Seed cycling substantially changed my cycle and comfort or at least appreciation within each phase . Lately, without knowing the dets with cycle syncing I was doing it and it’s really changed my perspective (as well as those close to me). Glad you brought up that book too! It’s been on my list and now I’ll have to circle around to it. I really enjoyed Beyond the Pill. I’m not someone looking to get pregnant nor have I taken the pill in years but it does an excellent job looking at almost all things cycle related.

The video is everything I've been looking for! I wrote notes as if I was a student listening to a lecture. Might even make a poster with the information you've given! I typically become really irritable for two days before bleeding begins and then I am usually just completely exhausted during the first day of bleeding. I've been living like that my whole adult life (I'm 32). I have a one year old now, and I need to change for the better. I really lacked the patience, grace, and understanding that my baby needed while I was PMSing. Thank you so much for the work you put into this video. Also the planner looks really interesting. Every time I see you I feel the exact same... a breath of fresh air and a ray of sunshine... I've watched this video several times and I always come back to something new that I didn't catch the first time. My pressing question for you is this - how do you balance where you are with your menstrual cycle when it doesn't "sync" with the moon phase cycle? Right now I am in a red moon cycle and essentially everything is 2 weeks "off" from the moon cycle phase so there's this inner struggle of which is the "right one" to lean into. Getting some perspective and insight from you regarding this would be very helpful as I rarely ever have a white moon cycle and I'm tired fighting between the 2 energies. 🤎

I shared it with one of my friends and finally came back around to it because I wanted to take notes. Thank you for this video as I’ve been requesting more opportunities to deepen my relationship with my womb. A lot of the information provided context to some of the things I have felt along the way. The hormonal support piece was key for me. Excited to put this in practice while offering myself grace along the way.

Great video! I noticed I get throw of around my period. My routines fell through and I sunk into a bad diet just eating whatever I got my hand on but now I believe its because my brain was signaling that it needed more nutrients than I was providing it. Thank you for the information!
I love coming back and rewatching this video to really understand where I am at and what I am experiencing in each cycle. I feel like during my menstrual cycle I would love to work on reflections and working on heightening my intuition. I love your videos especially the ones where you give journal prompts. I was wondering if you could possibly create journal prompt’s that can help with intuition and reflecting during the menstrual phase or just in general. Every time I see you I feel the exact same... a breath of fresh air and a ray of sunshine... I've watched this video several times and I always come back to something new that I didn't catch the first time. My pressing question for you is this - how do you balance where you are with your menstrual cycle when it doesn't "sync" with the moon phase cycle? Right now I am in a red moon cycle and essentially everything is 2 weeks "off" from the moon cycle phase so there's this inner struggle of which is the "right one" to lean into. Getting some perspective and insight from you regarding this would be very helpful as I rarely ever have a white moon cycle and I'm tired fighting between the 2 energies. 🤎
