Gohan also had mouch HARDER trainings as a kid. Goku was just playing around compared what he got from Piccolo, then from Vegeta, then on Namek. He got the deep water early on.

Yeah but tbh the only big things gohan did was with rage and other peoples help. Raditz only got hurt because of his rage. Frieza 2nd form only got hurt because of gohans rage. Gohan earned ssj himself. Ssj2 was rage. All of the power unleashing was by guru and elder kai. Thats why i dont like gohan as a character. Maybe if they made gohan the main character he would have been better

It's basically the only way enemies for DBS can be made. Think about it, we have been watching Goku and Vegeta do almost nothing else but train for 20+ years straight, in gravity altering dimensions and then later on even with literal deities. Honestly their base forms alone should be able to take almost ANY character we have seen so far, but y'know you have to include the Saiyan transformations from time to time. My point is, it's pretty hard to think that any other enemy that they have run into have trained any where near as hard as they have. I still personally think that even Jiren's power was kinda bull shit. Just a normal guy who trained and somehow in his base became insanely more powerful than Goku and Vegeta even in their extremely high tier forms like UI Omen and SSBE Vegeta. Unless Jiren just has a very large lifespan and has been training for millions of years or something, I just can't see how Jiren could be as powerful as he is. The only good explanation you can make up is "Ah well this dude's potential is godly so all he has to do is train for like a decade and he is stronger than gods of destruction". It is becoming over used, but it still does make more sense than Toppo being able to fight evenly with super saiyan blue, when really he should be fodder compared to their base

@@SaviHow I've always thought this too. Remember when Frieza always claimed he was the "strongest in the universe", and then we find out his father is as strong as, if not, stronger than him. Then later, we find out that Frieza knows about Buu who was lightyears ahead of Frieza before he trained, so that statement doesn't really make sense. Then Beerus comes along, Hit, Jiren, Toppo, all these characters. Especially Morro. They just start coming out of thin air, and their strength doesn't make any sense. Maybe Beerus and Toppo because they are both Gods but Jiren? Jiren's base is retarded. Jiren really only exists because the tournament would be too easy since Goku and Vegeta could just one-shot nearly everyone there. I wouldn't be surprised if after Morro, another dude comes along who's even more powerful. It doesn't make any logical sense. Why weren't these characters ever hinted to? Or talked about? You'd think Beerus would know about Toppo since he was going to be a Destroyer, and then find out about Jiren. Nope. The Kai's NEVER mentioned Morro. NO ONE mentioned Morro. He just appears out of nowhere and is tens of levels above Goku and Vegeta. Just like Jiren. Just like Hit was. It just doesn't make sense.

Future Gohan didn't train as much in the three years before the Androids and then this father and everyone was killed so he didn't have anyone to train with or teach him how to train properly

@@emblemblade9245 The Problem is, Future 17 stated to Gohan (Future) that by the last battle he wasn't using even half of his full power. Trunks (future) didn't know that and assumed, that they fighted at full strenght. Compared to the present counterparts, yes, in that situation their are weaker, but it is safe to assume, that both (present und future) Androids are at the same power level. Cell on the other hand, it's debattable. We don't know, if future Cell had a chance against the androids or not. Perhaps he had, we only know, he is far weaker than his counterpart from another timeline. And yes, Cell is an Android, more specific, a Bio-Android.

One note: when Goku fought Jackie Chun in the tournament, Jackie only entered to teach his students there will always be someone stronger than you, to encourage Goku and Krillin to keep training. If Goku was already so much stronger than Roshi, would that affect him to not enter the tournament? Would that affect Goku to not continue training as hard because that lesson wasn't given to him yet?

