Can I ask where you got your wooden spoon from? It's the perfect small/regular sized ones I'm looking for!
Unfortunately, I bought them at a local japanese store :(It was like a random spoon, you can find in a lot of asian super markets!
Can you use all purpose for the dough instead?
yes! but use 3/4 cup + 1 tbs lukewarm water instead!
