But also to flag this didn't work on the first type I tried to run it in 2.7.1, I got a syntax memory issue, but when I powered down and started the Taranis again, finally the memory issue disappeared and the script ran. @@JohnCuppi yes sir .👍
Another great and informative tutorial John, it's great how you can now update and flash the firmware on this older Taranis transmitter. 👍
Thanks David, I’ve had this radio for 6 years now! And other than it’s size being a bit too much, it’s still fully capable of running every modern module setup in use today. 😎
Upscaling is a thing, stick to what you have. Frsky taranis is a good radio and beats up modern radios any day.
The worst thing about edgetx is thinking about all the time I wasted not using the touchscreen. Especially the on screen keyboard. I play wit my model settings so much more now.
For me even though there is no touchscreen support, if you intend to run ELRS, ghost, or protocols like that -- upgrading is essential to get 500hz gimbal polling! I don't find any disadvantage to upgrading from OpenTX yet.
obrigado :D at begin it bricked my x9dp but doing it again it works fine!!
👍😎 glad it worked out for you!
thanks
I have added ExpressLRS to this Taranis XD9+ running EdgeTX: ruclips.net/video/j1cwkmMd_AY/видео.html ☺️
you forgot to mention that without the zadig bootloader it will not work
you're right, it has been so long since I have had to install all the drivers that I forgot about this.
