Do you recommend wild blueberries only? If I cannot find it can I sub for regular organic blueberries? I usually buy regular flax seeds. Should I ground them before using in smoothies or baking? I heard you have to ground to get its nutrients absorbed.
This video is so amazing! I’ve done a lot of work adjusting my hormones with doctors, but they never talk about nutrition and sustainability 🙄… These are excellent food choices that I can eat on a regular basis. I didn’t even realize the nutrients that was in them!!! I’m adding this to my routine!!
First time watching! Recommended by Tiffani Beaston! Great video- some of these things are already in my diet, and those foods that are not, I plan to add to my grocery list.
Hi Jessica! Can you tell me where you bought the smoked salmon you ate in the video? It looked so delicious and much better than what I have purchased before. Currently 36.5 weeks pregnant and wanting to incorporate all these things into my postpartum diet 😊
What if you’re low in Estrogen and lower in progesterone? Both need to increase. All these foods I thought were good for hormone health are undermining estrogen production.

I buy the same brand of seaweed, but the olive oil snack sheets :) How many times a week do you give your kids seaweed and how many sheets at a time?
Big thumbs up 👍🏻 🥰💞
