  • Follow along my push-up workout at home to target the chest, triceps, and shoulders.
    No Equipment needed!
    Full workout:
    - 10 push-ups
    - 20 shoulder taps
    - 10 wide push-ups
    - 20 shoulder taps
    - Rest 20 seconds
    - Push up hold progressions for 5 seconds each position
    - 5 push-ups as fast as possible
    - Rest 30 seconds
    - 10 push-ups
    - 20 shoulder taps
    - 10 wide push-ups
    - 20 shoulder taps
