What is the max ESP (External Static Pressure) for that indoor unit? What is your R value for the insulated flex duct? You drive a long distance for work, even for a good customers client. My max is 30 minutes from home. Professional job guys.

@@kenbro2801 me and my old apprentice used to do a ducted in 1.5 days but to a slightly lesser quality.
Nowadays it’s more like 3 because my offsider is still learning the trade and our goal is to do everything at a high quality. Plus filming slows things down.
What I will say though, I do not care how long it takes and if people can do it quicker, by all means go for it. Im only concerned about the quality of the install. Cheers mate
Not having a dig but are you not doing an emergency drain pan due to not being able to get it in the roof?

No need the drain is positively charged (with air) from the indoor fan
Most mini splits don’t require traps either.
Nah mate, the drain is in front of the fan motor so you don’t need to. Cheers
