Five of those locations are actually featured in our 2021 Urbex Calendar! We just finished working on it. Religion is not necessary to visit such an old beauty. Whether you're catholic or baptist or something else, just admire the beautiful stoneworks and the lovely ornaments that were once created to praise the Lord. So much work done by so many artists, and now the building is left to rot and decay. But the work was not done in vain, as long as the building exists, there will be adventureres like you, Marco and Till, who save the glorious artworks and much more interesting, the atmosphere of this once holy place. I am so excited and happy to return here at 6pm!!!
We are not religious ourselves. For us, these holy places are just buildings. But we always like to visit an abandoned Lord's house because of its splendor and the great architecture. Really cool to see!!!
@@bwturbex there is definitely a level of intense dedication that goes into pre-industrial religious building that cannot be matched with even the advance of technology. Whether anybody worships anything is irrelevant to the realization of what humanity can create if only there was a good reason to do so
The people who built this church did not think that way. The worldview of that time was 100% different. The beauty that God created was not simply something to be admired in nature, but something to apply in every aspect of life. The reason that people don't go to these places anymore is simple; Catholicism has declined. There are people struggling to build such beautiful churches in my country and they don't think like you.
@@brendabrenda6782 Exactly, it's hilarious to see these secular people attempting to say something about the art even though the people who made them don't think like them and would say they were wrong and that it was not what they wanted.

The appeal of such ruins are as follows: - In a person's lifetime, he or she is so much invested in his or her lifestyle that they tend to forget that their life is very feeble and it always is surrounded by patterns. When someone is exploring such ruins and they come across the stories that such places went through (bad or good), they come to learn from it's history, since we already know the end. Its like learning from someone else's experiences. - Another appeal for such ruins is that it is fascinating to imagine someone would have lived in these places. For example, in this church, there would have been weddings of people who might have lived their lives and died by now, but the fact that they walked through this very chapel with love in their eyes for their partner gives me goosebumps - Coming to know of history and events which turned out to be bad, makes you feel gratitude for what you have in your life. For example, whenever I see videos of Auschwitz, I feel very thankful of what god has given me, and the fact that I am living happily with my family. Hope this helps you out to figure out what we think while watching your videos.

The appeal of such ruins are as follows:
- In a person's lifetime, he or she is so much invested in his or her lifestyle that they tend to forget that their life is very feeble and it always is surrounded by patterns. When someone is exploring such ruins and they come across the stories that such places went through (bad or good), they come to learn from it's history, since we already know the end. For example, in this church, there would have been weddings of people who might have lived their lives and died by now, but the fact that they walked through this very chapel with love in their eyes for their partner gives me goosebumps
- Coming to know of history and events which turned out to be bad, makes you feel gratitude for what you have in your life. For example, whenever I see videos of Auschwitz, I feel very thankful of what god has given me, and the fact that I am living happily with my family.
Hope this helps you out to figure out what we think while watching your videos.

Ok, but is everyone just going to ignore the random tornado at 15:05? Awesome video guys!
Beautiful!
Guys, your video production is continuously progressing better and better every video. Your channel is definately my most respected channel on youtube by far because of your content and production skills.
Much love and respect from Australia.
Superb !!!!!! Can not wait for remainders. Excellent!
You'll have to wait till 2021 but it'll be worth it!
I hope someday to visit. Thank you for your videos.
The town is beautiful! You're very welcome
Please keep the signature music of the start and the end, don't change it ever because it perfectly suits the mood of the vlogs and creates a perfect atmosphere to soak into the mysterious world of the ruins
Thanks, but that's the soundtrack for the Italy series. For other videos we have fitting music as well.
@@bwturbex thanks for your reply. Your channel and vlogs are an addiction. Immense respect and love from India. Have you ever felt any paranormal activity in any of the places you explored?
Thank you. No, never we had any paranormal encounters.
@@bwturbex Presently watching Abandoned millionaire's castle vlog. Fab camera work, fab voice over and background music. Its impossible to pick one as my favourite
You guys are doing a bang up job. I hope its fun for you as well as us. So so so beautiful. I want to go there! Dreams.

Loved hearing the dogs in the background that knew you were in there.
Dude, we were hoping that the owners ignored their dogs, haha.

I get the feeling you are living your dreams though it may not always be easy. I spent my childhood in Stuttgart Germany and have great memories. Can't wait for my Calendar and hope next year is great for your channel. Love your work.
Beautiful photos👏👏👏👏👏
These series have been so interesting and total wonderment how so many places have been abandoned, and yet money available but seems to disappear when wanting to do repairs. Keep the videos coming they are great!
I can’t imagine what it felt like inside of that Church. I had tingles from this side of the screen. Beautiful adventure, guys! Side note- I don’t understand why the tomb remains were abandoned, as they had to belong to someone cherished enough to be memorialized in that way. Thanks again, #BWT 🙏🏻
So eine schöne Kirche!
Perfectly splendid!
very nice video guys.❤️🔥
Thanks Edou, see you next time!
So beautiful!
