      Hope you enjoy it! That's weird that your comments went unnoticed as I "like" and reply to every comment on the RUclips dashboard that comes up for all 200+ videos (while I still can). Unless you made your comment as a "reply" to another viewers comment, these don't show up on my dashboard, so I wouldn't see them necessarily.

      Don't worry, as I mention in the video, if you need to pause that's fine. You can also try doing an easier version standing but leaning forwards into the wall with your arms straight (as though you were going to do a wall press). This will be a modified version that's a little easier on the core.

    • @ExerciseForHealth
      @ExerciseForHealth  3 месяца назад

      Thanks! You can always do the plank on a higher support to make it easier, like the back of a chair, dining room table or whatever you have around you to make your body more vertical. The more horizontal your body, the harder it is.

      @ExerciseForHealth  3 месяца назад

      I've done some strength and conditioning workout videos which are also suitable if you have high B/P and I have another scheduled for later in the year, this being a low impact strength workout. Ideally for muscle "building", it's easier if you have access to a gym facility where you can add more load to the movements, where as home exercise can be slightly limited to bodyweight and light weights. But you can be creative! Check out all my workouts in the playlist here though: ruclips.net/p/PLf9i8qFtMBBK1VBEA-IlSw7VrXxrvxHUF

      I obviously don't know the answer to this, but think of all exercise types as one way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. ANALOGY: You can regularly clean your teeth twice a day but still get problems in later life. If you didn't clean them, then there is an increased risk for you to get problems at an earlier age.

      Thanks. Unfortunately, I can only use non-copyright music on RUclips which is somewhat restrictive and music is subjective too; what motivates one person annoys another so it won't please everyone. That's weird that you think it's too loud though as I set it at minus 35 dB below my voice audio, so it shouldn't be over the top, more like background music.
