We just achieved the 200k subscriber milestone! Thanks for your epic support! Our goal is to build a strong community with 1 million subscribers, and together, we already established a solid foundation for that. We try to get to this massive milestone by delivering urbex content with the highest quality out there.
Next week, we will venture into abandoned places again. This time, we are exploring Germany. Let us know what kind of places you would like to see more often on this channel!
You guys are fantastic and I love your style!! Beautiful work!
Kudos to Proper People ... the collab back in the days really boosted you. Of course your quality has been improving amazingly fast ! Not saying it wasn't pro before.
Congrats for the 200k subscribers 👏
Congratulations 🎉
Espetáculo de vídeo amigo 😐😱😱😱😱👌👌👏👏👏
Wow Guys, Broken Window Theory is the best Urbex channel I have found. I enjoy your content & great filming quality. Thank you for sharing your diligent efforts with all 200k of us🤩🏅 Look forward to this video!
Cheers for the lovely feedback, enjoy the next video!
I agree! It’s not over hyped language or energy, it’s almost like you’re exploring with them
@@darcieodom wow, very well said: We explore with them!!
I love seeing the old homes and castles also homes in Germany mostly. Thanks for all the great Videos. Stay safe and prayers for you all.
Just the German ones or private homes in general? Thanks for sharing your opinion! :)
Just noticed the 200k too, amazing!! I'm so glad to see you guys getting more followers!! Well done to the whole crew !
You know your production quality is very high when every frame of the video feels like wallpaper.
I love seeing the old industrial complexes which that
surprised me because as a woman I thought I would like old dwellings but my favorite is industrial. I love that those green colors they used. I also like your theme music that you picked ,it’s great.
Beautiful video! Once again, Broken Window Theory did not disappoint! Your cinematography, narration and sound design are top notch as always. Truly inspiring.
Congrats for the 200K subscribers and keep up the good work 👏
Thanks! We sure will keep it up, but you have to promise you do too ;)
@@bwturbex Sure, we will 😊
I like abandoned houses the most but industrial buildings like this one are interesting too. Before watching videos like yours and The Proper People's I never thought about seeing beauty in places like an old power plant. But it's there, in the graceful curves of a machine, the blue skylights and the birds and plants living there now.
Wow, it's amazing to hear that we managed to show you the beauty of something people normally can't see. Is it the history of abandoned houses that makes them interesting to you?
@@bwturbex Yes! The abandoned houses are more personal, and mysterious. With industrial buildings and hospitals you usually know why they have been abandoned but with homes there are usually questions: Why? What happened? Where did they go? But I love all your videos 👏
Excellent video; especially the drone footage and the location are just amazing. Many greetings from Northern Germany :-)
Hey, seit wann denn auf Englisch? Richtig gutes Englisch! Schön, dass es dir gefallen hat. Wir sehen uns in der nächsten Episode! Und nächstes mal antworten wir auch auf Englisch ;)
Absolutely amazing footage of this grand power house. The ones of the old control room
Are especially beautiful! Some great details in there.
Abandoned industry is damn photogenic!
You guys never disappoint in this Italy series. Truly a beauty!! 😍✌🏻👍🏻
I have to say the Italy series is the best series yet. What editing software do you use?
Thanks a lot! We are using Adobe's software. Premiere Pro and After Effects.
@@bwturbex me puedes decir en qué ciudad está?
Powerplants ! HUUGE CONGRATS 200K !
Absolutely love industrial derelicts !
I love the light and colors you’ve captured. Thanks for leaving in the birdsongs. Lets us get a feel for the life currently in the building. Just like the lovely birdsong we heard in the abandoned Italian village with homes and shops all made of old stone.
I’m very happy the team takes precautions and wears respirators. Asbestos is bad stuff.
Great job guys! Let’s hope the next 100K subscribers happen fast!
200k...wow!!!
Congratulation .. you deserve it!!
20% of our goal is already achieved!
Wow this looks amazing and congratulations on 200k
Thank you! This has been a long road.
I love how you tell a story, and do research. That's half of the enjoyment of watching urbex. Understanding more about what happened.
I'm your fan ❤️ can't wait your next episodes, ton of love from urbex lovers
I quite enjoy your industrial sites in a very different way from your mansions. They invite your awesome use of framing, angles, and contrast. I was alive when this plant was built, and yet, in parts, it takes on a sci-fi futuristic appearance...and in others, an almost Victorian feel. Your eyes never miss a thing, and you edit beautifully among closeup and, mid ground, and distance shots, stitched together by amazing cinematics. Thank you for taking such care with your subjects...and stay safe out there.🖤🇨🇦
You still remain interesting and new but, to me, it seems that it is because of your meaningful way of portraying history. I am always waiting for the next video...a success! Be safe always 👏
Vou acompanhar esta aventura😍😍😍
Uauuuu 200K!!!
