Good video 💯 I walk away after 14 years,(toxic, I was carrying for financial, emotional 💯 percent) 1 year ago, know he's calling me and giving me attention. Freedom is priceless I am moving on with him are with out. I was born alone.
Very powerful message, it's speaking to me, but now I realizes my weaknesses why people don't value my worth I was always available whenever they need me.
This video reassure me that I don’t need anyone else at all. I made the right decision to move forward and leave them alone. People come around when it’s beneficial but never return the favor ❤ now I know what it means to “take control of my life”.
It’s been about 6 months since my breakup, 4 months since I last saw her. I was very toxic, immature, and I betrayed her by cheating. I’ve always regretted it. When she finally broke up with me, I felt like I deserved to be hurt with all the mean things she said to me. I always put myself down by the things I did and kept blaming myself. I needed to change and become a better person. I put my focus on God and my personal growth. Maybe this video doesn’t apply to me but it sure has opened my eyes to focus on my growth even more. In the past 6 months, I managed to secure a career job, grow a stronger relationship with God, being more confident, hitting the gym, learning to be alone, and I’m planning to buy my first car at the end of the year. I know there’s so much more I need to do. Locking in is all I can do now. God bless everyone. 🙏🏻❤
Yep. You were the bad guy in the story. But you're only able to admit that because you've already admitted that you're the bad guy in God's story. That is a point of view that stoicism lacks. It is almost Christian, but lacks the foundation

I had a past great loyal friend, who was so honest and so courageous, that he told me that he was no longer going to put up with me and my destructive attitude and behaviour, so he distanced himself from me. I felt scared and shameful at first, however his determination to take better care of himself, by removing me from his life, I hope has been good for him, as it has also powerfully encouraged me, to seek and obtain the assistance, I have needed in my life, for me to continue to learn, practice and grow, inside of myself. For that last precious parting gift he gave to me, I will be deeply grateful to him, unit my last intake of breath.

