    great video!! defo gonna strive to do this one along with the one-arm push up! but quickly wanna ask even tho you aren't a doctor: any clue on how to relieve wrist pain? i have this excruciating pain in my wrist when I support myself on one of my palms and it's been like this for months...

      Hey! I am not doctor, but I assume your wrist hurts as a result of overuse. (I’ve had this problem too) I would recommend warming up your wrists prior to exercise and also static stretching afterwards. If those hurt, I would suggest taking some time off (maybe a week) and be sure to ice it. This would be a good time to hit cardio and legs too :)

    heya! guy who can do 20 regular push ups and 12 decline pushups from around the same angle as the one that you used in the video, and I can confirm: i cant do a singular one handed push up:(

      Hey! Don’t lose hope. Given that you can do those amount of push ups, I am sure you can do it. Try dedicating a bit of time practicing the “twist” as it is not our typical body movement. You got this!

    Bro I can do 20 Push ups in a row, 15 decline push-ups in a row but I'm not able to do one hand push-ups!! Should I try to do one hand pushups even if can't or any other type of progress is good??

    Thanks for advice I will try this method Went from 96kg to 76kg in a year my max is 10 pull ups but very clean and 2 sec hold every rep I will follow this step