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Well done guys loved it !! The live stream was so cool !!
Thanks! Glad you liked the live premiere. There will be another one in two weeks.
This one is the less viewed one in the series, but dope as other videos! You guys are awesome! ❤️
I have watched your channel for about a 2 years now. For me, I really do not have a preference as to what you film. These are your journeys that you let us share. Be safe and Stay well. A big thank you from SC.
You guys are out of your head. You go to old abandoned houses , buildings and places where no one dares to go. That's why I subscribed. Thank you for sharing your explorations.
Until finding your channel, I had no idea how many industrial facilities generated their own power on-site. Makes perfect sense, but it's just something you don't think about in everyday life.
Power plants and Cold War era buildings are my favorite aspect of the channel. Keep up the great work.
I would watch anything. My personal favourites are abandoned asylums, but there aren’t a ton of those in the world, and I just love the gorgeous cinematography and editing that is always present on this channel so I’d watch anything :)
Great investigation as usual guys. Mankind sure leaves it's dangerous and unsightly mess wherever it goes.✌
And wherever it leaves ;) Thanks for joining us today. We hope speaking about the problem of unawareness in our everyday life in terms of electricity and other things we take for granted makes some people think a bit. See you in the next episode! :)
@@bwturbex I hope that in the near future that we can get all people to start cleaning up after themselves and to respect and protect wilderness areas. When they're gone, we're gone too. Unfortunately no one knew the dangers of asbestos in the past. I worked in an older factory insulated with asbestos. They had to close it down an clean it up. It took years and I wonder how many fibers they released into the air. I wasn't aware until this video that cleaning it up was so hazardous. Your videos educate as well as entertain.
Very nice preview and Congratulations for 200.000 subscribers, BWT. Can't wait until the Premiere starts 👍😁
Thanks a lot! This is a special video.
Bell activated, guys, see you :-)
Wow! Another epic explore! Congratulations on the 200K! You deserve it! I’ll be happy to watch whatever you stumble across!
Love the intro to this series and of course the series too!
Great to hear, thanks a lot!
I always love the rusty colors of the abandoned place, some peaceful and bringing fantasy to get back the time. Thank you for share your explorer, you deserve to get more followers on your channel... ❤️❤️❤️ Congrats for 200k, hope it running fast to 500k or 1m subscribers 💐
I love a mix of industrial locations and places like homes. With you guys' incredible shots and editing, I don't think the location matters too much. I will be here every two weeks anxiously awaiting another awesome video!
Thanks for letting us know what you like the most and for your support! It's great to know you enjoy the adventures as much as we do :)
Congrats on 200k ! You deserve it ! I’m so glad I found this channel a while ago, I love it when you guys also speak German, helps me with my learning as I’ve been considering to move to Berlin one day:) keep on doing what you do, and can’t wait till you reach to 1m !!
Thanks! Berlin is a nice city, one of us is living there and he loves it. But good luck with finding a flat there! ;D
Im so glad you have met the 200k mark!! You really deserve it cause you are so amazing! I love everything you guys do homes, villages, and factories are all your play ground for adventure! Keep up the good work guys see you in the movies!!
I like checking out abandoned places. I'm a little withholding of some of the places I see and take pictures. I don't want to see a spot get vandalized or attention to where it gets demolished or patrolled frequently. Not to mention I don't want someone to getting in trouble if it's a recent abandonment that could have alarms and sensors.
Felt proud and sad both at same time after watching the condition of Franco Tosi Meccanica Turbine , Proud to be once part of this historical Italian company & sad to look at the condition of the Turbines - Love from India
Lads super excited can't wait hehe, and big congratulations on the 200k 🔥😎😎😁
You hit the 200K mark! Yes you guys are so talented you should have millions of followers! Can't wait for the new adventure! GB
Thank you, we are working on it to get 1 million subscribers! That would be an amazing achievment!
@@bwturbex No one deserves it more! And I get so many compliments on your calender! Its amazing 👏 !
I love the industrial stuff, especially power plants! Always amazing! Keep it up.
Congratulations on the 200K subscribers! I have enjoyed all your stories. So interesting to see abandoned places whether its industry or places that people lived in or worked at and why they were deserted! Seems to be a lot to discover and hoping you are all able to show us these places without getting into strife whilst doing this. Take care and look forward to your next adventure.
I don't care what content you use out of your backlog. Each video tells a great story, is edited very nicely and each one is very entertaining to watch. Just keep up the good work guys. Cheers.
