The weight you lost is known as water weight/the weight of water your body is holding. This is not fat loss nor to be confused with fat loss. This is temporary and comes back after you consume water again. It’s a good way to make yourself appear leaner for a day. That along with no carbs and an epsom salt bath. But remember that the appearance you achieve is only temporary.
I fasted for 21 days, lost 10 kg and never put on that weight again even lost more afterwards. If you overeat or go back to old eating habits then ofc you ll gain it all back.

No, I don’t recommend this for long term results. I gained the weight back. I am now exercising and I have better and stable results.

Not true … I fasted for 5 days didn’t gained it back after eating high carb low fat
But I would do a 3-5 days high protein diet first

Yes I did 😭😭. Not as much as before tho. I am on intermittent fasting. And I am considering going back to the gym. To maintain my weight.
