The first exercise... the bentover barbell pull for rear delts, pulling to the chest. Is the best for rear delts!! I've struggled hitting rear delts now two days after I'm sore like never before from rear delts, thank you kai, God bless. 🙏🙌

Yesterday, I did the same exact exercise for rear delts, super-setted with db rear delt flyes
The first exercise is a good one. I do the same but rest my upper chest on an inline bench to take the pressure off the lower back. The other two exercises not so great for the shoulder joint with internal rotation and the press with dumbbells near behind the back is bad for impingement.
Bent over barbell is the shit...same thing

I'm trying to figure out how those sweet headphones stay on your head while you're working out. I can barely keep ear buds in when I workout and those were supposed to eliminate that problem. I am not a bodybuilder, I am a martial artist/athlete and most body builders I have met or see on RUclips are complete idiots. But you sir are not, you are quite intelligent and I like how you explain your thought process.

Even for a top world class bodybuilder, you've got great lateral delts, so you must have done something wright to get them to grow :) I personally am not a bodybuilder, but love to train and build this muscle. I've found very high volume and intensity effective, but definately variations as well given the fact that my test levels aren't the highest.
