Thanks Richard. I've been doing your exercise to reduce blood pressure routines, but just discovered this one a few weeks ago. Really enjoying it. It's short enough that I have NO excuse to skip it so I've been doing every other day. (Good to let the muscles recover in between?), and I do feel I'm getting stronger. Since doing this for awhile I feel more motivated to get off the elevator in my apt. building and walk up the last 5 flights. Thanks Much!!
Wow that's awesome. Sounds like you're doing really well. I would say 3-4 exercise sessions a week is plenty, especially if you're generally active on the other days too (like walking up all those stairs)! Check out the playlist for other similar routines, I'm trying to do one every month to add to this list: ruclips.net/p/PLf9i8qFtMBBK1VBEA-IlSw7VrXxrvxHUF
Just did this exercise and i feel great now! I love how your workout videos always make me enjoy doing them, that time just goes by and without me counting down the minutes, reach the end of workout. Keep creating great, enjoyable workouts!
Thanks a ton. Really enjoying these routines. Feel a lot of difference in .my stamina. Requesting more videos with martial arts. Found just one. Loved it. Bless u forall the hard work
Great, glad you enjoyed it. I've done a couple of martial arts ones which are in the playlist here: ruclips.net/p/PLf9i8qFtMBBK1VBEA-IlSw7VrXxrvxHUF but I will do another one at some point in the near future.
You don't need it, but it doesn't need to be a heavy weight either as it's more cardio than strength exercises. I'm using 4kg dumbbells, but lighter weights will still be effective and it depends on the person.

Thanks Richard, what is the recommended hand lift weights if that's the right spelling.
It will vary from person to person. I'm using 4kg dumbbells for reference.
How much weight ?
