Made this 호떡 today and it was delicious!! I didn’t have bread flour or brown sugar, so instead I used all purpose flour and white sugar w/ a little bit of maple syrup, & it still turned out great! When making, I would make sure to be generous with the filling. It was a little hard to fold bc of how sticky the dough was, but the oil helped a lot. It also helps to be quick when folding. Personally, I would add just a little bit less cinnamon next time, but it might have something to do with my brown sugar substitute. Thank you for the great recipe! ☺️💛 Made me nostalgic of my childhood

I made a batch of these last month and I’d say they are good in the freezer for up to 2 months! And when you microwave them they taste exactly the same!

It's kinda different, glutinous rice flour giving chewy texture. Sweet rice flour, mochico flour is all the same name of the glutinous rice flour, so hope you find nearby 🥺💗

what's the different between bread flour and plain flour? Can I change to use plain flour?
Bread flour contains high gluten, which essential to make bread. If you don't have, i rather recommend all purpose flour instead of plain flour.