Goku is pure of heart so it would just make goku a tiny bit arrogant, this arrogance would be the same to dbs Gohan before training with piccolo
I also could see this version of him, with the 'personality differences' never training under Roshi if he was strong enough already, and thusly not make the same friends he did along the way, excluding Bulma and Chichi for the purposes of Trunks and Gohan existing. When Raditz arrives, Goku should be much stronger, and have a more rugged outlook on things in general like you said; this is why I think he'd be more open to joining the Saiyans. Seeing as Goku never trained under Roshi in our scenarios, Gohan wouldn't have been at the Kame house to be kidnapped by Raditz and would more likely be training with his dad when Raditz would have arrived. Seeing this, Raditz is still disgusted that he hasn't already conquered Earth, but acts less brazenly because Goku's right there. They talk it out, and eventually Goku sees the similarity between them; they both have a tail. They're still hostile to one another, as Raditz goal is still to conquer Earth. They fight; Goku comes out the victor, and Raditz pleads with Goku to spare him when it comes to a decisive loss for him. He does, but tells Raditz that he has to promise not to try and take over Earth. Raditz replies that he can't agree to that, as it's not his call, and tells him to wait a moment; this gives him a chance to contact Vegeta and Nappa that things got more complicated, that he found his brother Kakarot to have overwhelming strength as well as a son. Raditz tells Goku that two more Saiyans will be arriving a few months from now to set things straight and that they're much stronger than he is. With this, Raditz says he'll pause his conquest of the planet if Goku waits until the other two to arrive to 'straighten things out'. Goku agrees, and months go by without incident. The day has come that Vegeta and Nappa will be arriving, so Raditz finds Goku once again to try his luck once more at convincing him to join them. Goku promptly stating that he'll wait to see the others before making a decision about it all, and so with not much better to do, Goku does his best to try and strike up conversation with the now placated Raditz. Raditz explains a lot of the backstory to the Saiyans, and how Goku ended up on Earth in the first place. The time has come, Nappa and Vegeta have arrived on Earth. Instead of some random mountains though, they arrive near Goku's house as Raditz relayed them the location to meet up. Things immediately get hostile again as Raditz rejoins his companions only to be blasted back by Vegeta for 'being such a weakling', and Goku responds to this in shock readying himself for a fight with the two now to not only defend Earth, but Raditz as well. Being that Goku never died to train under King Kai, he doesn't know his techniques, nor did he train with Roshi and also is lacking his signature move, the Kamehameha. Nappa steps in and fights Goku, resulting in a narrow victory by Goku. Goku isn't strong enough to beat both of them just yet, but he's strong enough to defeat Raditz and Nappa. Vegeta steps in and tells him that he'll spare his life and his son's life if he joins them. As he's about to reluctantly agree, Vegeta lets out a one-liner: "After all, we have a new opening in our team" and fires upon Raditz while he's down to attempt to finish him off. Goku stops the attack, and the two begin an alternative showing of the iconic battle between them. It ends with Goku's loss, the first major loss in the series for the man. Vegeta gives him one last chance to join them or die, so Goku gives in and agrees with no other options left, but adds that he'll only do so if Raditz. Chichi, and Bulma are added to the list of people Vegeta spares along with him and Gohan. Finding that having Kakarot on his side would really bolster his force, as even though he lost the battle, he defeated Nappa AND Raditz. He also had nothing to lose by sparing Raditz, or any of the others he mentioned, so Vegeta agrees and Goku officially joins the Saiyans. Weakened from the battling, the Saiyans all rest up rather than immediately begin conquering Earth. During this time, both sides explain their side of the story. Goku tells about his adventures on the planet, and how he came to be so strong while the three explain to him the fate of the Saiyans and Planet Vegeta. Vegeta explains to Kakarot the actual gravity of their situation, and why they sought out new Saiyan allies in the first place-- to take down Frieza once and for all. They've been working under the guise of loyal Frieza Force elites, but in reality have been planning a vengeful rebellion against his tyranny. Some time goes by and eventually Vegeta meets Bulma to ensure that his part of the deal is held up (spare Bulma, Chichi, Raditz, Goku, and Gohan). Some filler happens that leads to Bulma being either totally okay with going with them, or taken totally against her will. Either way, the group has grown from three people to 7 people very quickly and the Saiyans take some time on Earth to adjust to it, training with each other for their eventual plan to take down Frieza. They eventually decide to go against Frieza's orders to conquer Earth, going dark from the Force entirely. Time goes by and through training with one another, the five Saiyan's have all grown stronger, however this 'time of peace' comes to an abrupt halt as something entirely unexpected and something they're entirely unprepared for happens: The Ginyu Force arrives to investigate the Saiyan's disappearances. This begins the Frieza Saga, starting on Earth rather than Namek, with the Saiyans now fighting to protect their new home with Goku.
One major plot hole. Freeza (there is NO I) force Vegeta did not approve of weakness. If Goku wasn't able to defeat him, he'd be dead. The arrogance displayed in the Saiyan saga is enough to surmise that early Vegeta believed he could do it alone.
I mean fuck, he tried it in the Freeza saga.. And the Android Saga.. And the Cell Saga.. Oh and the Buu saga.
All while mocking and belittling those he deemed weaker. IF things played out your way, Vegeta wouldn't give 2 shits about earth, goku, or nappa. They'd all be dead, and the series would end with Freeza selling/destroying Earth.
Keep in mind that is the ONLY reason Nappa is alive. Is because when Vegeta kills him, he is still working for Freeza.
Lotta holes actually relating to the early character developments. Goku not training under Roshi wouldn't make Vegeta any less inclined at that point in time, to care in the least bit about them or their survival after a loss at his own hands.

