@@GeeshiGaming I only had to focus on leveling up str and vit, peace of mind. Did try a second playthrough with whip, had a harder time until I got stuck on the giant bat that rains down dark meteors and quit the game.
With the high dex build, I honestly just kept the nightfall blade equipped for probably 2/3 of the game. It's surprisingly powerful when fully upgraded with a high dex. Do you remember which 2 weapons you used the most with the strength build?@@tzzeek
@@GeeshiGaming starter one until I found an axé, soon after I found the big one I mentioned, I think it's ethereal blade, and just loved that one, figured I'duse it until I got a more badass armement since It was c class but as I upgraded it, it went up to s class. The power attack did it for me, soomersault and area of effect with a secondaire move that shoots stones, huge damage, and all the time invincible while doing it, got me through à lot of annoying boss attacks like the météorites and laddak crescent moon crimson death attacks.
@@tzzeek i was running the game with dex and focus build, when fighting the giant bat, i just used the flamme pills on the whip and used its special move to rain fire uppon him. Drainded his HP super fast.
I would advise against grinding. The way the xp scale in this game make it so you are better off moving along the intended path. If enemies and boss are too hard you have probably deviated from it. Guns and spell can be ignored completely if you want since you don't have enough resources to use them frequently. Mind and Instinct are only worth it if you want to make a run focusing on novelty weapons you would not use in a str or dex playthrough. While vitality is worthwhile to upgrade, your health is mostly dependent on the bonus you get for defeating major bosses.
Yea, easy to botch your character because there is nothing in the game that explains what each stat accomplishes! You are totally right, That spot in the video at the osseus fortress is awesome for leveling, 750 nycrux for each of them witches. THIS IS A FANTASTIC VIDEO DUDE, THANKS 👍
The game kinda has an intended path so if you get to a point where regular enemies are dealing heavy damage while you barely damage them, then you are better of going somewhere else. Also prioritize upgrading weapon before your stats. Whip then Blood katana for dexterity builds, great ethereal blade for strength can carry you for the whole game.
Meaning what, like a proper order to explore the map? If you can't figure out where to go next, tell me the last area you explored, I'll tell you the best direction to go from there.
Found a big sword early on. Put my souls into strenght and vitalité. No worries. Platted the game over the weekend.
Brawler build? not my style personally but it can deal a lot of damage. I prefer speed over strength myself.

Good strategy 👍🏻
TY, love dex build
One point in vitality for every 3 in strength. Thats all you need lol
It totally works but it's just such a boring way to go IMO.
Appreciate the tips . 👌

@@QvsTheWorld Yea i already beat it!! Great game!!
@@peterc504 Suspected as much, my comment was also addressed to the poor futur souls struggling with this game.
@@QvsTheWorld lol all good I was struggling but kept grinding them it was much easier
I have a question
Is there an order for area?

I Platinum the game 😊 thanks anyway
Generally it’s a pretty linear game. You could explore later game areas, good luck though.
@@Casket1488 yeah there are quite a few optional bosses to be found.
The level cap is 443
