Actually i am bigger I want to build amrms like him I am a girl I am 61 kgs I wanna lose weight up to 45 kg I want to build muscle I have 2 kg dumbbells and as well as 4 kg dumbbells on my home but 2 kg is too small 4 kg is too big give my some idea to build muscle 😢plz
@@cute_girl_3843actually the way to grow muscle is most reps you can do with a small weight keep doing it until you’re tired and take a 3-5 minute break and repeat the process and go on a run lose unhealthy fat and eat healthy fat etc
@@cute_girl_3843 girls usually dont grow muscle but if you wanna do that then youre gonna need to eat right, you need to be cutting, eat foods that have a lot of protein because when you excersize a muscle your muscle cells split, not eating protein makes them rejoin and stop muscle growth, eating protein allows these to connect and grow

@@lemmiepuhl3916 no for real I actually been doing them and they're pretty good. I have been preferring inclined curls though (if Dr. Mike tells me to jump off a cliff....). Started lifting a couple months ago after a heart surgery and now I'm addicted after seeing the improvements 😁

I did for a few sessions. I didn't end up preferring it when compared to more isolated exercises for the different parts of my arm

It's because your muscles get a pump from the physical activity. It's a weird analogy but imagine your pp is small while not stimulated but when it is stimulated it gets bigger. It's the same thing with muscles.

@midasmvmnt when you say 3x12 for a single arm movement do you mean 6 per arm so 12 total or 12 per arm?
Hi 3x12 will translate to 3 sets of 12 repetitions each. After one set of 12 reps, you take a short rest period and then onto the next set of 12 reps for a total of 3 sets to complete the exercise :)

Im not him but i suggest a comfortable weight, not something too heavy that you can barely make two reps. If you’re starting to do weights i recommend something easy to handle and slowly increase weights. You can do that in reps, in the last reps you could increase weight for the last ones.

I used to do your gogeta workouts. But I cannot do it anymore since I injured my knee and I was advices by a doctor not to have lower body workouts. I was wondering if you have a routine but only for upper body
Just skip the lowerbody days in any program you decide to go with here: www.themidasmvmt.com Do some active/passive recovery on those days instead :) You don't wanna overtrain your upperbody so your lowerbody is always catching up
