great video!! defo gonna strive to do this one along with the one-arm push up! but quickly wanna ask even tho you aren't a doctor: any clue on how to relieve wrist pain? i have this excruciating pain in my wrist when I support myself on one of my palms and it's been like this for months...
Hey! I am not doctor, but I assume your wrist hurts as a result of overuse. (I’ve had this problem too) I would recommend warming up your wrists prior to exercise and also static stretching afterwards. If those hurt, I would suggest taking some time off (maybe a week) and be sure to ice it. This would be a good time to hit cardio and legs too :)