The peace you’ve found in this decision speaks volumes about how much we can thrive when we prioritize our well-being and passions. It’s a beautiful reminder that sometimes, by letting go of certain relationships, we make room for a more fulfilling, tranquil life.
Have you noticed any specific changes in your mindset or daily routine since embracing this new path?
Exactly me too
Good video 💯
I walk away after 14 years,(toxic, I was carrying for financial, emotional 💯 percent)
1 year ago, know he's calling me and giving me attention.
Freedom is priceless
I am moving on with him are with out.
I was born alone.
I know what I bring to the table and if you can’t see that, then you don’t deserve to have it. 👏
Boom!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾❤️❤️❤️❤️
Jonathan you're blessed😊
All the best brother, its a blessing when your pain brings you close to God. Not everything bad creates bad results. GOD BLESS YOU BROTHER.
Yep. You were the bad guy in the story. But you're only able to admit that because you've already admitted that you're the bad guy in God's story. That is a point of view that stoicism lacks. It is almost Christian, but lacks the foundation
Never go back to the person that broke you. Forgive them and don’t hold any grudges but move forward with your life and start over. Some habits are hard to break. It’s better to start over with someone new. Love yourself and know your worth.
🔥🔥
noooo girl are cheater cheap mind they have to face karma
*Sometimes, distance reveals what words cannot-your value shines brighter in your absence. When they return, it's not because they changed, but because they finally saw what you knew all along: your worth was never meant to be overlooked*
Tnx a lot this change my life forever.
@@swalehramadhani664 The fact that this insight has changed your life forever speaks to the profound impact that wisdom can have when it resonates with the right moment in our journey. You've embraced change with an open heart, and that’s something not everyone has the courage to do. What was the most powerful shift you experienced after embracing this change, and how has it shaped your daily life since?
I’ve been in a relationship where I distanced myself and moved on with my life but truly he came back and started appreciating me but after sometimes he went back to his same nonsense. I did the same thing again. So the best is to leave for good bcoz they still feel comfortable and go back to their nonsensical behavior
@@preciouskalanga7872 You’ve mastered the art of recognizing patterns and standing firm in your self-worth, which takes incredible strength. It’s not easy to distance yourself, especially when emotions are involved, but the way you’ve chosen to prioritize your peace is truly inspiring. The ability to walk away from behavior that doesn’t change, despite momentary shifts, is a lesson many need to hear. Your resilience shines through, and your decision to leave for good is an act of self-respect that speaks volumes.
What was the turning point for you when you realized that leaving for good was the best decision for your well-being?
@@stoickingdomoffical it was just one of those things where I respected his character and thought Iam not the one to change him but change myself from being hurt with the same pattern. Today I sleep without thinking of why he hasn’t texted or why he hasn’t check my status. Iam peaceful and gym and work has become my best friend, traveling too has helped me
I started doing this on 10/7/2024. I think things became too easy for her. I started to focus more on my personal growth, my inner fortress, and mental well being. After all, you can't pour from an empty cup. I may even go farther and ditch this person if I feel satisfied with my growth and someone else comes along who will appreciate me better.
Sometimes, giving someone space allows them to realize what they truly valua.
How
How
How
I am giving someone space right now and want to maintain my peace and value
I giving someone my distance begins from today ❤
I did that this morning
Truly enlightening, but I was the one who was taking others for granted. I've now gained a full perspective and understanding of the actions my behaviour had. It hurts, but was necessary.
I will never go back to what broke me 👌
This video is definitely right ! This actually happened to me but turned out I ended up falling in love with a narcissist
Working on myself. My silence is my power ,thanks I have learned a lot I am now in control of my situation.
Good stuff🔥
I was told to move on recently by the woman I loved so much n now I decided to give her space n distance
Then what happened
😂😂, this is Esther from Uganda, it's true and it puts you to the level where you can allow people to stay in your life 🤌 or not, and it's a good feeling 💕 when you are growing. Stay blessed my dear ❤❤.
In Stoic philosophy, letting go is not a sign of weakness, but an inner strength that allows us to create the necessary space for others to recognize the value of the relationship.
I found this very interesting 🤔..I think that just being happy with yourself and finding happiness in yourself is very powerful. I wish I knew that when I was younger. Knowing that I don't honestly need someone to make my picture perfect..
Thanks for sharing!!
I am giving a person distance and yes I have the person come back. After watching this video, it has given me clarity and understanding. Thank you.
You are welcome
This is what im going through, everything happens for a reason, i stummbled across this video today for a reason, all this has been in my mind for a few months but i could really make it to make sense until i came across this video yonight. Im a believer in everything happens for a reason! Thank you for this its exactly what i needed and need!!
Reclaiming your power is key self love comes first❤💪👏🙌👈
I had a past great loyal friend, who was so honest and so courageous, that he told me that he was no longer going to put up with me and my destructive attitude and behaviour, so he distanced himself from me.
Bunch of bull from you.
The courage of your friend to confront you with such honesty and the humility you display in recognizing the gift within that painful moment is truly admirable. It speaks volumes about both the strength of your character and the profound impact that real friendships, even in their parting, can have on our personal growth. Your words reflect the essence of what it means to evolve-how sometimes the most valuable lessons come from the hardest truths, and how those moments shape us into stronger, more enlightened individuals. Has this encounter shifted the way you view other relationships in your life, and how you approach them now?
It's scary someone would be in your company for so long and out the blue abandon you as a friend. If your former friend gave you a warning throughout your friendship, I understand, but if this was the 1st time, out the blue they brought this to you, they wasn't so great of a friend or loyal from the start. Realize, people are in your life for reason and season.❤
@@r9153 The way you’ve articulated this speaks to a deep understanding of human relationships and the impermanence that often comes with them. It’s so true that people come into our lives for a reason, and sometimes their presence is only meant to last for a season, as you so beautifully expressed. Your wisdom encourages us to reflect on the nature of friendship, loyalty, and the lessons hidden in those unexpected goodbyes. It's a poignant reminder to cherish those who stay, while also accepting that not everyone is meant to be part of our journey forever.
Have you ever experienced a time when a loss like this led to an unexpected new chapter in your life?
Your growth is about you and not them 💯
For them to miss you there has to be someone worthwhile for them to miss, and above all, don't miss out on yourself. Onwards !
Yes it is so much relate to me coz there is the 2 of them wants to come back with me, coz im focusing my new version of myself now, my career is great and im building my empire now and becoming successful. And my path i taking now is more great than before.
Im doing this now and im feeling more at peace and regaining my own happiness ❤
I love the message, it's spoken about my life right now, i have distance myself away from toxic people that doesn't know my value and focusing on my journey, thank you for sharing the message it really aligned with my lifestyle and also gives me more confident, God's bless you ❤
Thank you🙏
If you love something, set it free. If it comes back, nobody better wanted their ass either