Love abandoned industry, and would definitely love to see more! But I also love hospitals. I do like seeing homes with everything left too, especially in Europe where you don't see as much horrible vandalism as here in the states. Your videos are always great, thank you so much for giving me a glimpse of the world I might not otherwise get to see! Keep up the great work guys! 💕
Hospitals really do have a special atmosphere. They are one of our favorite type of places too! Despite the vandalism you still have great bandos in the US. We still wanna explore there. Thanks for watching and see you in the next episode :)
@@bwturbex can't wait! If you're ever in North Carolina I would love to explore with you guys!
I enjoy videos of any location but power plants and abandoned industry are my favorite.
Until very recently, I had a really awesome abandoned steel mill in my town, that I spent many afternoons exploring. It had been in the beginning stages of demolition when I first went in almost 2 years ago and now most of the building are gone. The power house was incredible. Very sad but now all that's left of it are the photos/videos I took of it. There is just something captivating to me about giant old turbines and control rooms/panels.
This is going to be first-rate. 👍
Have you enjoyed it? ;D
Another fantastic video from BWT! You guys do take a lot of risks, but you are very aware of what the risks are and do your best to mitigate them, such as asbestos, or knowing where/when security is, etc. I much appreciate these videos. Always stay safe, my friends!
Yes, we hope other explorers take protection serious too! Thanks for watching and see you in the next episode :)
Always goes by so fast, excellent work. I enjoyed seeing the different Italian and German machines in 1 power plant
That one was a rather short one. Are you already looking forward to the next episode? :)
I just love abandoned industrial places, very nice Video guys!
Thanks Luca! Well you're an expert in this topic ;D
Abandoned industrial sites are my favorites! 👌 The colors, the lighting and the details in this place are just beautiful!
Walking in there and seeing the big hall was amazing! Such a beautiful light
Another class episode lads - The greeny bluey colour inside was mesmerising! Massive congrats on 200k, well deserved!
Thanks buddy! Yeah, the light was truly special
The quality of video and the facts you give are great
your channel is unmatched by anyone on this platform
I really appreciate what you allow people to see
like me, I’m from USA I would never know a single thing about these places or even that they exist with out you
thank you a lot keep them coming
On the whole I do like the 'grand structures', the industry, large buildings or whole villages, not only do these provide excellent views they also let your cinematography shine. But whatever it is you always treat the location with respect.
Thanks for the amazing feedback. This hall was truly special and there were good motives around every corner. You just have to find them ;D
Just got the video here in Canada 🇨🇦 excellent as always. Cheers on 200k you guys deserve it !!
It's amazing to know that there are viewers all around the globe joining us on our explorations. Thanks Brian, stay safe! :)
Upload ALL the videos!

Epic content as always! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
You guys never fail to impress! The stills are awesome, good eye Tobi!
Thanks Benjamin! Are you looking forward to the next episode already?
My grandfathers last name was Hambruch from Hambruch Germany. Please 🙏🙏🇺🇸. Maybe some haunted places. Congratulations on 200 subscribers.👍
The city you mean is called Hamburg but very close! We already visited some places other people told us are huaunted... But we never really experienced something weird
Thanks for another incredible video. These are the places where we can’t even dream to see or visit. Your videos are showing the other side of the world. Amazing job done. Kudos to everyone in your team 👏🏼
That's what we're here for! Thanks for virtually joining us on this adventure :) What do you think about the upcoming location?
@@bwturbexThe upcoming video also will not disappoint us. And going by the visuals it’s very intriguing to know the facts. Will wait for it’s release like a ardent fan again.👍🏻
Thanks guys, epic footage again! Me and my daughter are really looking forward for your next upload of the swimming pool! Keep up all your amazing work and thanks for taking us with you and learn on the go. Cheers!!
Video so awestruck and photos are like great arts!!! Great job!!!
Thanks Mark! Already excited for the next one?
A very nice explore, love these big places, and grtz with 200k.
While exploring abandoned industry we always feel like ants. Those places are HUGE! Thanks for watching :)
Amazing as always appreciate your work guys..
Thanks for watching Craig!
Congrats on reaching 200k Subs! Next episode looks amazing. Hoping for a longer vid Next time Haha 💖
The next video with the overgrown pool will be shorter since it was only a small place. But we will have some longer ones in the future!
@@bwturbex It's okay! No pressure. I just enjoy your explorations very much. Keep it up 😊🤘

Amazing videography guys well done. Love from UK x
Love the industrial explorations!!
Perfect, we got some nice industrial locations coming up in the France series! :)
I think we want to see everything!
Alright, then you're like us! :D But do you have a favorite type of structure?
@@bwturbex For me, anything transportation related is awesome. Old subway stations, warehouses with aging vehicles, etc. Abandoned bunkers are pretty epic also! Thanks for showing us places most people would never know existed without your film!
These plants were small. I worked at Rohner and we had 3m tall trees growing out of cracks in the roof!
Needless to say, this caused water to go through and we had buckets and mold everywhere... The plant has been abandoned for a year now. You can read the news on why...
