- bread flour or all purpose flour 320g (2 cups
- milk 165 ml
- instant yeast 8g or (2 tsp )
- sugar 28g ( 1/4 cup )
- milk powder 16g (3 tbsp)
- salt 3g skip if using salted butter
- butter 22g
- 1 big egg
Bake @ 350•F for 17-20 minutes
