      If you really want the gal back, your only chance is to use the silent treatment. It sucks - it's like going cold turkey from nicotine or caffeine. But if you act on your instinctive reactions when she bolts, you'll permanently wreck the relationship and prove her accusations correct about you "pressuring" her. Women cannot stand being ignored and are totally confused by it. It's your only remaining effective - and legal - weapon, men; use it wisely. And under no circumstances should you publicly lose your temper - go scream into an empty canyon if you have to, but never at her....

    The funny thing is, my ex pulled this on me right when I broke up with her. I tried to contact them, reconcile in a couple weeks, but no reply. I was going crazy until one day, I completely ceased trying to contact them and focused on myself instead. Keep in mind we were still friends on Facebook. I than started going to the gym, spending time with friends and family, meeting new people, picking up new hobbies and focusing deeply on my career. I ended buying a 2021 Mustang and losing 25lbs within two months. She looked at my social media of me enjoying my life and BOY WAS SHE PISSED (lol). She was so upset she left a angry note on my door a month later trying to blame me for the breakup and I just ignored it and threw it in the trash. I guess the silent treatment worked for the both of us :).

    I tried his when my wife left because I had quit my job to concentrate on art. I disappeared completely out of site and she started living it up with a new boyfriend who had quite a good job as a clerk. It took me a year before the sacrifice I had made began to pay off when I started painting portraits. I earned in a week, if not far more , what her new guy made in a month. One day they went to a posh nightclub and some of my portraits of jazz musicians were hanging on the wall. Her new boyfriend loved jazz and remarked to someone who by chance knew me. When my ex heard that they were my paintings she desperately tried to get back to me, but I had moved on. She tried committing sucide to get my attention but to no avail. The boyfriend had met another girl whom he got engaged to and later married .

    Jessica is right on the no contact rule. If your partner breaks up do not contact that person. Absence according to Robert Greene creates attraction. If you chase when you are most vulnerable, that person will reaffirm why they left you. Most people find it difficult to end certain relationships and when they do the last thing you don’t won’t to do is to give them the opportunity to affirm their thoughts leading to the break up.
    During no contact, engage your self with other stuff that will improve you. Learn a skill. I recommend learning how to play the Saxophone 🎷. You meet more women and more people. Hopefully, you’ll find someone worth your while. I’m done. Great vid. Jess.

I know where you live”. She was basically telling me to stop bothering her. In my head I was like “wtf? Lol”. And I told her the truth. I said to her “good luck with that but you don’t have to worry about me. I’m done waisting my time”
    I was left wondering if that was her way of breaking the “no contact rule”. I would always tell her that im there for her and would protect her from everything and everyone. She was probably expecting the same response, but nah. Good luck to her.

Jessica speaks volumes, no contact rule makes all the very difference in a heartbreak situation. When it's time to move in it's a sign that things need to move smoothly from there. This woman knows what she’s talking about me and my ex broke up, a few months went by so I called to “check in on her” (I know big mistake) we had lunch, went to the movies a few times but it never got better and I could tell she was treating me like whatever she wanted to because in her mind I was never going anywhere and I allowed her to think that. So after a 2 months of this I realized things were never going to change and ended it, THIS TIME I implemented the silent treatment, no calls, no texts, I stopped following her on social media, complete ignore mode. Not going to lie, the first 2 months was hard because you’re going to have urges to make contact every now and then but don’t do it, hang in there it will get better, I’m a year removed now and completely moved on with my life, don’t even think about her. I knew for sure I move on when I saw her in a grocery store one time and she hadn’t seen me yet and I just kept walking out the door like she wasn’t there and got to the car and realized I didn’t feel anything even after seeing her, I was so proud of myself! There is an easy way to deal with it. When a woman ends a relationship with you, say OK, goodbye. And never speak to her again. If you can't do that, then you are hanging on to an illusion that the love was equal. And she has told you in no uncertain terms, that was not the case. You need to realize what you had (or thought you had), was false. Cleanse your mind, and know she was NOT the one. Adios.

    She just contradicted herself by saying the silent no contact method doesn’t always work. Speaking from personal experience, it always doesn’t work far more than said. The minute you break up, move on. Simple. Either embrace your freedom or find someone else. I found someone else - my husband and I’m grateful for the decade after I broke up with the ex to heal and analyze what I want in a marriage. I realized I didn’t have to settle to marry that ex suitor and I want someone better for me. So I did, and I never contacted nor will go back, and I’m actually grateful - it lead to meet my husband and make the right decision going forward to marry my husband Frank. May the Lord lead you to love and want truth - God bless. :)

    The hardest thing about letting a person go that I care about for me is knowing I was willing to work it out and as a man the toughest things you can do is set a boundary and stand on it when you have a soft spot for the person. You know their behavior is going to cross that boundary and if you do there will be nothing you can do to get her to stop but leave to show her that it is unacceptable. The silence is painful because you want that person to know that you are there for them and willing to work it out but if you break frame and fold she will NEVER an I mean NEVER respect you or your boundaries and to know that about a person you care about is one of the worst feelings in the world.

  • @williamcochrane5410

    I implemented the silence treatment for 11 months and 2 weeks. Did not call nor block her, but was getting information of her every move. We work at the same place and crossed path almost every week but no communications. One day I just walked straight into her at work. The first thing she said was, "oh you have decided to talk to me now". Well, after telling her that I have moved to a new location she promised to come over. Now we are back together and it is even better than the first time around. I gave her a long time for reflection and she realized that after all I am the ONE AND ONLY ONE. Time really does wonderful things in a relationship. Maximum respect to each other in or out of a relationship. Some folks go into attack and disparaging mode once the flames burn out. Time did not heal my heart until I learned how to forgive, because i had to take control of my emotions and decisions to take back power to live my life in a peaceful manner.     This is highly subjective. There are many factors to take into account such as;
    - kids( Very important)
    - number of years in the relationship
    - Are you married
    If you have too much invested in a marriage, you can't just go silent when your significant other decides to throw in the towel. You definitely need to evaluate the problem and fight for it in case it can be fixed. Pride is important, but if used in the wrong time, you'll only destroy yourself.
    Now if you're just dating, that's something else since it's only a '' getting to know stage'. You have the right to quit whenever you want.