I like this theory, but Vegeta at this time wouldn't seek to team up as readily as the future version of him would be. Vegeta was the most evil out of Nappa and Radditz and he. He actually teams up with Gohan and Krillin out of force due to the power difference between he and Frieza at this time. While on Earth and still in his arrogant self, he would likely not seek an alliance of any kind. Saiyans are typically not good hearted and it is theorized that Goku falling on his head rearranged his personality. He could have been very evil had he not fallen, who knows ? It was explained in the Super Saiyan God arc that Yamoshi and his friends were good hearted people like Goku is. There was a rival faction of the times that saw being nice as weakness and so there was a great civil war. Yamoshi Sees his friends die and he becomes a Super Saiyan as a result just like Goku did when he saw Krillin die. Yamoshi though didn't have the training and stamina that Goku had as he lived thousands of years before this time. So he kills armies of the rival faction due to his sheer power gain, but eventually runs out of stamina and drops back into his base form and is killed. Thus the Evil Saiyan faction wins and is why King Vegeta and his people are generally heartless. Radditz was willing to kill his own brother and so that shows how evil they can be. Vegeta killed Nappa without care even knowing that the Saiyan race was all but destroyed at this time.

If That Didnt Prove My Point, Saitama, Yes Is A Gag Character, But Hes Only Strong In His Universe And Some Others, Not Dragonball. Saitama Is Raditz Level.

Goku would kill Cell in 2 seconds. He would have reached SSJ2 and SSJ3 in the hyperbolic time chamber. Gohan would also be stronger. He also one shots Frieza in SSJ.

This is great and pretty accurate. However there is one thing you forgot about. Frieza may have gone to Earth to fight Goku, however it's still likely he would have gone to Namek first, meaning he would have gotten his wish for immortality, he would also be left with 2 wishes which he could even use to wish for his full potential to be unlocked (making him golden frieza tier from the get go). However let's assume he wastes his other 2 wishes (maybe using one of them to grow those extra inches he wanted to in Broly). This may actually make things more difficult for Goku. He would still likely destroy Frizea, but he'd never be able to kill him. This would likelu mean he'd continue to return and become a reoccurring villain, at first maybe a joke villain who always gets destroyed by Goku ijstantly. However, slowly, due to more experience and training, becoming as powerful as Goku or atleast giving him a run for his money. II think he would continue to challenge Goku and threaten the Earth time and time again and due to his immortality there would be little Goku could do about it (unless he somehow used the Dragonball's to undo his immortality?)

I have a theory on why Goku is so "talented " often stated by Vegeta. He drank the Sacred Water as a kid. I think that changed him inside. He also trained under a bunch of unique and gifted trainers. I think the combination of the two mixed with Saiyan biology put leagues above others.

So the short answer is, he would've been so op that the entire story of DB, DBZ and DBS would've been too boring. Conversely, if Goku stayed dead after Cell Saga and Gohan took over, the franchise could've gone towards a more interesting direction - one that is less about power levels and more about adventure.
why do people say things like this? obviously if goku was stronger, the villains would be stronger to match him. it wont be "boring"

This regurgitation of infinitely exponential dick measuring isn't fun for very long, which is exactly what makes DBS so boring. Yes, shonen stories are usually all about getting stronger, but good shonen stories have more than just that. But DBS is just the opposite - getting stronger, that's it. All Saiyans have high potentials, Goku and Vegeta just train to their peak potentials and thats why its more difficult for them to get stronger than other saiyans and thats why other saiyans get stronger more quickly specially Gohan that is trigger by anger and has had more official training than the other half-breeds.

