    00:00 - Intro
    00:45 - Dynamic Warm-Up
    03:48 - Stretch
    21:38 - Circuit 1
    25:26 - Circuit 2
    29:25 - Outro
Start the Clutch Life 24/7 Trainer with a positive attitude and a hard-working mindset. Let's get Clutch!
You can (and should) scale the workouts to fit your level, but you should never scale so much that you don't feel challenged. Every workout should feel difficult. Your heart should be racing and you should be sweating. Push yourself as much as you can. Rest when you must, but don't take more than a minute or two to catch your breath.
The Clutch Life Trainer doesn't end with these workouts. You need to carry the same willingness to work with you into your kitchen and everyday life. No, you don't have a super-specific diet to follow, but if you follow the flexible game plan I've laid out for you, you'll see fantastic results in your physique, performance, and overall health.
The Clutch Life is all about putting your best foot forward every single day.

This was great, I've been looking for "fast workout plans to get ripped" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Dondeline Yeyyan Domination - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy got amazing results with it.

This program is the Holy Grail of fitness....for extremely busy people (like me) this keeps them in perfect shape without taking a toll on time and without even the need to go the gym....This program is the BEST hands down cause it is sustainable as it can be done anytime anywhere and with consistency....P.S I lost 14kg using this program alone!!

I am getting back here because it's timeless, even I didn't managed to do it every day and rather like 2-3 times a week, and I went later to something lese or the sofa:) Did you trained everyday and 28 days or longer? I guess you should follow that at least 2-3 months to get some really visible and feelable changes. I have started yesterday again.

For everyone who is complaining about a FREE workout, think about this: this professional trainer took time out of her schedule to teach us this program. This ex-NFL athlete and current fireman took time from saving lives to demo the exercises. So how about we say THANK YOU to two awesome people?
If the stretching is too long for you, just do each stretch once. There that's 9 minutes of stretching! Isn't that amazing?!! If the workout portion is too short for you, just do them again. There now that's a 16 min. workout! You see how easy that is? Maybe easier than just whining and being a keyboard warrior.

I love this plan. I had tried till 24daya for this plan.
Today I have planned to start it again.
What I love about this program is
    - it has 60-70% of time is focused on warmup and stretching which helps in perfect blood circulation across body.
    - The combo exercises for 30sec duration will burn your muscles.
Overall It’s a good plan to start with.

This series is incredible and so comprehensive for my needs that I don’t have to look ANYWHERE else for me. The things she says, like about form and breathing, happen to be the things you’re actually doing wrong as a noob (like me). And the other things as well keep you going. Looking forward to day 2. Done for today.

A good mobility and stretch routine is an incredible tool. Understanding how will get you years of extra lifting, save you tons in possible health expenses and you’ll become stronger faster. Your joints thank your muscles for it.

This guy is a beast, but his range of motion on some of the exercises was weak...pushups seemed like half pushup especially in the second circuit. I would think they would encourage proper form first over quantity?

    • @boohurns4080
      @boohurns4080 7 лет назад

Agree, his 2nd set of jumping squats were embarrassing, far from being 90 degrees and low jump amplitude. Also, the 30sec pullups were by far the hardest exercise and is the only one that will get you to failure before the timer expires. The guy is in great shape, has low body fat and yet struggled to do 7 reps in the 2nd set, I think that just maintaining a static pullup stance for 30sec would of been more reasonable.

Thank you so much for the great video. Just curious if we need to do a full 18 minute stretch? I was wondering if I can do a reduced version, maybe around 5 to 10 minutes?

That first part of the warm up was a work out in itself, lol. I'm not a cardio person.
P.S. Thanks for the tip to strech twice, I didn't know that, though it makes so much sense I should have known that
