triggers the dilation of milk ducts within the breasts. Consequently, this is responsible for the swelling and tenderness that some individuals experience in their breasts. Now, to address your specific comment, if the egg remains unfertilized or fails to implant, the corpus luteum undergoes degeneration approximately 14 days after ovulation. Subsequently, estrogen and progesterone levels decline, and a new menstrual cycle will begin.
I love how passionate you are about nutrition and how you tailor it to our body's changing needs! Always very interesting & informative! I would definitely love to see what you suggest we nourish our bodies with during the other phases. 🫶
