Hello, we follow Paul Sir's exercise everyday. We recently returned to HK after a long absent. Is it possible to contact Paul Sir for a personal consultation? We have some questions for him. thanks.
Something has happened recently to this video. It now starts at the 25th minute instead of the beginning. I've tried to fix it on our end, but can't. My mother-in-law exercises to your videos every day and we set up a playlist so that the next video plays automatically. How can I fix this or does the video owner have to correct it? Thanks
I am glad to hear your mother-in-law follow the video and exercise everyday. It is my videos I taped it during class with Paul Sir's permission. It is very strange, when I played the video on youtube, it starts at the beginning. Can you play on another computer or tablet to see whether it play from the beginning?

看到這麼多讚賞的說話,本來都不想留言。但是都想說出來希望大家小心以免受傷。
因為在第一部分有些動作對於長者來說是非常快的,初初學做啲不知不覺會越跟越快,到醒覺的時候可能經已受傷,未見其利先見其弊。
而在第二部分其中有一個動作是要將腳放上大脾,再彎身向前。我的太太跟著做了兩次就已經覺得不能再跟下去,但已經太遲了。因為經已中招,當晚PatPat 就非常痛引致了梨狀肌發炎。痛了超過一個月,分別看了物理治療、針灸及吃消炎藥。現在還未完全康復。所以請年長的朋友需要特別!特別小心!

Paul sir, 下次可否教我們如何由站立位置,彎腰彎膝來在地上取東西時,腰部和膝蓋都不用太受力呢?先謝謝你所有寶貴的時間!
Paul sir 話如果附近有牆可以一隻手按住牆才執東西, 不要按椅或枱, 如果唔冇的話, 一隻手按住大腿, 彎膝去執東西, 不要頭向前會失平衡.

Paul sir 提議 (1) 兩擘垂直, 手掌掘起90度與地平衡, 向下壓,鬆, 重覆. (2) 兩手放在胸前,手掌彎曲90度,手指向上, 向前推出, 收回, 重覆 (3) 手臂向上舉, 手掌彎曲90度, 向上托 ,鬆, 托, 重覆 (4) 手臂向兩旁伸出與肩齊,手掌彎曲90度,手指向上方,向兩旁掙出,鬆, 掙, 重覆.

你好!感謝分享運動!想知大部份長者有食鈣片及飲奶的,片段後段你說不用食補充品及食鈣片和飲奶是否可以呀,本人討厭飲奶食鈣片,但恐怕骨質會疏鬆!:
特別想告訴你,你教我們如何用手按着腿部不同的位置起身和坐下,膝蓋真的沒有再受力了!這個方法對於我們真的非常重要!
