I really love this idea and the possibilities to create such beautiful personalized gifts for someone! I really love how you are searching for new things to sublimate on! Thanks for taking the time to share❣️
Thank you. I try to experiment on things to see if you can sub on them. I like thinking outside of the box. I hope you try it and I am sure it will turn out amazing.
This was so cool and such a great idea! I recently posted a 5 below haul on my channel such an awesome store. You have a new sub here 🙋🏻♀️ keep up the great content!
This looks amazing and its done so beautifully, absolutely love it!! I have 4 questions 1)when you print words, do you have to flip them horizontally so its readable after printing? 2)can you use any material of blanket for this? 3) does it fade away after washing it? 4)can an iron be set to high heat and used for this?
Thank you! Yes, you have to mirror your words when you print. The blanket has to be polyester. A fleece blanket is your best bet. It does not fade. It stay permanently on the blanket. I do not think you can use an iron. For sublimation you need a pretty high temp to be able to activate the sublimation heat.
@@LeslieIrene Hi Leslie, I'm trying not to be impatient so this is just a friendly reminder to send the name of the font you used on the butterfly blanket. Thank you!
I just typed the words and placed as many as I could onto one sheet. I had to put some vertically so that I could fit more words. That was really it. I then sent it to my sublimation printer. I have a sawgrass, so I use the print manager software that comes with it.

Is this blanket polyester? Also are you using the same images you’ve already pressed or you’re using multiple images?
Do these blankets shed? Or create lint when you wash them?
Could you please do how you setting up your print from your computer step by step

Did yours get really flat after because of the pressure? Or did you hardly put any pressure?
No, it didn’t get really flat. I used a good amount of pressure on it.
Do you have to use a heat press or can you use the cricut one ?
You can definitely use the Cricut one.
Can I ask what sublimation heat press is that? The one your using to press the blanket?
It’s this heat press www.heatpressnation.com/products/hpn-16-x-20-high-pressure-heat-press-machine-portrait-series
This one
i have one question would i be able to use a easypress mini for this project ? my blanket will be smaller than yours also
You can definitely try. It might just take you longer to do it. I think it just depends how big each component of the design is.
@@LeslieIrene i have another question sorry. all the supplies i need are the blanket, heat press, heat tape, and sublimation paper ?
Yes. And a lint roller to make sure that there is no lint on the blanket.
@@LeslieIrene can i find the images on google if i was to do a certain theme ?
Yes definitely. And design bundles and creative fabrica have awesome free designs and images as well. Check them out.
What size font did you print for the adjectives?
I wasn’t too focused on the font size. I made all the words 4.5 inches wide. So they are all different font sizes.
What kind of paper do you use to heat press the words on the blanket?
I used texprint R sublimation paper.

I have not done sublimation pillows yet. I do plan on doing them soon though.
Hello. What's the brown paper you used?
Kraft paper
@@LeslieIrene Thank you for replying back. 😊
You said "rip it off to create ghosting". I thought ghosting was bad. 🤔
I meant rip it off, fast so that you do not get ghosting.
what size did u print out the name?
I believe I made them about 4 inches wide. I didn't focus much on the height
