Some people are more sensitive and need more while some people are okay with less. If fasting is hard on you definitely start slow. You can go up to three days too and after you’ve shown your body what to expect and that everything is okay you can complete a full 7 day fast. Just a suggestion and I hope it works out! 🌸🩷
I am a jain and its normal for us to do so we done fast for 8 days or 16 days or even a month with only warm water and we not even drink water after sunset .but its just your chose if you want too then only but not compulsory we are not forced to do this ❤

Get yourself a check for NAFLD ( Non Alcoholic Fatty liver disease), sometimes when the body remains in ketosis for too long, the body breaks lots of fats and the broken down fats go to liver where they are used to power other organs but the fats that reaches the liver is attached with VLDL ( Very Low Density Lipoprotein) and if the fat that is being sent to liver is too much then the liver is overwhelmed and the production of VLDL can't remain equal to the fat reaching the liver, sometimes causing VLDL. Your a small guy but yes 3kg in 5 days, half a kilo of that for sure is moisture that will come back as soon as you reintroduce food. My longest fast was 10 days, after a couple of days I would constantly loose 500grams a day.

This is not good to do frequently, or over long periods of time, it leads to degrade of muscles and ketone bodies due to lack of glucose, which may even lead to diabetes mellitus. Get advice of an actual nutritionalist or doctor to lose weight, or to get healthier, or just to have a better metabolism or stuff, don't follow the methods with consultation of an expert. These can also lead to development of eating disorders, bro.

No brushing your teeth when you're fasting. When your fasting is completed Next day on sunrise start with brushing teeth and drink a bowl of " UKAALI" with some badams and even misri and a glass of milk without sugar. Not an expert but smtg ik is that he prolly followed ketosis in which we limit or stop consumption of carbs so our body can breakdown the fat in our body to gain energy. Now the water and oil percentage in that bowl is 50%-50%. Now let's remove 10 liters of oil from that bowl. Now there are 20 liters of water and 10 liters of oil. So now the percentage will be 66.6%-33.3%. Since we didn't add water but water percentage increased because the percentage of oil decreased. The same applies to fat and muscle percentage in our body.

Yes it's safe and actually good for your body to do fasting
Keep few things in mind
Drink only boiled water.
You can drink from sunrise till sunset. No water after sunset.
No brushing your teeth when you're fasting.
Talk less and walk less, although you can work for a day or two if your head doesn't pain
When taking a bath avoid the water to go into your mouth as it breaks the fast.
When your fasting is completed
Next day on sunrise start with brushing teeth and drink a bowl of " UKAALI" with some badams and even misri and a glass of milk without sugar.
Main difficult thing is not fasting but the days after fasting as it requires even more discipline, if you've fasyed for 5 days then make sure you're on complete bedrest on 5 days plus additional few days, eat grean vegetables and liquid diet and only walk when you need to take a pee or poop and socks should be on all the time and walk while wearing slippers cz if you don't then it can give you diseases for the life time and I'm not lying here

Not an expert but smtg ik is that he prolly followed ketosis in which we limit or stop consumption of carbs so our body can breakdown the fat in our body to gain energy. U can follow this it's safe but u needa have electrolytes if u're doing the same as him.
Edit: ya'll I have no clue what went wrong with ya'll's ketosis, me and my sis did it once like a year and half ago for a week and I was successful (my sis gave up half way cuz it was her b'day and she wanted to eat the cake), I drank water for 6 and half days, and got off like 3 kgs smtg (I don't clearly remember) after lockdown i was *on verge* of being overweight and this helped me bring back *my* normal weight which was b4 lockdown. Yhh but i didn't do intense physical stuffs tho, everyday I just went for a brisk walk from home to school and back and then to tuit and back, almost like 1 km a day smtg ig. After that I did zumba for half a year and now I'm rlly satisfied with my weight

@@polothedog Bro increased muscle percentage doesn't mean that he increased his muscles. Let's take an example I have a 40-litre bowl. In that bowl, I poured 20 liters of water and 20 liters of oil. Now the water and oil percentage in that bowl is 50%-50%. Now let's remove 10 liters of oil from that bowl. Now there are 20 liters of water and 10 liters of oil. So now the percentage will be 66.6%-33.3%. Since we didn't add water but water percentage increased because the percentage of oil decreased. The same applies to fat and muscle percentage in our body.
