Infinity is my favorite complete album from Journey. The song actually has a fade in, so it is a bit longer. Two other songs from this LP hit the singles chart "Lights" and "Anytime". Steve Perry's debut with Journey as lead singer, but keyboardist Greg Rollie also sang lead on a few songs including "Anytime".
Oh how I wish you had reacted to this song Live concert 1980 Osaka Japan!!! The intro by Steve is epic! Talk about a vocal masterpiece! The interaction with the crowd was awesome!
This is one of my favorite Journey songs. I saw them in concert 4 times in the 80's and they were always exceptional! I'd recommend "Lights" (official video) and "Mother, Father" (live in Houston 1981)
Please react to this again, but their live concert in 1980 at Osaka Japan, the intro is unbelievable. You also missed Steve's high note during Neil's guitar solo, you had your eyes closed and probably thought that the notes were created with a mechanical instrument and not Steve's voice.
Another song/music video by Journey that you should react to. Is for their song, “Open Arms”. It is one of the greatest love ballads I have ever listened to on the radio, or on MTV.
That was live. Another unbelievable live performance to check out - Houston 1981 concert - 2 songs - Mother Father and Who's Crying Now. Steve Perry live is absolutely amazing!😊
I was a kid in the back seat of my mom's car when 'Wheels in the Sky' was first on radio. I'd say "STOP" as my mom switched radio stations when this song was playing.😊😊😊😑😑😑
Journey, wow, so many memories, all good! Saw them multiple times. Yes, he does sound that good. This may video have been tuned up. I'm not sure, but there is a live where you see sweat dripping down his face, not sure what song though. I recommend that one. If I find it I'll post it.
Yes, the audio is probably a studio recording. Recordings of partial / full concerts of the late 70s or across the 80s can be found on YT. Songs with Perry hitting high notes in normal; some of the songs are not famous.
Feeling that way/Anytime played together is the best ever. There is a video from that time, so good. Anyway you want it, Lights also favorites of these times with early Steve Perry.
Have you reacted to “Feeling That Way/Anytime”? It’s a two-fer. Two songs but always played together. Here’s a live version from The Midnight Special 1978 ruclips.net/video/5mpTPuMcAjA/видео.htmlsi=Z0JefvUrLGUD42_x
You should check out "lights" from this same show! It's the very first song Steve wrote with Neal Schon and Journey!
I've heard Steve Perry live and he sounds just as amazing. I love how he holds that high note as Neal plays solo guitar...brillant🎉
HE IS PERFECTION!!😍

I’m with ya on that. Infinity is a spectacular album!
I've still got the album. First one I ever bought! I cherish it no doubt!

For sure ❤❤❤❤
Totally agree. If you are impressed by this version you would be knocked out by the one in Osaka! The leadin is mind-blowing.

It appeared to me that, once the high vocal line alongside the solo reached a certain pitch, he caught it and opened his eyes.
Grateful for having grown up in this era.. best voice ever
You should check out Mother,Father, live in Houston 1981 awesome vocal performance as always.
They are performing live! Steve ALWAYS sounds like this live. He is and always will be THE GOAT! Love this man!!❤
Yes..he's that good ❤😂🎉😢😮😊😮😢❤❤
🌄My favorite Journey song!!!
That album is overflowing with Bangers for real
Another song/music video by Journey that you should react to. Is for their song, “Open Arms”. It is one of the greatest love ballads I have ever listened to on the radio, or on MTV.
First time I heard this song, it was instantly my favorite.
This one and Still They Ride.
The songs of my youth.
A song about how time keeps moving, keep moving or get lost.
Lights is another great Journey Jam!!!
Infinity was the start of a long run of hit albums running through Raised on Radio. There's a ton of great stuff to explore.
That was live. Another unbelievable live performance to check out - Houston 1981 concert - 2 songs - Mother Father and Who's Crying Now. Steve Perry live is absolutely amazing!😊
I love Journey specially this song. Steve Perry's voice is fantastic. Live the channel.
Only the Young and Send Her My Love.
Great tune!
Since you liked this so much, take a look at Wheel in the Sky live in Osaka in 1980. Steve does some amazing things with his voice in the intro
That wasn't live, but Journey is consistantly good whether it's live or studio.
I just missed them when Greg Rolle was still in the band. I did see them, twice, before Steve left.
I was a kid in the back seat of my mom's car when 'Wheels in the Sky' was first on radio. I'd say "STOP" as my mom switched radio stations when this song was playing.😊😊😊😑😑😑
Steve Perry and Paul Rodgers were the two top rated rock front men.
Journey, wow, so many memories, all good!

One of my all time fave songs from an all time fave album.
👏👏👍👍
I have seen Journey Live with Steve Perry. Yes, he sounds this good live.
This was always my favorite Journey song 🥰☮️
this is the first song I ever downloaded back in the Limewire days.
This is their official music video. It's such a classic and timeless song!
It’s definitely a live performance!
If I'm not mistaken this was a Midnight Special performance, pre Don't Stop Believing.
Yes, the audio is probably a studio recording.

checkin in ... stoned in love , the same way you love me , girl cant help it, feeling that way ,,all great songs but then they have so many
This isnt even close to how high Steve can sing. His voice is very rare.
Feeling that way/Anytime played together is the best ever. There is a video from that time, so good. Anyway you want it, Lights also favorites of these times with early Steve Perry.
Excellent reaction
This is reason #1, 536, 256 why they call Steve 'The Voice'!
Check out
Lights
Feeling That Way
Anytime
Too Late
Just the Same Way
Stay Awhile
This is just the tip of the iceberg
Subscribed because you have a lot of videos of artists that I love 👍🎶
my second favorite journey song
Check out Journey Mother Father live in Houston the vocal acrobatics are incredible ❤❤❤
One of the few bands that are actually better live than studio
Live video, not live audio. The beginning was cut, so you should listen to the full album version. There are great live versions, too.
❤❤❤❤❤
For some Steve Perry high notes, tou should check out Sweet & Simple, audio only.
Need to react to Sweet and Simple!!!
Check out Winds of March!
Try “Mystery Mountain” or Kouatek. Both pre Steve Perry
⛵Please react to Styx - Come Sail Away - Audio Long Version 6min.6sec.
Any way you want it…. music video
