Thank you so much! I used this to sublimate some fuzzy pajamas!
I find that ripping carefully around the design is even better then cutting because you get less of an outline. That's just me though, IMO it's best to try different things to see what works best for you. Thanks for the video, I really was unsure how to go about doing the fuzzy blanket!!!!
Yes..ripping is always preferred.
Agreed! Now that I know better lol.
Hi, the blanket is adorable. May I ask where you got the image? I would like to make one for my dear friend. Thank you so very much
I got it on Etsy! They have so many! Thanks for watching!
Thanks for sharing. I'm getting ready to try a photo blanket. So this was very helpful. I have not looked yet but do you have a video where you have done a photo blanket ?
I haven’t yet, I’ve had a hard time finding them. Once I do I’ll make one :)
Can you advise on one sided brushed fleece with sublimation on smooth side. I cant seem to get an even press without crushing and permanently flattening the pile at the back. Too light pressure and its uneven more pressure and you destroy the pile at the back and permanently crush and flatten it (nothing brings it back). Heat presses are not meant for very light pressure so loses its evenness and the more pressure the more it levels out. I really need help.
Unfortunately this is the issue with presses and sublimation on fleece. The best thing I can recommend is an easy press maybe instead?
Thanks for this, my niece just had a baby and I wanted to try this. 🚼
Awe! So sweet, glad to help!
Where do you purchase the nice blankets
Help!! I just sublimated on a fuzzy bathrobe, which looks good, but the heat tape stretched the fibers in several places when removed. It looks really bad. Any fix-it tips? Would washing it help or make it worse? I trimmed a few but there’s too many at this point. 😢 Any ideas would be great.
I’d say wash it and try to pull from the inside.
When you put your blanket in the dryer to get rid of the tape marks how long you out it in the dryer for. thank you.
I did it on the steam setting for the 20min cycle
@@CraftingUnedited thank you 😊
Is it possible to sublimate on a medium blue colored denim jacket? If so, do you have a video or know of a video I can watch? TIA
Hmmm what is the fabric type other than denim? I actually have a jacket that I could possibly try on! Let me check.
Quick question, is this infusable ink sublimation? I have some fuzzy stockings I'm hoping to try this on but only have the infusable ink markers right now
This is sublimation BUT infusible ink will work too!
Thank you so much! Perfect timing I’m making 2 of these for Xmas gifts. 😁
So happy to help!
can u use this paper on epson2850
Yep!
Beautiful. What paper and ink do you use
I use A Sub and was using HIIPOO INK.
@@CraftingUnedited that's what I use. Perfect. Thank you for a wonderful video.
Do you know of any other place to purchase a white blanket? The website you gave don’t have any white
The marshmallow is white :)
Do you wash the blanket before you transfer on it?
I did! It reduced the fuzz lol the sublimation was way better!
What is the pressure you use?
Medium!
What sublimation paper do you use ?
WalaSub from Heat Transfer Warehouse, it’s linked in many of my other videos.
Looks like you are using waxy blowout paper. I would get some uncoated or it will leave color on your design.
I use Costco parchment paper now and it works so well! Thanks!
Hi - What sublimation paper do you use?
I use a variation but personally love Walasub from Heat Transfer Warehouse ( heattransfer.ositracker.com/199212/11767/url_19306 ) or A Sub
@@CraftingUnedited thank you!
You’re welcome!
I just tried and burnt the blanket???? 😢
Maybe you had a different material than polyester? I sub blankets often now and it works well.
Do you use normal paper? X
I use sublimation paper :)
What paper do you use?
This one from Heat Transfer Warehouse - www.heattransferwarehouse.com/walasub-sublimation-paper-sheets/?aff=10
wish heat transfer warehouse would ship to my address :(
Where do you live?
@@CraftingUnedited Alberta Canada... i saw that the site says they do ship to! but when i go to make an order they say they dont ship to my area :(
Awe man! And it would cost a lot to ship to someone in the states and send to you. 😢
Def are not 13 bucks anymore
Sadly no, prices have gone up on everything 😦
Helpful, but I would close that door...ijs
I normally do! It just got super warm
In there with the press on.
