I went from a 2019 STI, to a 2022 IS 350 F and don’t regretted. It handles well to the way I drive. Sporty enough. And no other car looks as good as the IS 350 F on the road today
@@AAhmad3449 yea they look classier but not as good looking in a sporty way. lexus "screams cheap" to you and yet you just mentioned Volvo which is among the shittest brands for reliability.

I just bought a 2022 Infrared 350 f sport with the black / white interior. I absolutely love it. It is visually stunning and a very great drive. I really havent seen such a beautiful car in this price range. When I finally saw one in person I knew I had to get one and I did just a few days ago
Just bought the 2023 Lexus IS350 F Sport and I love it 💕💕 so luxurious and smooth. This is my 7th car within 10years I had BMW, Mercedes Benz, Alfa Romeo and Toyota
Have had the ‘21 IS 350 about 7 months now and drive 100 miles a day for work. Rolling through 18K on mileage and still get excited to jump behind the wheel. Makes my work commute enjoyable. While it may not be the quickest car in the class, it certainly takes the exterior design trophy. There’s not a bad angle on this car whatsoever. I get complimented wherever I go on it’s looks. Would I like a little more power, of course but the 3.5L being the tried and true power plant that it is helps me get through that issue. This is my first Lexus owned…might just become a customer for life if they keep this up.
It’s not bad, not the best but certainly not the worst. I average about 25.3 mpg, mostly highway with an average speed of about 82. The only real downside is that the car requires 93 octane which hits you right in the wallet.
A great content. You said it all. I heard the car development people talking about their decision to go with the refinement of the suspension over giving a new platform. A decision contributed to all of five points here. They say they can feel the noticeable difference especially from 2020 model. It’s a night and day. I also think the most important point of the five is the fifth one. This is a grand tourer in a luxury sport sedan segment. And it really means ignoring those in the market who thinks they need the best car on a paper for the day that they go to the truck and never comes. For that they are willing to let go everything talked about except handling and extra power. This is the best option for sensible people in the class.
I own a current S60, this is my next car. While this may have more hard plastic. A $45,000 car, spewing coolant and bricking itself with software in the same year it wasn’t manufactured also doesn’t convey luxury to me. I just want a nice commuter that starts every time.
@@christopherranieriranieri9870 the IS350 F Sport is a great option, you only notice the power difference when you are at full throttle. There is a spreadsheet of Lexus dealers which also showed which stealerships were charging markups and which weren't. We bought this for my wife. The seats are amazing and it is fun to drive. She had a Q5 2.0 and I'll be glad to see it go because it was starting to burn oil @ 56,000kilometers! That's 35,000 miles. That won't happen with this toyota and that's what I care about. She didn't like the TLX type s(what I wanted) & thought it looked too much like a charger and I couldn't argue.
I would buy this if Lexus actually made the handling package available. The LSD is impossible to get which is insane for a car marketed as a sports sedan. I searched for months and couldn't find a single car with the dynamic handling package. I'm surprised so many people are buying the car with an open diff.
I would’ve definitely consider this vehicle if it wasn’t for the fact that they did nothing with the interior except throw a screen up front. Looks terrible
IS350 should be compared to regular A4 and 3 series, not S4 and M340i. Even then the regular A4 and 3 series beats it in every category other than reliability. IS500 is a better comparison to S4 and M340i, and while it loses in every regard other than reliability, its charm is the V8. IS350 has no charm. Its engine is 15 years old and its interior is over 10 years old. Its slower than A4, C class, and 3 series and in tech its lagging behind. IS350 should be priced about half the price of its German competitors.
I test drove the Audi and the BMW prior to my purchase of the Lexus. I'm a car nut, and the Lexus just had a charm the others don't. So would I like more power? Sure. But I chose the Lexus over the others and love it. The driving experience reminded me of the BMW 3 series of the early/late 2000s - when they were funner to drive. The Lexus has an analog feel to it, on top of having a robust Naturally Aspirated engine.

Buy the IS500 and leave in it your garage for your grandkids. Because it’ll be the last ICE V8 from Lexus.
