맞아요ㅋㅋ 옛날에 저런 두꺼운 흰색종이로 잡고 먹었는데 어느 순간부터 종이컵에 넣어 팔았지요. 호떡믹스 늘 한국마켓에서 사다 만들었는데 이스트 구하면ㅠㅠ 이것도 무조건 만들어야겠어요. 찹쌀가루는 모찌코가루로 대체해도 괜찮겠지요?
그냥 일반이스트 사용하셔도 괜찮아요. 대신 우유에 먼저 섞어서 발효시킨다음 밀가루에 넣으세요. 그리고 모찌코 가루를 쓰시면 우유양을 좀더 늘리셔야요. 모찌코는 수분을 상당히 잡아먹거든요.
