  • WELCOME TO EXERCISE FOR HEALTH:
    Resistance bands are a great training tool that can help you strengthen and condition most muscle groups in the body. In this video, I provide a 20 minute workout which is ideal for beginners or for people looking for an alternative method of training. This can also help seniors to combat loss of muscle strength. The exercises will be suitable for most health conditions, but if you are unsure, check with your doctor first. I also provide a couple of bonus seated exercises to help strengthen the shoulders and hips at the end of the video.

    Thank you very much for this routine, I've been waiting for it for a long time. I had a problem with my cell phone. But I have already changed it and I have been able to subscribe again.     Thanks so much for this. I don’t have room for many weights or a home gym, I do love the resistance band as it is so adjustable and can be used so many ways. I’m in my 50’s and while I’ve never been truly fit I’m trying to (re)build a bit of strength for improved health and quality of life in my future. I love your whole channel I only discovered you a week or so ago, subbed already and looking forward to exploring more of your workouts. Thanks again.

    another awesome video, Richard. Can one use these moves to fight sarcopenia effects by doing each one until exhaustion? are they enough or are more needed? your sarcopenia video is informative and I would love to see a video with an actual routine if that is something that you think others might appreciate.

      Yes as it's resistance based, it will definitely help.