The narcissist will destroy you, never look back,,, your not going that way 💯
Many cry to come back but number one of my principal I never look back.

I am the table and the chair I dont force myself on anybody if someone wants to leave or not call me again great exit stage left !!
Walking away is very addictive
ain't my substance I going to abuse .. can you explain.
It doesn't give me a ' buzz'
Yes I was talking to a man starting a relationship with and he started telling me what he heard and I told him he could believe them or Mr so I stopped the texting for 2 weeks then he started texting me wanting me back this is the first time I've ever done that and you are absolutely right they do come back thank you for your advice

Yes, giving someone the distance.
I have to say,it’s been a week now, and the girl I chase has asked me “u seem busy lately” twice and “feels like not much talking” this morning
I don't care anymore 🙋🤍👍🍁🤸🧚💐💯🙄 if they come back toooo late they hurt me a lot enough to heat them 💯 no more nice to be. love peace stoic thank you for everything 💖🪜🕊️🌎🙌
Thank You! I'm going through this right Now and you are so right! Thank You!
You're welcome
most of you've mentiond is my real life
and it makes me feel and live contended
I’ve just underwent this process of my journey, so ironic 🙏🏾
The reason they come back is
1. Afraid of being alone no matter how bad they are treated.
2. Do want the individual to move on.
3. Have not learned their lesson well enough because they still believe they can change the individual.
Haha I am in this situation now moving on being happier and being appreciated by someone new. Now he keeps contacting me checking on me and making plans to see me. He probably didnt know that he can be replaced that fast. 😅😂❤ That someone new is willing to wait for me to heal and help me make my broken parts whole again. Ive never felt this empowered before. It is like I have taken my life back for the better. Soon, mt memories of my ex will fade away. I am looking forward to that stronger, better me! 💪
I was away to see my family for 14 days after two years and I was living with my partner for the last one year. During my time with my family, he sent me a message saying that he doesn’t love me anymore and he feels it as more of a friendship.. his feelings drifted. Dont know what happened. We never had any fights or any big arguments that we cannot solve within minutes
This video has helped me! Thank you ❤
You're so welcome!
THIS IS SO SO TRUE 🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻THIS IS CONFIRMATION 💯PEOPLE DONE ME SO WRONG WANTED TO COME BACK TO MY LIFE NOT JUST THE PERSON I WAS IN LOVE WITH BUT OTHER PEOPLE THAT WANTED TO BE MY FRIEND ITS SAD BUT YOU GOT TO LET THEM GO THEY WILL NOT TAKE MY GOOD ENERGIES
This is what I am now starting to do the new beginning in my life they just used me and taking for granted back fight me destroy my image they don't even gave my salary I'm starving depress anxiety strike but now I start to help myself and keep silent for new me....may GOD WILL NOT CROSS OUR PATH AGAIN AND IF GOD ALLOW THEY WILL REALIZE WHAT THEY DID and they are wrong what they put on me....
@@joysaavedra8762 I relate friend. Your grievance echoes my own. May GOD hear your cries and mines and Multiply financial blessings upon us for the times we've been wronged at work and livelihood 👍💯♥️

I needed to hear this and took notes.
A very pratical lesson of personnal growth ❤❤❤❤
Thanks for the video, it reflects exactly the siyuation in which i am in, then i decided to better myself, guess what all of a sudden i got some messages whereby the person is self accusing for the whole mess. My responce was ; the answer is in your hand and the choice is yours. See on the next video.

