I’ve recently been ghosted. Yeah it sucks & when I think about it I did nothing wrong just she wasn’t ready for what i was ready for. Does it hurt that she disappeared without explanation? Super good video, after my ex fiancée ended things I was so lost. But trying to find purpose again has helped immensely with healing. Mine is pretty basic, get to the gym after work. This then evolved into learning about nutrition and being healthy. The other thing is rediscovering my love of reading, so I’ve been trying to incorporate reading at the end of the day to unwind.