Gohan's potential unlocked gave him his ssj 2 power and as if he trained it for the 7 years but in base form. This allowed him greater power because he didn't have the strain of ssj 2 but all of It's power which granted him greater power. That's why he so powerful. Goku's ssj 3 pushes him to his to limit but has the drain because it's a ssj form. If Gohan could achieve ssj 3 his unlocked potential from would be even greater in power

Great story, but you forgot a couple of things, grandpa Gohan had the 4 star dragon ball witch lead Bulma to find Goku because she wants the dragon ball to make a wish, so that means that Goku would still go on the adventure to find all 7 dragon balls and eventually fight Demon King Piccolo who would maybe or maybe not tell them he's half of the creator so that mean that Goku might spare him or finish him just to save or destroy the dragon balls.
The namekian dragonballs always had three wishes.. They updated their dragonballs twice. Once directly after friezas arc, teaching Porunga English (lol terrible idea). And again after being sent to Namek 2, where they changed their dragonballs to be able to wish as many people as they want back to life instead of a single person.

I’m not sure if this is a risky question to ask but I have a question. What if Gohan turns into a very powerful villain in the future of DBS?
Because I don't see them doing any justice for him as of now. So it got me thinking, Gohan could potentially be the best villain ever. A tragic supervillain to be exact. Like another version of Lord Drakkon from Power Rangers comic book. Jealousy of his father, being looked down by many that makes him drastically changed to a cold and heartless person. Gonna be like Batman VS Arkham Knight kinda thing.
A new idea just came across to my mind. If they bringing Turles to the DBS/canon universe in the future, he could be use as a major supporting antagonist. As you can see, in Turles movie, he sparked an interest in having Gohan to join him as he recognizes the boy's potential. By using that point of story, he could brainwashed Gohan's mind and turning him into a tragic supervillain. Making Gohan as the new emperor of Saiyan race, thus calling him Lord Gohan and creating his new Saiyan army.

speaking strictly on your picture in light of the story you provided, I dont think Gohan would be so "vegeta" if that makes any sense. The Lord Gohan picture looks to be very prideful or incredibly confident, which im sure an evil Gohan would be arguably the strongest villain the Z Fighters have ever seen considering Gohan knows he must defeat Goku and Vegeta if he is to win, that with his incredible potential, he could possibly be the next overpowered villain after Moro. Aside from that, I dont think Gohan would even carry himself with any kind of pride. In the show prior to this, Gohan is humble, intelligent, and understanding. Now if you turn someone like that evil, you get an Arthas transformation rather than a "Lord Gohan" transformation, he would be much more brooding and powerfully intimidating, unlike the other Dragon Ball villains, Gohan wouldn't be overwhelming confident in his ability to overpower, I doubt he would even talk much. I think Gohan, even if he does become Lord Gohan, would be a cool headed being that resembles something of a god attempting to be mortal. The best example I can give in the DBZ series is the early depictions of King Vegeta. He is a lot of what I am thinking an evil Gohan would be like but instead of having saiyan saga level of strength, he would actually be close to if not surpassing gods. You drew a very cocky and prideful Gohan, which follows most DB villains, but that does not follow Gohan.

So one thing I'd want to note is while I enjoyed this and a lot of people do the whole if Goku kills King piccolo argument that does not stop mr. Popo from picking a new guardian of Earth because I don't know how much that's necessarily needed but within the story they make it seem as if that is a very important position even if us the audience know it's not at this point

you have two big mistakes 1. goku is switching with gohan the potential so gohan should be with a low power level. 2. gohan training with picolo one year gave him power level of 2,000 and picolo was trainig alone and the over training with gohan when he was ready,and picolo was stonger than him he was almost 500! so goku kiling his grandpa and training alone should put him when he met bulma at power level of 200 at least becose he traind alone without a teacher so goku should be srong at the start but not too much
