Don't beat it into whipped cream; beat it just until it thickens up and some air gets incorporated into it. Then fold in the other ingredients with a spatula, and when it freezes, it is still soft enough to scoop out. .

This was delicious. I used the same Swerve confectioner's. I never had erythritol before and tend to avoid any artificial sweeteners. So far no ill effects. I ate the whole thing. Used heavy cream grass fed organic. Took only 2 hours to freeze. This is dangerous... now I know how easy it is to make this tasty ice cream.
I made this ice cream tonight, and I loved it! The only things I did differently was use dark chocolate cocoa powder and some erythritol to balance out whatever net carbs may remain to get as close to zero net carbs as possible.
This is delicious. I threw everything in a blender. I mixed it once. The second time I was too late. I let it sit at room temperature for about ten minutes and it was good to go. I want butter pecan, next.
This is the real deal. Excellent sub for ice cream and completely guilt free. I had some maple bourbon sugar free coffee syrup I added to this recipe, just a bit, and it’s amazing. Definitely gonna try hazelnut syrup next and add some macadamia nuts and stevia chocolate chips. 🤤🤤

Lmao I accidentally made a more real chocolate flavor then this one. So somebody here mentioned to add a tablespoon of Vodka to make it so it doesnt freeze as hard. But i don't have Vodka since i don't like the stuff. So i added a tablespoon of Whiskey (the brand i had was Japanese Whiskey but Any Whiskey or Scotch or Bourbon should work as long as its not peaty tasting). I made one Joe Duff way and one with the spoonfull of whiskey and When i took a bite of it. OMG it was more Milk Chocolte Hagen Das taste then the regular one which tasted more like dark Cocoa Chocolate. What a happy accident i fell onto lol
@@v.2080 well depends on how much flavour and all. Id try half an ounce unless you want it more of a chocolate whiskey flavour then add a full ounce and from their youll know how to adjust to your taste.

Instead of shaking it to life lol you could use a hand mixer. Takes less time and you can leave it in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours or even over night and BAM!

I made one batch per your recipe, and made another one with half the cocoa powder and 12grams Lily's chocolate chips and 3 drops peppermint extract. Both in freezer now. I'll let you know how they turn out.
Your chocolate ice cream recipe was good. I enjoyed my trial and error mint chocolate chip ice cream, but next time, will only use 2 drops of the peppermint extract. Looking forward to other flavor ideas you come up with.
I like orange sorbet. How about this as a recipe. Ingredients 4 cups water 1 Packets of orange Koolaid pack 2 cups sugar substitute 2 cups whole milk Instructions In a bowl, stir in the Water, One pack of Koolaid and sugar sunstitute together until the sugar substitutes dissolves Then Pour in the milk the mixture stir until well blended . Make sure the milk is chilled before adding Now you can put in Icecream machine
Alternatively if you don't wanna wait hours for ice cream- 1 regular ice cream maker 2 you need 2 bowls (preferably metal) and a hand mixer or dedication to sit there and mix it forever. freeze them the bowls for faster results put ice and salt in big bowl ice cream in smaller set to mix takes ~20min 3 need big bowl and ziplock bag Add ice and salt to bowl. Put ingredients in ziploc bag and submerge in ice. (I then stick it in freezer) take it out every 5 min and squish it good. Takes under a half hour usually

I can't seem to get the same net carbs like you. Even if I decide by 3 scoops. Am I missing something, or using the wrong cream. Any input, will greatly be appreciated. Love your recipes!
The first time I made this it turned out perfect - this time it froze like a brick. I used allulose both times so maybe I did something wrong with the measurements. Twist my arm...I'll have to try it again. 😁
I tried this and it's simple and works great, delicious. In fact, I prefer mine to not be so firmly frozen because it just tastes creamier. Besides, as you eat a bowl of ice cream it melts some anyways.

I found i need to sift the confectioners sugar and cocao..otherwise it just clumped in the mix...still taste great with clumps but better texture if i sifted

I tweaked as follows and loved it. I used less Swerve, 16g instead of 24g. I added chopped Lily's keto chocolate chips. I added 2 spoonfuls of natural peanut butter. If you buy a simple ice cream maker that has the bowl that you pre-freeze you can be eating this in 30 minutes.
Might have to make this later. Been wanting bryers carb smart chocolate ice cream which is pretty good but still has 5 net grams carbs per serving. This is much better, easy, cheaper to make and less carbs too!

Used our Ninja mixer instead of shaking. It whipped up in (maybe) a minute. It's in the freezer now, but I liked the chocolate whipped topping on its own.

Based on my experience, I find that adding a little himalaya salt to the recipe can enhances the ice cream flavor. I encourage everyone to try.

If your impatient for ice cream just use a beater/mixer and whip the stuff. Great instant mousse! Thanks!!!

I made the peanut butter the other day with allulose. Was amazing. My daughter wants me to make her some raspberry how would I do that?
I tweaked as follows and loved it. I used less Swerve, 16g instead of 24g. I added chopped Lily's keto chocolate chips. I added 2 spoonfuls of natural peanut butter. If you buy a simple ice cream maker that has the bowl that you pre-freeze you can be eating this in 30 minutes.
I was a bit sceptical about it, but didn't today and it was amazingly creamy and delicious!!!

Might have to make this later. Been wanting bryers carb smart chocolate ice cream which is pretty good but still has 5 net grams carbs per serving. This is much better, easy, cheaper to make and less carbs too!

How different would it turn out if you just use a hand mixer instead of shaking? Is there a purpose for shaking instead?
I was thinking an immersion blender but I said nah i can work out and have my ice cream too!!

Used our Ninja mixer instead of shaking. It whipped up in (maybe) a minute. It's in the freezer now, but I liked the chocolate whipped topping on its own.
Made it today and was totally blown away. I can't imagine eating store bought ever again!
