    Thanks for the new vid! Yes you've convinced us, but to strengthen it more, we'd like to know how you'd started out before 3.5 years if you're okay with it. Also looking forward to your split routine if it's in plan!

      Thank you for the feedback! I started at 5’7 120 lbs, 3.5 years ago. There’s a youtube short on my channel somewhere I believe showing my body back then. Before I began working out, I mostly played basketball and ran cross country which explains how I was so skinny LOL. Let me know if you’d like to know anything else !

    You have amazing thighs. The tear drop muscle (vastus medialis) above your knee is awesome. I work on mine but the response is lacking while everything else is developed. It could be genetics because the muscle seems to be on the long side. Thanks for the ideas.
