i stumbled upon this video and wanted to see what i was doing right/wrong since my goal is to have a body just like yours. turns out my diet is almost identical to yours and im also doing bodyweight exercises exclusively.
i started my exercise/diet journey about a month ago and i’ve lost about 8 pounds so far which i think is decent progress considering my size and age. thanks for motivating me more and sharing your tips! hopefully i’ll see my abs in about a year or so lol

@@tommytruuong thanks so much! one difference i noticed is that i take 0 rest days but i eat whatever i want for both saturday and sunday. do you think that could be going overboard regarding unhealthy food options and undo my progress?
@@sgtketchup I think that 2 days of eating unhealthy food won't hurt anyone. However, I do believe that taking at least 1 rest day is necessary for muscle recovery and growth. No rest could easily lead to a plateau. So I'd recommend resting 1 day, and enjoy it!