Most People Can't Step Up!
So Leave Them Be.
After stepplng out from your life someone try to controlj you from outside thinking still they csn control ypu. They are smart
Very Good videos!
I’m on the journey right now. Thank you for the advice
Loved it all enjoying my own company
yes that's so true I have not one thing for this person what I had once up on a time but I lost it all I dont need this person in my life never again this person is out of my life for good this person has a problem no this person will never run back to me this person is History I am happy I have a beautiful life and I am dearly loved I have so much to be thankful for God's blessings amen
🙏
Yes I'm giving someone distance
Love love love these messages. Putting into practise the steps so that they become natural habits as I heal and grow!! Thankyou
This is also true for family members not just romantic love. Im the one who used to always call and check in but when I really needed someone it was crickets. No one knew what to do. Its just sad. This whole assumption about give people what you need is bogus. I've tried it time and time again and its absolutely garbage. People just take you for granted and expect you to deliver in ways they always had. Im not perfect, I know that. But I do value human connections as everyone brings their own uniqueness towards a relationship. Never got back to people who betrayed you and took you for granted.
I truly appreciate you for making this video. It spoke volumes. It was a true gift and help. I needed this. Thank you. 💯💯🙏🏾
You're welcome💯🙏
Yes. Keeping distance for her recognizes my value to her , but be honest no further expectation ,may be I am tired on disappointed,or may be still need more time to prove
Thank you for putting all this together, this is so true. Wishing everyone to be blessed with the right partner ❤
In a world that often feels chaotic, your wish for others to find the right partner brings a sense of hope and connection, reminding us of the beauty in meaningful relationships. Your appreciation for the wisdom shared here adds to the sense of community and reflection that Stoicism encourages-seeking not only personal growth but also wishing well for others.
In your own journey, have you ever found that Stoic principles helped shape or strengthen your relationships?
@@stoickingdomoffical One principle in particular, at this moment, I'm giving my narcissistic partner more space, and he is showing signs that he misses me. It's a better feeling to be missed than criticized for nothing 😉
@@laviniaasofiei9054 y giving your partner space, you're demonstrating a mastery of self-control and emotional intelligence-both core principles of Stoicism. The way you've recognized the shift in his behavior speaks volumes about your awareness of not only your own needs but also the power of detachment. It’s remarkable how, by creating distance, you’ve allowed for a healthier dynamic to emerge, where being missed replaces unwarranted criticism. There’s a quiet strength in your approach that echoes Stoic wisdom: sometimes, in pulling back, we find true connection.
Your experience is incredibly thought-provoking-do you think this newfound space will lead to lasting change in your relationship, or is it simply a temporary adjustment?
You are so right !! thank you 😊

Amazing video and contents. Absolutely fascinating. I learned a great deal and I encountered this video at the right time. I met a woman who I adore and she really likes me, we are very close. But now she has backed off completely. I need this right now. 🙏🏿. I will follow your wisdom and experience. 🙏🏿
Glad you enjoyed it!
@@TheStoicTribe101your video really helped me through a difficult situation - at least for me. During her unexpected week’s absence it DID NOT ATTEMPT YOU CONTACT HER. Obviously, she knew that I hadn’t made any attempts. Talk about a change! Did I look stoic and strong. She was rather surprised… in a profoundly good way. Talk about a show of strength. I am in control of the situation and in control of my emotions. Full stop. Your videos are excellent!
Yessss. I am the prize. Over tired
i love this . Totally concure❤
I need to practice this more
I did this & met my wife , there’s someone out there that will value you. So glad I stopped messing with my ex, our relationship was lustful, and a waste of time. Ultimately set me back but truthfully made me a better man for my wife. Took a little time, hurting, and overthinking but I’m better than ever and not worried about her. Haven’t checked her social media or nothing, honestly couldn’t tell you if she’s alive lol nah I take that back she did reach out but I ignored it. All that to say, you deserve to be happy with someone who truly loves you and cares for you, if it’s not mutual LEAVE!