👍👍👍 Super Video wieder! Ich freue mich auf das nächste! Das Schwimmbad wird der Hammer! Grüße aus Thüringen! 👍👍👍
Amazing work. Your channel is top choice for me.
Awesome exploration as usual!
Thanks! What do you think about the next location?
cool that u guys are back putting things back on again, thank u 👍🍻
Hi, what do you mean? We upload videos every other week. Check the content on our channel. 👍🏾 At the moment, not all of our videos are shown to everyone for some reason...
@@bwturbex cool sounds good = u guys take care plz
Congrats on 200k subscribers one step closer to 1million
Congratulations for now having 200K subscribers.. Great exploration... just keep your selves safe ❤️
Will do. Taking risks is part of exploring but there are a lot of risks you can easily avoid
Broken Window Theory ❤️
I am fascinated by ALL your exploration locations!
Thanks for watching them!
Great exploration guys, thanks!
Thanks for tuning in Eileen. Make sure to not miss the next one :)
Exciting, eery, and excellent video. As time seems to be flying by, 20yrs. ago doesn't seem that long ago. Technology is amazing, but also scary. Waiting for the next adventure. Next time I think I will get popcorn with extra butter.👍😊❣🍿
Great video again guys, top quality production! The sounds of the seagulls and ocean really adds to it. Did anyone ever check that gasometer on the same premises? Curious if that one is a go or not :)
Thanks, glad you liked it. We haven't checked it but I could imagine it's abandoned too. We just didn't want to move around there too much because of the cameras. 😅
GREAT work!
Thanks buddy
I made it to a premiere for once! Excited about this one. I freaking love powerplants
Edit: PS is it blue or green though 😜
We think it is blue, haha. Thanks for joining the live premiere!
This was an excellent shoot. It always makes me sad to see all the decay. Moreso the places that have thing's that bad for the environment.
Superb production!
Bring on 1million subs...
Thankyou & Cheers BWT Team!
Amazing video guys keep up the good work more subscriber.
Alte baufällige Industrieanlagen haben ihren eigenen Charme. Es gibt viele tolle Motive im Video! Mach weiter so Jungs 👍
Oh ja, wir konnten gar nicht aufhören zu filmen :D Egal wo man hinschaut, überall gute Motive
Building still has power to it. 8:08 you can hear the buzzing of the electrical panel and a light on
Yes, that's right. We wonder why.
Wow, again a very beautiful documentary! Keep up the good work!
At 8:10, was there still power/electricity on the system board?
Thanks a lot! Yes, there was power still running and we have no clue why.
@@bwturbex Wow awesome that there still was some power running :-)
That was amazing to see. Clearly not safe to have power running in the old system. Probably long ago forgotten power to safety systems.
That was panel of the fire extinguisher pump ("autoclave e antincendio"). I think that's why it must always be powered.
Can't wait
Seagulls are rude, noisy neighbors, shouting to each other. I'm somewhat amazed at the number of places, residential, commercial, and industrial, where it appears that one day, either everyone departed or never returned from an absence. Then Nature moves in and takes over. Humans are ephemeral. This complex is*HUGE!* Stay safe, everyone.
You are wonderful.
You are too! Thanks for joining us
I would pay to go with you guys on one of the exploration, I love old abandoned buildings
great videos and images
Another great episode guys! Those were steam turbines unfortunately this is not a electrical method they will restore they would have to re purpose that building if they were to save it.
Great video lads great place so peaceful. Do you ever have time to get home ? How long was this place been empty ?
Btw my fav is watching you explore old homes, mansions, villas, farms. Any place where we can see how real people lived, and speculate about why the left.
I can absolutely understand that. The history of those places is a lot more interesting. Industry is great to explore but hard to show in a video. We hope you enjoyed it nevertheless! :)
I really liked the place and the video as always. Beautiful colors, light and music. Especially music. It's always good! I prefer public spaces and industry. But from time to time it is also exciting to look at homes when there is interesting architecture and story behind it. I like to read about endangered and disappearing architecture from iconichouses.org - icons at risk, docomomo.com - heritage in danger etc.
It is sad to see that many beautiful and interesting places disappear.
Amazing footage along with informative history. It might be that the place also turned into an aviary for birds.
Must be the biggest aviary in the world then ;)
This is amazing facility how late we just left to die it's unbelievable with the frogs and The Greenery in the area this is an excellent excellent documentary you guys are the greatest I really enjoy watching all your events God bless you all be safe
Amazing Brilliant and Poignant. And Fun!!!!
Brilliant video. It amazes me that you find life coexisting with such toxicity.
That's a big lesson we learned over the last few years. No matter how messed up, ruined or toxic a place is - nature finds its way. I mean there are living animals in the deep sea too ;)
