I'm fairly fit and can do about 10 pull-ups on a good day...1st set of 30 would destroy me and take 10-15 minutes of doing 3 at a time 2nd set my muscles would be destroyed. I can also crank out 30 pushups no problem...but doing 30 plyo and then 30 burpess with pushups for a total 120 pushups after the first round only - This seems like a very advanced workout

She is saying that people who are "out of shape" should do this! A good trainer must be able to recognise who their target audience is. People who are out of shape typically do not do 30 seconds of burpees or 30 pull-ups. Get real. Yes, you are fit. But your clients do not want to see YOU succeed. They want to succeed themselves.
That's a chin up she's doing. They're easier to do then pull ups. Its dumb how that's not clear and 30 is a high number for anyone who is not advanced.
I'm not strong/fit enough to do even 1 pull up. Are there any alternative exercises I can do at home to build up strength so that I can be able to do pull ups in the future?
Great workout, but far too advanced for those just starting to get fit. This is not your typical home workout, so if you don't already have a solid fitness base, skip this one. It will be too much and too demotivating when you can't finish even one round

Literally ANYTHING can be made hard. Then you'll build up to the specific exercise you THINK you can't do.
This is more like PX 90 style of workout, high intensity, but almost too high for my taste. Youll build some muscle, but you'll be lean that's for sure.

I barely made it through that first round and only did my max 5 pull ups. The overall workout took me 45 mins, but I wanted to finish it.

Arent you supposed to keep elbows close to body while doing push ups? I heard this style of push ups will destroy your rotator cuff over time.

Get a chair. Go to the top position and slowly let yourself down. The eccentric contractions will still build muscle.
