- Grab a set of light weights (2 to 3 lbs) and your yoga mat for this quick 20 minute upper body workout!
This barre arms and abs workout begins with focused arm work, then transitions into seated abdominal work. We then come all the way down on to our backs and do a low ab curl series and finish with spinal extension and triceps work.
