- Making hollandaise is easier than you think especially with this microwave method. All you need is a bowl and a whisk.
Plus, using brown butter instead of just clarified, or melted, butter adds a deeper, richer, more intense and nutty flavor to the elegant and buttery classic hollandaise.
It is hollandaise on another level.
BROWN BUTTER HOLLANDAISE RECIPE
Brown Butter - 250 gm / 9 oz
Egg Yolks - 4
White Whine Vinegar - 30 ml / 1 oz
Dijon Mustard - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Cayenne Pepper - 1 pinch
Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
